Is Erema Invest Legit?

After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are infamous for scamming schemes.

So, Erema Invest is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers aren’t protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard-earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does the scam work?

Usually, unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit. And they will try any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true. Like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, they transfer clients to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you. Also, one thing we need to add here is: don’t trust the good Erema Invest reviews you might see online. They pay websites and services to improve their online reputation by posting good reviews about them.

Withdrawing funds

You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.

If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It doesn’t matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.

How to get your money back Erema Invest?

If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all, you need to keep the emails as proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you. Or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.

The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how they deceived you into depositing money for a non-regulated trading company. Mention also that they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?

If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on where you live, you can search google to find the regulatory agency for Forex brokers in your country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how they deceived you. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money.     On 14-th of March I have seen anadvert on YouTube it was a Gemini România openaiprotect.com advert about Stock excenge investment.

    I have registered for more information.

    In short time has contacted me
    Ligia +44 7888 703460 who has presented to me the Erema invest broker company she told me if I invest €250 is no risk becouse if I will not agree to sign a contract with them they will send me back my money to my account immediately if I will refuse to sign a contract with them. After has taken over a Finance adviser Dominic Becalli from a UK phone number +442080977459 who has ask me to invest €250 in stock excenge.
    Itt was everything all right the first 10 days after Dominic Becalli has ask me to sign a contract for €10.000 on Tesla, what I have refused. Dominic has started offended me and has told me I will not get my money back.

    I have apply to withdraw the money on the site on 24-th of March they called me again to tell me will take 2-5 working days and still insisting to sign a contract with them.

    Today is 31 of March, they have called me again to tell me I will never see the money because is not in my account.

    I need help to recover my money what is still in Erema Invest account, and to stop this Scam.

Salut Marin..aceeasi problema am si eu..am tranzactionat singur si acum de la 250 de euro sunt in cont 500…dar nu ai pot transfera in cont..le-am spus ca vreau sa-mi retrag macar investitia ininiala de 250 si nu vor..e o mare pacaleala…o sa tranzactionez toti banii sa ies pe pierdere si in felul acesta nu raman nici eu nici ei cu banii…macar ma distrez putin

  9. Escroci de Mare clasa ,aveam su eu pe cât s-o pățesc! NOROC ca mi-a blocat banca cardul și mi s-a zis ca astea fac saiturile de escroci!
    Dar acei broker fictivi încearcă pe toate căile sa-te contacteze ,pentru ca te prostesc si-ti instalează o aplicație a amintit-o sus cineva cu care ei îți i-au tot ce ai !
    Mulțumesc celor care au lăsat aici pareri ,ca altfel intram în capcana acestor Mari Excroci !
    Fi-ti atenți suna de pe cartele care sunt mereu dezactivate pentru a li-se pierde urma ,cred ca pentru fiecare client au un nr de telefon și un nume care e fictiv !
    Urmăresc persoanele naive și care nu prea știu de sistemele informatice ! De asta i-am prins pentru ca m-am dat drept naiva ,necunoscători în orice !
    Vor sa trimită contracte și etc ,dar nu trimit nimic pe un mail o fac doar pe watap,nu au nimic oficial ,te imbomozesc cu câștiguri și etc ,îmi momentul când le ceri date exacte ,a durat doua zile pana sa-mi spună numele la platforma și etc ,ca nu cumva ,tu sa-te informezi !

  12. Pentru toti cei care doriti sa faceti o investitie, va rog intai sa verificati informatiile de pe internet. De aaemenea anuntati-va prietenii si daca au sau nu de gand sa investeasca. Faceti antireclama EREMA INVEST cc si transmiteti si prietenilor si cunoscutilor ca sunt o gasca de hoti murdari care se ascund dupa nume fictive. O adunatura din toate colturile lumii care devin agresivi in vorbire cand le cereti socoteala. Pentru cei din Romania cand auziti accent moldovenesc sa inchideti telefonul si sa nu raspundeti, ba chiar sa dati block. Cand se vor prezenta cu nume ca Ligia Stancu, Beatrice Belcot, Dominic Bacali, Catalin Andronic sa le inchideti telefonul! Acesti mizerabili ar trebui dati pe mana politiei si ascunsi dupa gratii nu dupa nume fictive in spatele telefonului! Mai bine va cheltuiti banii pe nevoi personale sau concedii dar nu le dati nimic. Daca va vor suna nu stati de virba cu ei! Sunt capabili sa distruga familii si nu au nici cea mai mica remuscare, astia au sinapsele praf si nu au nici un sentiment! Daca ar fi trimisi pe front in Ucraina ar fi cei mai eficienti criminali! Deci in concluzie asta inseamna Erema Invest pe internet!

    Pe 13 Aprilie am văzut pe YouTube o reclamă despre Gemini România openaiprotect.com despre investiții în acțiuni.

    M-am inregistrat pentru mai multe informatii.

    In scurt timp m-a contactat
    Ligia +44 7888 703460 care mi-a prezentat compania de broker de investiții Erema, mi-a spus că dacă investesc 250 de euro nu reprezintă niciun risc, deoarece dacă nu voi fi de acord să semnez un contract cu ei, îmi vor trimite imediat banii înapoi în cont . După aceea ma preluat un broker financiar Dominic Becalli de la un număr de telefon din Marea Britanie +442080977459, care ma îndrumat cum sa investesc banii.
    A spus sa instalez o aplicație AnyDesk cu care am trsnzctionat pe platforma si pe data de 10 Mai mi-a fraudat contul bancar de 1000 lei (200euro).
    Am avut noroc ca banca avand oameni profesionisti au blocat contul și nu au reușit sa scoată mai mult…

    Aveți mare grija sa nu pățiți la fel .

    Sunt sigur ca ei își vor schimba numele și numerele de telefon asa ca aveți grija.

    It’s a big SCAM!

    Be careful, they are very well set up with a system that can make you believe that everything is real, BUT IT IS NOT! It’s just to make you invest a small amount at the beginning, then they have a package of shares (but it’s a lie) and they promise you double profits only if you deposit a large amount into their account from the application. They even send you a contract for these shares, but when you want to withdraw your profit or everything (capital+profit) the big scam begins, because they tell you that you have to withdraw the money through a cold cryptocurrency wallet. They tell you and coordinate you to download an application for a cool crypto wallet “Coinbase Wallet” which perfectly resembles the Coinbase (USA) application and makes you think it is real. When the money arrives in the cold wallet from the Coinbase Wallet application controlled by them, you practically see the money as received, but you can’t do anything, to withdraw it to a bank account or to a card. Then the people from Erema Invest contact you to ask if you have received the money, you normally tell them that you see it but you cannot withdraw it, and then, out of the blue, you will receive an Email from Coinbase Wallet telling you that in order to actually receive the money and be able to withdraw, you have to send to that crypto wallet another amount between 22 and 25% of the amount that you should collect. If you make the mistake of sending this amount, you will LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY.

    It would be good to send these messages to as many people as possible to STOP THESE SCAMMERS FROM SCAMMING OTHER PEOPLE WHO CAN LOSE MONEY.

    IF I READ THIS AS MANY MORE, THE POLICE CAN ALSO BE REPORTED TO STOP THESE SCAMMERS.

    Let’s help those who were scammed and let’s send it to all our friends so that they know and don’t fall into the trap of these scammers.

Procedura de înșelare a fost bine expusă de John in comentariul de mai sus. Din păcate persoanele mai în vârstă au cel mai mult de pierdut pt că nu sunt familiearizate cu tot soiul de aplicatii ca Any desk, Revolut sau Binance și sunt îmbrobodite până rămân fără economiile de o viață. Oameni buni feriți vă ca ” dracul de tămâie ” de acești infractori.

  20. Same here, $250 first investment, after that they wanted more. I did not invest any more and they lost interest. Stopped trading on my account. Final amount in the account $581.95! Requested the withdrawal of my funds and nothing happened since. The had even done a test withdrawal for my into my crypto wallet of $20 to demonstrate that the withdrawal procedure works, which it did. The persons name at Erema Invest was Monica Diaconescu, Tel +44 7442 803726. I think we should all start to take telephone numbers down also. They maybe changing the phones around constantly.

  21. Această firmă fantomă m-a excretat cu 249 de euro, și când am cerut să mi-i retrag, LEO MANOLE, mi-a golit contul de 4800 de lei! Am anunțat la bancă, încearcă sa- mi recupereze banii( cei 4.800) o să merg la poliție să fac plângere! ! I-am blestemat să nu aibă parte de ziua de mâine!

      • Intai trebuie sa le solicitam lor rambursarea sumelor depuse, cerere care se depune pe email ( trebuie sa fie in setarile de contact Erema invest). Dupa ce ne raspund, in functie de varianta lor de raspuns actionam, daca nu este favorabil, evident, actionam in instanta. Cerere individuala de chemare in judecata sau proces colectiv al pagubitilor, vom vedea.

      • Trebuie să cerem toți cei păgubiți întâi rambursarea sumei depuse. Solicitarea se face pe emailul Erema invest și după aceea, daca nu rambursează suma, putem face proces colectiv sau cerere individuala de chemare în judecată. Neapărat contactați și banca din care ați făcut transferul pentru a le explica situația.

  38. Am inteles ca putem sa raportam platforma si la ASF. Ideal este sa cereti schimbarea cardului la banca de unde ati virat banii, pentru inceput si raportata tranzactia la ei, de asemenea. Primul care face plangere la politie sa pastreze numarul de inregistrare al plangerii, ceilalti il pot indica in plangerile lor si se conexeaza la acel caz, in ideea in care pagubitii sunt din localitati si sectoare diferite. Pentru o cerere colectiva de chemare in judecata trebuie sa aflam sediul fizic al Erema ca sa fie citati acolo.

    • Da,cred că este corectă abordarea aceasta pe care a expus o Cora ,eu deja am anunțat banca ,dar ei spun că trebuie așteptat câteva zile răspuns de la ei și apoi pot întreprinde demersuri pentru returnarea fondurilor.
      Plus că ei sunt versați te pun sa faci transferul prin Binance și alte platforme de criptomonede după care te păcălesc sa i schimbi și să ii pui in platforma Erema

      • Plangerea catre Politie se poate face de pe laptop, se gaseste formularul online pe pagina Politia Romana, rubrica petitii online. Ei o inregistreaza si o trimit spre solutionare, in functie de domiciliul fiecaruia.

    • Bună ziua Cora, se pare ca Erema Invest a fost raportata pe platforma ASF deoarece pe data de 14 iunie 2023 ASF a trecut ac firmă fantoma ca neautorizată sa efectueze tranzactii bursiere. Si cu asta si a terminat rolul 🥲

One of the girls I was talking to, at one point when I told her that I would contact the Police but I would amplify their scam on all media and news channels, the girl got scared and at one point she sent me a message on whatsapp that the men from Erema have her little girl as a guarantee. VERY SERIOUSLY, these are not only scammers but also underworld mobsters. SOMEHOW THE POLICE NEED TO FIND OUT AND GET INVOLVED TO ARREST THEM, AND WE MAY HAVE A CHANCE TO GET OUR MONEY BACK.

The solution that I see is also cheap for everyone (because I don’t think anyone wants to spend a lot of money) to join together, to hire together a firm of competent lawyers from the UK, we each put a small amount (perhaps 100 pounds) and for the lawyers office will be enough and do all the steps including contacting the UK Police (because they are hiding there) and let’s catch them once and maybe get our money back; because if the Police catch them and identify them in the real way, they will surely find money or goods that they have to compensate us.
