Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Shackecoins is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. Make sure you leave reviews about Shackecoins in other sites
Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. They are definitely scammers without a shadow of doubt. I have never invested with them, I simply requested more information. I have tried to tell them I am not interested, yet they call me multiple times a day from different numbers. I have blocked approximately 50 numbers but they always call back. The person that calls is friendly to start but then quickly becomes aggressive & arrogant. They sound so desperate and are so persistent there is a good chance I will have to change my number. 0 stars, avoid at all costs!!!!

I have the same experience as all the other single starts and I agree there should be a setting for zero stars. I found Shackecoins in an online search and the reviews at the time were all good so I contacted them. I assume the good reviews were all from their “employees” because I now am certain they are a total scam. Do NOT give them your info. They are VERY persistent! Also rude and extremely pushy.
They have been calling me for months .They say I have 13,000 in.Today was the last day to with draw.I was told that I would have to pay switzerland taxes on my money .They said I e trandsfer them the taxes29,00 and they emmedieatly send me an e transfer .Iknew right then they where going to scam me !!
Shackecoins is a scam. Someone will call you right away and they will ask you about what is your wish. What would you like to do with your money. They also ask if you have a savings account and how much do you have. So do not making any transactions with them.

i found their ad on my android phone,and it looked amazing,so i signed up but didn’t fund the account because i was short of funds at the time. since then i found out they are not regulated or licensed to deal with canadian clients. i told them i’ve read some negative reviews about the company,and it seems to put the company in a questionable rating level. they say you can’t believe all of what you read online,but i want to be sure before investing, yet they have been pursuing me like a bloodhound after a coon ever since. i told them i will email them if,and when, i am ready,but the calls keep coming.
They do that to everyone .I am in Canada also. I had invested 250.00 with them and my bank shut me down,they contact me and tell me that these company was a scam.And these idiots tell me today last day to colect my funds .They tell me I have 13,000 coming to me ,he says that I will have to pay taxes on this money,I would have to e trans the 2,900 because it is switzerland tax I had to pay before getting the rest of my investment .Knew then it was a scam ,I suspected but wanted to make sure !
Never put money in there im struggling right now to get my money back, they keep telling me i have to pay taxes to complete the withdraw.

Same as me! Send the money to pay the taxes before giving your money. I asked them why not take it out from the profits? They said it is the law! Bullshit law of Swiss government. Sorry, but that’s what they said. It is the Swiss government’s law since they are based in Switzerland.
It is a scam ,I had put money in but my bank intercepted my money and put it back into my account .They knew and locked my account .I had no investment with them and they tried to scam me for fake taxes .Folks beware !the taxes they asked four 2,900.Hope you get your money back !
-100 stars… totally evil scammers. I was scammed. I lost my $20khard earned life savings. They keep on asking for more money to invest to have more profits. They showed me how to make profits so I was encouraged with the big numbers. When it is time to withdraw, they won’t give me my money, even just the principal I invested. They explained that I need to pay taxes and give the broker his cut which I understand. But they want me to send them money to pay the taxes and their cut before they will send me my money and profits. I said I don’t have funds anymore since I gave them all, then they sent me a link for a loan company and told me to use it so I can get my money. They kept on pushing me to send the payment so I can get back the money together with the profits. I said I will give them the profits, I only need my initial investment. They told me, I withdrew the whole money (principal & profits) and can’t separate. What? They are holding the money which they said I withdrew. I withdrew it from the trading account and they are holding it instead of sending it to my wallet. They want me to send the money ASAP so they can give me my money. BULLS**T!!!! Don’t be like me… don’t lose your money to this scam company and their brokers or advisors…..

Only if there was an option to rate these scammers with less than 1. They are total scammers ’cause I am also trying to get back my investment at least. I requested for statement of my trading account for which there is no response. To get back your money, you have to pay taxes per Swiss law! When you tell them to take from the profits, they their system cannot do that. What B*****T system. And then, they ask for more money since the commodity has appreciated since my last trade which is supposed to be confirmed by a ‘miner’. When you tell them you do not have any more funds, they will provide you with a link to Canadian lenders. I get many calls from Canadian numbers which are all VOIP calls asking for more money to complete my withdrawal. Please DO NOT engage with these scammers ’cause you are bound to be fleeced. I am still struggling to get back my hard-earned money.

The tax part of this is the scam !I invested 250 canadian,when I made my payment my back locked my accound and froze the funds .my bank knew it was fraudulent ! they tell me I need to withdray my 13.000 or its gone .In order to get my earnings I need to pay 2,900 in swiss taxes ,Bull Shit .I told them i was not interested and the screamed at me lol !Hope you get your money back !
This is criminal Misrepresentation. I watched a Genesis 2 advertisement and called the number but Shacke-coins called back
immediately. They take your money by credit card or other but then make it near impossible to withdraw your money and Bully and Ridicule you and hold out your money saying you did not invest enough or you know nothing about investing and should leave it to them and put more of your money into the program. They won’t accept your documents to receive your money and refuse to send it back in the mode they received it by Credit card and always have excuses or blame or guilt you to put more money in. They are crooks and I have notified RCMP and The Securities with my information and I record my calls so they have them on record and hopefully will raid and arrest them as the criminals they are.
