Read our Markets Expert review to see if we recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is a mrktexpert.com review.
Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Markets Expert is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
| Regulatory Body | Status |
|---|---|
| FCA (UK) | No record of authorization |
| ASIC (AU) | No record |
| CySEC (EU) | No record |
| SEC / CFTC (US) | No record |
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.
What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.
Make sure you leave reviews about Markets Expert in other sites
Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. If you fallen victim please leave a review and a comment on this site at the comment section. Also, when these people change their website they tend to call the old clients, so if they call you from a new website please write it down on the comment or let us know it by contacting us. That would be really appreciated by us and families all over world. Also if you get phone calls from other companies please put the name of these companies also in the comment or send it to us. We will expose them too.

Incredibly aggressive company. If they get your number they will relentlessly call you from numbers with area codes around the world. I didn’t give them any money, but they did get my number and it’s almost enough to make me change my number. Total scammers. Stay away!

I have been scammed too, I have put in £1,776 and I started trading and realised $10,000
they initially gave me $250 to start then I started to put money so I can trade with volume.
Then when fund was decreasing in my trade they said they will loan me $1250 then they put this in,
towards Christmas I told the idiot broker that calls all the time that I want to withdraw some of my money for Christmas he then said I need to put in back the $1250 they loan me before I can withdraw from my own money and money I make, that sound odd, this idiot says that’s is the rule. I argued so long that this guy was not bordered.
I have looked at the platform its a joke the place to withdraw fund was never activated. I have been trading now for more than a month my money is stocked. this idiot was snooping into my bank account to see where I can apply for overdraft using any desk to see what activity I was doing claiming he’s teaching me how to trade and when I told him I don’t have $1250 he simply said I should apply for overdraft and as soon as I pay the money I will be able to withdraw money. is there any sense in this. I have total $11,500 credit in the account they can’t take out of yet they want me to put this $1250 making to loose more and more and I guess If I pay this, all my money is gone for ever. please how do I collect my hard earn money back please. this idiot never allow you to pay by debit card he simply saiid I should put money in revolut bank where he siply transfer it into crypto through Binance and they can not be traced. All the number on this useless site never go and they say its out of service. I have tried a charge back from Revolut bank but they said because I have authorised it through the App on my phone they can’t do anything. I beg you what do id o, is there any organisation that can track this idiots website and their scammers down to get my money and to stop poor people from parting with their hard earned money.
Clicked an ad on msn myself and now they call me every day pretending they are different companies. but its the same scammers.
Despite telling them I will never join them they keep calling me every 48h.

Hi, any advice on how to recover your money with Marketsxpert please?
I currently have a balance of $6314 with them but no provision to withdraw or even close my account!
My account is currently still open.
I have the email address/phone number of my ‘account manager’ – which I’ve passed onto the Police in the UK
They used Wise/Changelly to facilitate the transaction from my debit card.
I’ve contacted both of them who are to investigate but don’t hold out much hope of me recovering any of my money….any advice on next steps – if any would be greatly appreciated
Hi, same thing happened to me as well. Was the broker name Martin? And then I was called from my country from a different person who said the same thing that I needed to pay more money for the withdrawal. But the money they send you to your wallet is a fake token. Stay away from mrketxperts.

I have £35000 in my account but I cannot get it until I pay another £5000. I have been really stupid and when I had £16000 in I paid £3000 and it was moved to Coinbase. Coinbase made an error of asking me to buy an etheream which I did and the money went to my trading account instead of Coinbase. This happens Once more to which the money was put in Coinbase from the trader. I then purchased bit coin for another £2000 and this work so I got excited and thought yes the money is coming. The companies then argued who was paying for the exchange from dollars to pounds. Mrketxperts then pulled all the money back without any contact with me and there it is sitting in an account waiting for me to pay £5000 to release it. I have no way of doing this and I’ve explained to them it’s not my fault but I’m getting nowhere apart from a massive uproar of my stupidity within my family. My husband is selling his motorbike to raise enough to get me out of debt.
I rate them nothing at all

this broker is using other people on the phone to convince me to pay more money for the withdrawal. I suspect nothing to come through with it. they will wait for you to become extremely broke and then convince you to do anything possible to get your withdrawal. They know that you will become vulnerable to do anything possible. that’s how they win. I will give incite to when I find the wallet address in huobi global. then we can go after them. using the police services they can contact the crypto exchange and the criminal associated with the fraud.

Good luck this is exactly the position I’m in. I don’t know what I can do to get me out of debt now. They still want more.

This is my problem now. I dont know if i push through to send UD250 to able to transfer the money they send to Ethereum to be able to transfer the money to my bank account. Please give me some advice now because I only have till tomorrow to settle> I want to closed my account.
I would check to see if is an etherum as I bought one and mine went straight into my trading account. I had used Binance not that I got mine back as it all went wrong. Have you paid to release your funds and now you just need to change money by etherum to get it back to £ because if that’s the case you might be alright. Good luck.
they will use tactics like I said earlier that you have a time frame to settle it. they make you vulnerable to do anything they want to get you out of debt. they will annoyingly keep calling you from different untraceable phone numbers. I’m waiting for someone to actually tell me that they successfully got a withdrawal.
