Verify Fx Review

VerifierFX Review

Read our Verify Fx review to see if we recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is a verifyfx.com review. They also use verifierfx.com domain.

Is Verify Fx Legit?

After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are infamous for scamming schemes.

Regulatory Body Status
FCA (UK) No record of authorization
ASIC (AU) No record
CySEC (EU) No record
SEC / CFTC (US) No record

So, Verify Fx is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers aren’t protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard-earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

Methodology: To learn how we identify high-risk brokers and evaluate potential scams, please refer to our methodology page: https://www.personal-reviews.com/methodology/

How does the scam work?

Usually, unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit. And they will try any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true. Like we will double your initial deposit or you will make hundreds of dollars per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, they transfer clients to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you. Also, one thing we need to add here is: don’t trust the good Verify Fx reviews you might see online. They pay websites and services to improve their online reputation by posting good reviews about them.

Withdrawing funds

You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.

If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It doesn’t matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.

How to get your money back Verify Fx?

If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all, you need to keep the emails as proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you. Or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.

The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how they deceived you into depositing money for a non-regulated trading company. Mention also that they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact [email protected] but don’t let your broker know they you read this article or that you are contacting us.

What about wires?

If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on where you live, you can search google to find the regulatory agency for Forex brokers in your country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how they deceived you. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you don’t know where to start, reach us at [email protected] and we’ll help you with this step as well.

Make sure you leave Verify Fx reviews in other sites

  1. Yep, they got me this morning, but figured it out by lunchtime (before I had lodged any identify documents or signed any agreements with them) when I started getting a dozen phone calls from various locations across the country and my account log-in “no longer existed”.
Lodging complaint and charge-back with my bank in the morning and also submitting formal complaint to Australian Securities Investment Commission.
I have emailed the Verify FX “broker”, formally requested a refund and advised him of my intention to lodge a bank and regulatory complaint, (which I intend to do regardless of whether they refund the monies (didn’t tell him that bit)).
Thank you for your review which confirmed that it is a scam. Pity their internet search and false reviews websites flood the search results.

  2. o stars. Just signed and saw in the reviews that it is NOT legit. It’s a fraud. I am trying to get my payment cancelled through my credit card company. not possible so I have asked for a refund and called my bank to cancell my visa card. What a fool I was. When it’s too good to be true is because it isn’t. Please do NOT register with this company

  3. Somehow I came across this “broker” when searching for AI powered trading platforms.
I’ve created an account and opened the GUI.
Later, I’ve was bombarded with lots and lots of calls from them to “help me” get familiar with their software.
I requested to delete my account by costumer service via email and chat, with UK or USA (can’t remember). Later, the calls kept coming, they had no knowlegde my account was already deleted and told me this company only exists in my country.

So I started do see that this was a scam. I was at the phone for 20 minutes and let him talk and talk.

So basically, I can’t even find the GUI i opened before, there’s no info about this broker on the internet and thanks to my guts, I didn’t deposit any money.

So my take on this: SCAM. Do not work with them. All classic red flags everywhere!

  4. Nearly got done myself. Opened up the account and got bombarded with calls every few days with a guy called Paul in Canberra wanting me to deposit $250 and he would give me $75 in trading credits. Last call today and a work mate was in the car with me and he said I think it might be a scam don’t do it. I’m at the airport looking at this page and thinking I nearly got done. Thanks to you guys and my work mate. 👍

  5. I can’t disable the account and they always call me and ask about why i don’t want to invest anda never give me support about the account, i’m exhausted

  6. How do I get rid of these guys and girls that call me multiple times a day.

It’s harassment and I have told them repeadetly that I am not interested and that I don’t want to be called again. I even sent a reply email to their welcome mail to tell so. But I am still being called and I block the numbers but they call from several numbers.

    Anyone know what tot do?

  7. DO NOT EVEN SIGN UP WITH THEM!!
I was very lucky I never invested money. once they have your number, they will constantly harass you, they will consistently call you from different mobile numbers trying to convince you to invest, you can’t block them because a different number is used every time. Even tho I have politely, and not so politely told them I have no interest and wish to be removed from their database the phone calls keep coming! Their advertising is very convincing, and often found in news feeds and on popular web pages such as MSN.
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD ERNED CASH!!!

  8. I send them an email telling them I was going to report them to the AFP. Also told them to f%$k off. They stopped calling lol 😂 Please try that.

  9. Sick people who scam people who have already been scammed before by showing they are trying to help. I have lost all my life savings and was trying of ways to get it back and after telling my story to them , they took advantage of the situation and extracted money saying they will be using AI TECHNOLOGY to help us make money. Got a small sum of money back but after that they kept saying that money has power when invested so to leave it in the platform for it to grow. I have closed all my accounts and these brokers don’t call back and their emails bounce back , website change :(. I after the other scammers just don’t have a heart

First verifyerFx Company calls and then hands you over to another company called vision-market and they trade with the name captradeltd. No contact number, no website , they are scammers

Don’t fall to prey to what they say.
    They are SCAMMERS 100%

  10. Similar to reviews above. I deposited £214 and the first week I could login to my account and see that I had made £18 credited to my £214. Thereafter I couldn’t log into my account and since then I’ve requested my money back and I’m being passed from pillar to post. They leave me no option but to expose them as a scam and ask my bank to help get my money back.
