Cupiro Review

Read our Cupiro review to see if we recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is a cupiro.io review.

Who are they?

After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.

So Cupiro is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does it work?

Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.

Withdrawing funds

You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.

If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.

How to get your money back?

If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.

The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.

What about wires?

If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.

Make sure you leave reviews about Cupiro in other sites

Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. If you fallen victim please leave a review and a comment on this site at the comment section. Also, when these people change their website they tend to call the old clients, so if they call you from a new website please write it down on the comment or let us know it by contacting us. That would be really appreciated by us and families all over world. Also if you get phone calls from other companies please put the name of these companies also in the comment or send it to us. 1. Cupiro is fraudulent investment company. They will trick you into depositing your hard earn money and even pressurise you to invest more money with unrealistic profit. It become trickier if yoi want your money back, if you are lucky you will get your initial deposit minus the profit you have made . This company is not to be trusted with your hard earn monet. They are under any regulation. Be warned..

  2. Yes it is a scam company, they Steel the money i invested with the profit.
Tradebaionics is another scam company, ive got scam by them too.

  3. I got duped out of 3k and the agent was demanding me yo put more money in. Saying be the man of the house and make the financial decisions. Then when he put the funds into crypto currencies and going backwards I checked one morning and everything was gone.

  4. I lost £200 to them a few weeks ago. I decided to write it off as I couldn’t cope with sorting it out. I have just received a call from them claiming they want to refund my money.Well, once bitten as they say, I refused to continue the call, especially as he didn’t even know how much I had deposited with them. Avoid like the plague!

  5. HELP! Got a phone call from Cupiro today saying they are returning my money but they have asked for access to my computer and want to see my bank details i.e. log onto my bank whilst they watch. What do I do. Have hung up on them.

  6. Real scam and poor sales technique that try to push you to top up more money, that guy is too fussy if you dont’ pay more.. wow rater be in casino will have a better treat. The guy Kevin will ask you to show your crypto account by using teamviewer , where is security and privacy?
And with their poor performance on trading system I just request ‘withdraw’ through their website it’s only 500 usd equity left in the first week of jun’22 now they left only 17 usd in the account. I should kept those 800 with me but it’s too late to sad. Dont’ want anybody to lose even 1$ for them again. and this is the first experience for bot trade for me.. believe yourself is the lesson.

  7. I invested $25000us and was only able to get $24000us returned. They are definitely scam artists and they love to have altercations with you. If you heard of a David Berg be aware they are out to steal your money. It is a long story of what I had to put up with. So, Cupiro is simply a worthless, disgusting company out to take from you.

I made a drastic error in the first sentence of this comment. I only got $1000cad dollars returned and LOST $24000us. I am still fighting with them and have them reported to proper authorities. My greatest hope is to get them expelled from Canada and lose their license if possible. So far they are responding being confident?(Hmm…)

  9. I want to add that the first amount that I invested by credit card, $253us, was sent to Growth- Genesis.eu. On the day I sent that I was robbed of $8us during the transfer. Regarding other transfers I was robbed a lot more from the broker. As I said, I am going to fight to get them kicked out of Canada. They have a lot of advertisements on Twitter, but very few followers. All of you making poor comments about Cupiro are 100%+ correct. Keep everyone away!

  10. Sadly I lost a lot of money to these crooks. Please steer well clear as they will rob you blind.

  11. The manager, Phillip Bosco, of Cupiro(that is who he claims he is), insists I can write anything about him. All I want is that people be well aware of those crooks. They now warn me to “STAY SAFE!”. Remember, they want very personal info from you. I provided that as I was investing and they claim they lost it all. A refund agency claims they have forensic evidence as to where the money was sent. Looking into that. EVERYBODY! Let Cupiro collapse! They are a CUP of IRritable Oddities!

  12. Brian Burke are you from canada? Because this cupiro said that they gonna give back the money that I invest to them. What is the best solution for this?

  13. Sorry Dennis,
I just took note of your reply. Perhaps, I am too late now. Stay away from those return agents. The are nothing but crooks. They keep telling me that Cupiro is losing its license because they have bad relations Canadians. Cupiro is loaded with scammers! I also had to put up with disgusting security. Anybody could get into my account and I fought that. And more security ridicule. I am still battling with Cupiro to determine more evidence about them. This may take a while, but due to all I lost I want them out of Canada. There are others who want them out of GB. So, those are scammers after you and I can’t suggest a safe possible way. I am going to keep searching these crooks!

  14. I just received a phone call today, didn’t catch the company name, the man stated that I made a $1500 deposit, which is true, and that Cupiro is being investigated and they will give me $5000 something back because he claimed that they lied and my money was making more than Cupiro claimed. He had my email address and phone number. I told him to email me the details and I will look into it. Have not received an email yet. I am in Canada. As if the first time wasn’t bad enough, they come after you again. Heartless!!!!

  15. There are many scammers associated with Cupiro! So many have offered me the return of money, that Cupiro is closing down, attempted to break into my bank account, left a phone number in my bank account profile and more. I lost over $30000cad from the crooks of Cupiro. They were against me withdrawing any cash and closing the account. Others have faced the same despicable issues! I am going to keep fighting them! DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MORE WITH THAT WASTE!

  16. I can’t believe it! The Cupiro Refund Office is trying to refund my money again. So sad that they are nothing but scammers. The manager of the office claims to be David Berg. I bet that sounds familiar! Cupiro insisted they had handled them legally. But, of course a lie. The proper provincial and federal authorities here in Canada have been made aware of how their brokers steal and also the banks.
Another thing is Trustpilot has been talked into believing Cupiro has shut down its homepage. NO WAY! They are still on the go! No more reviews are allowed on Trustpilot. Hmm…were they paid?

  17. One of the scum bags was called William Bart very convincing and a lot of pressure for more cash had over 100000pounds until I said, no more money as he was after my pensions and the next day my account was empty what a lot of scum

  18. I have lost 1000’s to cupiro.. Mia Schmit was the broker – that’s what she called herself ..
They manipulated the bids .. blocked me out of the account to stop me closing the obvious bad bids they made to trash the account.
Then the last thing they did, because the volatile bids they put on to trash the account were actually winning bids they took a bid and changed the opening bid, a day after the bid was opened – to a point 500 points below the opening bid at the time it 2as taken out to make it go red and lose the whole 18k in the account in minutes.

I have screen shots of it all and what’s app of the whole scam unfolding..

How do we get this out to everyone to stop this Scum ?

  19. I saw an advertesment about how to make money legally. Then I called that number which was given. Some one called Zara Makenzie introduced herself and discussed about how the system works and asked me to deposit money. I transferred 220 dollers from my account and also she gave me instructions how to watch the growthof my money, online. Few weeks later she said that she allocated an agent for my case. Then this so called agent phoned me and explained that he will be the agent who will help me to make a lot of money if I invest with Cupiro, I agreed to deposit the minimal amount at the begining which was 827 pounds . This agent gave me his contact details and said that he is phoning from Swisterland. I used to communicate with him via whatsapp to findout the progress of my account . This was in March this year . Around June, he has blocked my number from whatsapp.
I wrote few emails to customer services. No luck there either. I lost over £1000.

Is there any one who can help or advise me how to recover my money

    • Repairing that is what happened to me
I transferred £250 and for wees it was giving making profit, I had a broker by the name of Kevin for weeks he would call every day, to say very thing was progressing nicely, then he started asking me to put more money in to invest more, as I was going through a house refurbishment, money was tight so I refused, every couple of hours h would call asking for money, in the end I stopped taking his calls, when I checked the account all my funds had disappeared, when I look into the account, they were charging me £80 a day fees so obviously I lost all that money, all this happened in April now in December I had a lady by the name of Kate Miller call me saying I have 9000 dollars in the account t and this company was hiding my money, well at present I was not in the mood to talk as I have a bad cold so couldn’t be bother to speak
K to her, she confirmed my email address so I didn’t think much of it now reading these comments I know they are at it again
Thanks for the heads up will block these calls now, rather lose the 250 than thousands
Good luck to anyone trying to get there money back

  20. Absolutly horrible. Trying to get me to loan money so they could get them to grow. Thankfully i declined. Now since i tried to get my money they al off a sudden traded and lost every over 750 Euro. So what ever you do, dont get involved with this firme!

  21. I also fell into the trap of Cupiro. I originally invested £180, them a further £200. I was called every week asking about increases, always friendly but gently trying to persuade me to invest more.
I had emails saying what a great deal there was that I had to invest in and eventual asses another £2500. I know this may more seem a lot to most but it is to me. My money seemed to be doing really well and eventually got up to over £14,000. I made an enquiry to the lady I had been dealing with about withdrawing a small amount, this should of been the first sign as I didn’t hear anything back, when she had always been so good at replying. I left it a couple of months and then after reading some online that they sounded fraudulent (I had checked it out before I decided to invest and couldn’t see anything bad, just that theybweee a fairly new company). I decided that I was going to withdraw the lot via the website. Once I had set this in motion and clicked the button I get a message saying that I may loose all my money, but no chance to go back and stop it. And what a surprise, within and hour all my money was gone. Disgusting and disrespectful company.

  22. Lost £200 deposit. Over the first week or two I saw it increase to £350, so decided to just withdraw my money. Next day I checked and my balance was £0, I told them I was really confused etc etc., tried my best to get it back but never did. This was back in May 2022, and today (Nov 2022) I got a phone call saying they could refund the money if I give them access to my computer – googled it and apparently, it’s a well-known scam! Blocked!!

  23. I have also been a victim of Cupiro, Nathan Fisk is the name of the broker that I dealt with, I just hope that not only I can recover the 7K lost but also expose these criminals so they don’t get to do this to others, these people (if you can call them that) have no morals or ethics whatsoever

  24. I too was a victim of Cupiro. My broker was from Swisterland. Later on he removed his contact details too from my list. Now there is a new team call Bitcoin who is quoting the details about Cupiro and trying to recover the money that you spent. They keep saying that your money is with Bitcoin waiting to be collected. Trick is this. First you have to transfer your money to them and then only you will get your money from Bitcoin. I nearly got caught to this. Thanks to my son, I escaped.
