Read our Linity Base review to see if we recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is a linitybase.com review.
Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Linity Base is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
| Regulatory Body | Status |
|---|---|
| FCA (UK) | No record of authorization |
| ASIC (AU) | No record |
| CySEC (EU) | No record |
| SEC / CFTC (US) | No record |
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.
What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.
Make sure you leave reviews about Linity Base in other sites
Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. If you fallen victim please leave a review and a comment on this site at the comment section. Also, when these people change their website they tend to call the old clients, so if they call you from a new website please write it down on the comment or let us know it by contacting us. That would be really appreciated by us and families all over world. Also if you get phone calls from other companies please put the name of these companies also in the comment or send it to us. I have invested 250USD sometime around August 2022, by one of a trader who claims to be from Linity Base and his gave his name as George Brokmann. For the past 2 weeks in early October he will call me every single day and tell me which trading to sell and which to buy. I was making like 700USD in about 2 weeks.
But lately last week whole week I waited for this so called George to call and he never did. I send him so many emails and he never ever responded to a single one. I tried calling him but there was no ringing tone.
I think that this guy is a scammer. He claims to be from Switzerland and his phone number is +613 9122 5014 / +613 9122 4890. I check and this number is from Australia.
Can you please check for me if this guy is a scammer? He has cut me off from my trading account and all my money is gone.
Please help me. Thank you.

I’ve lost USD 8k to this Linitybase scam. They keep asking me to deposit more money saying it’s for tax and brokerage fees and don’t approve the withdrawal of the money. I’ve asked for a refund and they refuse to do it.
They call from many different numbers from Nova Scotia / PEI, with area code 782.
They are a Ponzi scheme, the account and platform is fake, the goal is to get you to pay them money by any means, and to never be able to withdraw, they are not a broker, they are criminals

Huge organized scam company, Don’t trust them, you will loose all your money, even the money they pay you is a fake USDT( the smart contract number is different) and when you want to swap it or do trade with it, the value is zero. For test small amount they pay you real coins, to encourage you to do big investments and then they keep ask you for more investment to release your money and profit. But then what they pay you is a fake coin which doesn’t have any value. I lost $30000 USD with them

I enter my email to linitybase.com to invest $250-US dollars knowing I can make an additional money for my retirement. A few days later someone from the company called me and introduced her name as Julia Gray and said she was an account manager from linitybase.com and that someone from the other department will call me which happens and introduced himself as senior financial adviser Stephan Miller from linitybase.com Switzerland. He started to make trading from my account and gave him access to my personal computer to work which is a big, big mistake on my part, and which I did not suppose to do every time he tried to make trading. This is where Stephan asked me for more money to put in and invest in order to grow more coz’ he’s showing that my investment is gaining profit. I transfer money again in the amount of $6,000. In my first and second weeks of trading with this guy Stephan during the month of Sept.- Oct. of 2022, my investment went up to $10,000. And the third week went up to $26,000-$35,000. Now, I decided to withdraw all my money/investment but he told me, before I could claim and withdraw my gains which is my money trading investment, I have to pay taxes, commission, and money transfer fees, in the amount of more than $7,000. That is when I asked him if he is a Registered licensed broker member and showed proof as well as his company profile and if we could have a live chat which he totally refused. He became more angry, arrogant, and rude because I told him straight that he and his company linitybase.com is a big “SCAM”. All of the victims here in this big SCAM of linitybase.com trading have the same exact issue and situations that I encountered and I only want to share it all with them. Beware of this trading scheme SCAM linitybase.com, this is a big “SCAM”.
Absolute Scam. Linitybase is well funded, well set up, well trained people whose only job is to convince hard working honest people to essentially give them money for nothing. All the trading, the website etc is just one big well coded fake. You may as well play your Xbox whilst burning your life savings in front of you. At least then you’d get some fire 🔥 and light from your burning money instead of giving it to these criminals for nothing. I sincerely hope that their Karma comes full circle on them and they all get to find out what it’s like to lose everything you have.. ⚔️♾️
