Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So JP Crypto is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. Make sure you leave reviews about JP Crypto in other sites
Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. If you fallen victim please leave a review and a comment on this site at the comment section. Also, when these people change their website they tend to call the old clients, so if they call you from a new website please write it down on the comment or let us know it by contacting us. Now she is being targeted by numerous crypto companies and her bank alerted her to numerous attempts to withdraw money from her account.
Company names: JP Crytpo, Simplex, Intel Academy, and Mega Cryptic Option.
We have requested a return of her funds.

I too fell prey to JPC and their deceiving practices. I Invested a small amount of money but was pestered constantly to send more with promises of great returns as described in the above report. thankfully I was suspicious enough to research and realize the truth. I have requested a withdrawal which is currently pending. it will be interesting to see what happens.
And I also have been contacted by numerous other trading organizations who I politely have told to buzz 0ff.
i am now dealing with a registered, well recognized wealth management firm so hopefully I will have good luck with them.

I have been pestered at all hours of the week by the “brokers” who want me to engage in trading with my deposit. But the moment I tell them I want to Withdraw my money, I get no help and I’m told to contact Customer Service via the Chat Window on their platform.
I’ve initiated several Chats, waited and nothing happens.
I am contacting my Bank today and initiating a Chargeback for the deposit made since this is a Scam.

I became suspicious of Jpcrypo when the rep “jerry” insisted I install anydesk app and give him control of my pc. To date ive not funded the shakepay acc, or proceeded any further with the venture, I have been bombarded with call from numerous entities trying to get me to sign up with them, my cell phone identifies them a potential fraud. They never leave a voice message.
Please be careful. they will call you and say that they are sending the money to your wallet. Once you provide them the wallet information, they will “send you” the money and then will tell you that a company called “block chain” will have to verify the money and make sure its not from a suspicious money Loundring. exactly 10 hours later you will receive a letter stating that the money is good to go however, you will need to pay a fee of 6.5% before you get the money. (thats when i lost 10K).
I filed a report with police, but i know its too late now. I dont know what how we can shut down the website all together.

They will promise great returns through their arbitrage crypto trading software. They will con you into sending more money as the returns were amazing.
After significant profits, I requested to cash some in , however they continued the scam through a fraudulent site [email protected]. This is not the trusted blockchain we know, they implied they were using. Additional money was requested for legal reasons (taxes ,security and Notary fees, etc.) jpcrypto ensured me that these were all normal fees that all their clients pay when I questioned these charges. They indicated that these fees were required by law, from the account that was cashing in on the “ so called” crypto profits. This is to show the account has no illegal activities like money laundering , support of terrorist organization , etc.
I sent more money in. Once I reached a point where I refused to send more money, they became unresponsive.
I strongly suggest to not use jpcrypto.io. If you have, file a fraud complaint immediately. I have nothing to gain by sharing my experience. Actually, I feel so foolish for falling victim to this scam. Hopefully, I can save a person(s) from the nightmares I am going through.
I am sure if you ask them about them being identified as a scam, they will say it’s just another competitor writing bad reviews on them. I am not a competing company, I am an over trusting fool, who thought he could improve the financial security for his family. Don’t be me.
Same here. “John Walsh” sleezed me to sending a minimum amount with promise of big gains. He called me repeatedly and he was very fake and annoying. He tried to build a rapport with me but he was as fake as a $3 bill. MFer!! After I told him I wasn’t going to transfer all of my other assets to him, his “friendly” tune changed. He passed me off to another scammer, who I told to take a hike.
Put in a withdrawal request a month ago but nothing to report.

My story is identical to Frank’s, mega deposits, mega returns, millionaires club and then when withdrawal attempts were tried, “[email protected]” got involved, requesting money for reviews for fraud, money laundering etc. Then to top it off wanted more money and signatures on a notary documents.
jpcrypto.io is a scam. I spoke with John Walsh { If that is his name } beginning Jan /23. He made some crypto trades with my deposits, my account reached 7687.00. Euro. I tried to make a withdrawal of $5000.00 US {the withdrawal was refused. Jpcrypto.io is not recognized by IIROC as a legal trader. My opinion is that they are playing a game of Nintendo with fake numbers. John [or who ever he is] is a convincing Beggar don’t be Scammed.

I spoke to a guy my account mgr l made the basic deposit we ma profit when came the time to withdraw pure silent I have send many e mails nothing his name is john Walsh on top of it he wanted me to invest 2500 dollars apparently he ha a deal ,I send him a last e mail today stating if you don’t send my money Bach I would contact my police dept of criminal economic fraud no answer costed me 250 hope they will get these bastards Jacques in Quebec canada

Well a fellow by the name of Nick Rossi, who got in touch with me through Immediate Edge and then JPCrypto.io took me for 3300. I have now been working with the FCAA to get them black balled in Canada. Yeah same thing we ended up making 132000 Euro and he wanted 47000 to pay income tax on it. I said I would send the money out of the Euros when I got them. Never heard from him since.

Has anyone ever been able to recover any of the money they invested with jpcrypto.
I talked to a Tony Marki, a Martin from JPcrypto and a John Walsh from a Blockchain, I invested about 130k US.
I feel so foolish, they were so professional I still cannot believe it happened to us. it basically crippled our company. I am not sure what recourse to take. Do not fall prey to these criminals.
Any help to recover some of all of our investment would be great.
