Maven Interactive Review

Read our Maven Interactive review to see if we recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is a maveninteractive.com review.

Who are they?

After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.

So Maven Interactive is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does it work?

Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.

Withdrawing funds

You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.

If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.

How to get your money back?

If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.

The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.

What about wires?

If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.

  1. This was very helpful, thank you for making this review!! I was scammed by them and I can ASSURE you they are no good!! Not to be trusted! They are very sophisticated and know all the right things to say. BEWARE – Maven Interactive is a terrible scam!!

  2. Total scam
    They will steal your money
They will pretend to be professional and call your regularly to discuss the trades and the market, but it’s all a front.
    Your money is gone!

  3. On Oct 18th I opened an article on my MSN homepage which featured Elon Musk and an AI cryptocurrency investment program. The Maven Interactive link was attached to this article and I clicked on it to get more information. I entered my name, email and phone number and received a phone call almost immediately from Luke Rogers, a member of the welcome team at Maven Interactive. He suggested I open a trading account with a $250 deposit to which I agreed and paid using my Visa credit card. Luke sent me an email and a receipt for the $250. He told me that Anna Tutova was my account manager and he provided her email address and a personal account code.
Anna Tutova texted me a link to WhatsApp and emailed a link to any AnyDesk. I logged in to my trading account which was active and running with trades that were already showing a profit. Anna told me she would buy more contracts and give me a call. With Anna’s help using AnyDesk we set up accounts with Binance, Bitnomics, and Coinberry . We later set up an account at NDAX. Anna Tutova was always aggressively looking for investments. I made 3 e-transfers totaling $8000 CAD into Bitnomics and 3 bitcoin transfers from Bitnomics to Maven Interactive showing a value of 5837 USD. I then made 5 e-transfers totaling $12500 CAD into NDAX and 4 bitcoin transfers from NDAX to Maven Interactive showing a value of 9,301 USD.
My account was showing an investment of 15,388 USD and a profit of around 20,000 USD. I requested a withdrawal of 8853.14 USD. The withdrawal request showed pending for several days then disappeared from the online withdrawal history. I made 8 more withdrawal requests and they initially showed pending and then disappeared. They started losing trades to drain the equity from my account. I happened to notice the trades and stopped them after about 1 hour at a loss of 3200 USD. They blocked my access to all of the functions of my account. I can see the running trades but can no longer start or stop a trade or set stop loss or take profit limits. I can no longer request a withdrawal of funds. Any move I attempt tells me to consult my agent. My agent no longer replies to my communications on WhatsApp or email. My account is effectively view only running with 15,388 USD investment and 10,017 USD profit. I suspect it will soon be empty.

    • Anna Tutova is a scam artist prolific in stealing money from unsuspecting investors. Maven Interactive is a trading platform totally controlled by nefarious individuals which Anna Tutova is a major player. She pretends to be a CEO of Coinstagram which is also a scam. Beware of anyone connected to her or Maven Interactive. They have used Elon Musks name to attract unsuspecting individuals in order to steal your money.

  4. My experience is exactly the same as Dave’s with the same two people. If i could give ZERO rating, I would. When pushing them to get my initial investment out I was stonewalled and dear Anna actually was swearing at me!! She originally told me I could get my initial investment out but the profit could not be removed until I paid over $11k in “taxes” to the Netherlands!! That payment was to go to a Portuguese bank account! NOT! I am not able to remove a cent. Money lost! Lesson learned.

  5. Thank you this is so helpful
I have been scammed by maven interactive and I want to report them every where so no other people are scammed
I will never stop reporting them

  6. I’ve had the same negative experience with Maveninteractive. I made an investment in early Sept of this year. After doing my homework too late I’ve been trying to recover my money since end Sept. Dealing with Anna Tutova has been totally frustrating, no action for 2 1/2 months now and complete disappearance from any communication. Maybe it had something to do with my outing her as an imposter, falsely using a name that actually has credibility. All was roses until I requested withdrawal. Suddenly, your money becomes their money with little hope of retrieval. I will continue to identify MavenInteractive for the SCAM that it is, in the hope that it saves others from making the same mistake.

  8. Maveninteractive CAN NOT be trusted with your money…
Maveninteractive CAN NOT be trusted with your money. I was uncomfortable with how things were going forward when I gave away my bank draft. I started getting nervous when he pressured me that I was not investing enough money, but by then, it was too late. I just wanted to start slow and build up trust. I told him not to trade my money bc it was not the right timing. Maven did not answer my calls after they cashed my bank draft. He started trading, did not listen, and I lost over $6000 in one week. Six thousand dollars may be very little money for some people; how badly the tables turn when Maven gets your money.

Dec 1, 2022 – I called customer support for help. They told me they would give me my money back; I just had to get a digital wallet. Furthermore, Maven support informed me that their legal department would contact me about this Trustpilot message. I decided to remove the message to get some help. Lesson learned that is how Maven gets you off the phone.

Dec 15, 2022 – After getting a digital wallet, I waited on hold for 2 hours and 13 minutes. I received no help from customer support at Maven Interactive. Just a waste of time and money.

Dec 16, 2022 – I was waiting again on hold for Maven support (437) 266-1046 for 1 hour and 3 minutes with no help nor anyone answering the phone. It is an immediate place on hold with no hello or anything. Is this a company that you are trusting with your money?

Dec 19, 2022 – I have phoned customer service at Maven Interactive at least once a day for a week; the hours I have waited on hold. They keep me on hold for hours and don’t answer my call. The manager who lost my money phoned me this morning to bully me. I will keep you all posted when they answer my call. These are the people that we trust to invest our hard-earned money!?

Dec 20, 2022 – I woke up this morning to my manager at Maven sending me multiple messages on What’s app bullying me. Is that the way you want to wake up in the morning?!? Yikes! However, Maven support finally answered my telephone call this morning. I have been calling multiple times daily for two weeks. I could not believe my ears that there was a person on the phone speaking to me. This person was patient, did not yell at me and was human. Progress!

Dec 21, 2022 – Crickets. Yesterday, Maven support promised to refund my money, and I was promised my money back in one to three days. Dec 20 was day 1, and today is day 2. I am not holding my breath. My manager texted me another brutal morning message, promising me he would not waste my money again, Thank you, Mr. B! Maven can not be trusted with your money.

Dec 23, 2022 – As expected, Maveninteractive still needs to follow through with my refund. I was on hold with Maven Support on Dec 22 for 1.5 hours without assistance. I am on hold today; it has been 1 hour and 45 minutes, but the day is still young. I have added my picture to this blog to show you that I am a real person who has lost a significant amount of money. This mistake, laps of judgement, stupidity, unwillingness to follow instructions and greed on my manager’s part, Mr. B, affected real live people. This mistake he made was due to an everyday transaction that could happen to any one of us. Let us see how long Maven keeps me on hold today?! Is this a company that you want to trust with your money?

Jan 9, 2023 Happy New Year?? No.
No resolution with Maveninteractive. Mr. B was let go… along with my money. I got the brush off, ‘our manager made a mistake, he had some life problems.’ Long story short, Maveninteractive is NOT taking responsibility for their actions. Is this the company that you want to trust with your money?
