Read our Finfinity Invest review to see if we recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is a finfinityinvest.com review.
Is Finfinity Invest Legit?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are infamous for scamming schemes.
So, Finfinity Invest is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers aren’t protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard-earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
| Regulatory Body | Status |
|---|---|
| FCA (UK) | No record of authorization |
| ASIC (AU) | No record |
| CySEC (EU) | No record |
| SEC / CFTC (US) | No record |
How does the scam work?
Usually, unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit. And they will try any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true. Like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, they transfer clients to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you. Also, one thing we need to add here is: don’t trust the good Finfinity Invest reviews you might see online. They pay websites and services to improve their online reputation by posting good reviews about them.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It doesn’t matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back Finfinity Invest?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all, you need to keep the emails as proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you. Or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how they deceived you into depositing money for a non-regulated trading company. Mention also that they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact [email protected] but don’t let your broker know they you read this article or that you are contacting us.
What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on where you live, you can search google to find the regulatory agency for Forex brokers in your country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how they deceived you. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you don’t know where to start, reach us at [email protected] and we’ll help you with this step as well.
Make sure you leave Finfinity Invest reviews in other sites

The most terrible company in my life
(1/5)
I got scam with $25,000
Don’t believe what they said
I saw this crypto currency investment ad on the Facebook app. I registered and after a few minutes I got a phone call from someone who was working for this business to help me to set up my account. They requested an investment of US$300 dollars to start. So I did, I sent them crypto money and I got my account setup. That same day, after a few hours, I got a call from an investor agent, Frank Winker, who explained the platform, how it works, and guided me to do my first trade. The platform is called Finfinity Investment and it was very convincing, it shows the market graphs , the value of the crypto market, your deals, profits, along with other information. We purchased ETH tokens, and set a “take profit” value, so by the time the crypto has gotten to that set value, the trade will close automatically making a profit. So it happened, we start making small profits with every trade, US$20 and US$30 profits with each trade I placed. Frank was calling me daily and we also keep contact by WhatsApp. After a week , he told me if I increase my balance to US$1,000 the account will get a credited for the same amount which will increase the overall balance which will allow me to do bigger trades and make bigger profits with each trade. So, I did, I fund my Coinsmart exchange account with CAD$1,000 by e-transfer and exchange my Canadian dollars to bitcoins and send it to them. I could check my account in the Finfinity Invest trade platform at any time and after doing the transaction I saw my money reflected on my account, we did a few trades and hurray! The trades closed on profits of US$100 and US$200 dollars. A few days went by and Frank asked me again to deposit more money, with the same story behind, he said if I increase my balance to US$5,000 the company will give me the same credit amount and I will be able to increase my balance. So I followed the same steps, e-transfer money to my exchange, exchange my Canadian dollars to bitcoins and send it to them. Again I saw my funds reflect on the trading platform account , we did a few trades and hurray!!! I was making profits of US$1,000 now. After a few days, he told me if I purchase a full Bitcoin the company will give two bitcoins as a credit on my account to trade with, the offer it was really good and I was seeing the benefits from a bigger balance, so I decided to go for it. I sent a wire transfer for CAD$25,000 to my exchange and follow the same steps. The money was reflected on my trade account and we start making trade right away, the trades were closing and making profits of US$3000 to US$6000 dollars . By that time, my total investment of CAD$33,000 has doble . He came again, asking me to purchase and other Bitcoin, promising that the company will give me other two bitcoins to increase my balance. I told him I didn’t have the credit to purchase another Bitcoin so he said I could also purchase half of Bitcoin and the company will credit my account with half of Bitcoin. I was starting to have my doubts and in order to convince me, he offer to send me money so we could build the trust. We establish a computer connection thru Anydesk and he was able to access to my computer, he setup the Metamask wallet and transfer me US$100,000 dollars. I couldn’t believe it, why Frank will transfer me US$100,000 when he was asking me to invest US$25,000 more? something was not right, so I decided to doble check with a friend of mine to see if that money was real or not, and here is when the nightmare started. The money he sent me to build the trust was fake, it was sent on a test platform from etherium call Goerli. So , I realized I need it to withdraw my money as soon as I could. Meanwhile, he kept on insisting about me sending him more money to take advantage on the company promotion to increase my balance. I played along and I told him I had a big fight with my husband regarding to this investment and I needed to withdraw my money ASAP. He said that it was fine , he will help me to do it. In order to do any withdraws I need to verified my identity, so I verified myself, I upload my driver license, proof of residency and credit card information. My account got verified the next day, and I requested a withdraw, Frank told me to send the money to the Metamask wallet he setup for me, but I didn’t want to and I told him I prefer my coinsmart wallet, he was not happy with that decision. I withdraw US$25,000 on crypto and the transaction was pending for approval, I asked him what was going on and he told me that I had to cancel that request and do it again, so I did. This time I did it for US$50,000 (my investment plus the profit made), the withdraw was still pending, a few hours went by and asked him what was going on and he asked me to cancel that requested and do it again, so I did. This time I requested a withdraw for all the money on the account US$50,953. I was getting very nervous and after a few more text messages he confirmed that the money what sent. I asked him for confirmation and he sent me a photo of the transaction confirmation and I notice that the wallet address was missing the last letter. I freak out!!! The money was lost on the blockchain. He called me, I cried , and he told me he will contact a friend to see if it was possible to recover that money. The weekend went by and on Monday we spoke again, he said that he could recover the money by a retrospective transaction, but in order to do that I need to put the same amount of bitcoin in the wallet that sent the funds in order to claim it back, so now he was asking me to deposit US$50,000 which I didn’t have. Meanwhile, I was asking him to send me confirmation of the Transaction hash, I waned to check where the money went, but he was give me all kind of excuses also telling me that because the wallet address i gave him was invalidad, the transaction was not recorded on the blockchain. I start suspecting this was a scam, because all bitcoin transactions are recorded on the blockchain. He kept insisting on going for the solution to recovering the money lost, but I was clear I wouldn’t do it. I kept on insisting about the confirmation of the transaction and he sent me a screen shot of the cold wallet showing me the transaction, there was the hash number with a link, I asked him to send me that link and it was then when I realized that the money never left the sender’s account because the wallet address was invalid. I confront him about it, but he continued with his story and giving me surety that we could recover the money, so at that point I told him that if he was so certain about recovering the money, he could borrow me US$50,000, recover my US$50,000 and then withdraw his US$50,000 and happy ending, I told him he already deposit me US$100,000 and I returned it to him, why couldn’t he do US$50,000 to help me out. He said he will put half and I need to put the other half and I said no, then he said goodbye. After that, I try to log in into my trading account and it was blocked. I was scam with $25,000 american dollars
