7Seasfx Review

Read our 7Seasfx review to see if we recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is a 7seasfx.com review.

Who are they?

After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.

So 7Seasfx is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

Regulatory Body Status
FCA (UK) No record of authorization
ASIC (AU) No record
CySEC (EU) No record
SEC / CFTC (US) No record

How does it work?

Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.

Withdrawing funds

You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.

If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.

How to get your money back?

If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.

The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.

What about wires?

If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.

Make sure you leave reviews about 7Seasfx in other sites

Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. If you fallen victim please leave a review and a comment on this site at the comment section. Also, when these people change their website they tend to call the old clients, so if they call you from a new website please write it down on the comment or let us know it by contacting us. 1. I invested $30,000 in August with sevenseasfx. Since then I have tried to withdraw funds especially when the market was doing well, but this was refused and I was told I needed to invest for longer, why? I had no choice but to oblige as I was worried that I would lose my investment. Instead they forced me to hold my investment then manipulated the dashboard which turns out was a scam. They then made the screen run into a massive loss. They then pretended that the market had crashed. At the end of this scam they stole well over £25k of my money. They then offered to ‘help me’ by giving me a credit but in order to take advantage of the credit I needed to invest another $10,000 which I politely refused to do as I knew they were trying to scam me for more.

I have tried to speak to my account manager Daniel Sharpe and his senior trader David Newman but they are not getting back to me.

In short I have been scammed of $30,000 which I have now realised was never in fact invested in the market. They lure you in by inflating profits on your dashboard. When you try to withdraw they create losses on their platform and then say you have lost everything.

I have reported the company to the FCA and FINMA the financial services regulatory body in the UK and Switzerland. My humble advice to all, please do not invest with 7seasfx as you will not get a single dollar back from them.

A couple of things I have learnt since:

    1) 7seasfx are not regulated by the FCA or FINMA
    2) There is no address on their website
    3) None of the account managers can be found on platforms such as linkedin etc.

  2. We get so easily sucked in by these get rich schemes, and they prey on us. 7seasfx, does just that! They seem so legit, even with the, “an analyst will contact you on monday”, but not 10 minutes after having sent them your money, 250US in my case, some indian speaking guy calls asking for more money claiming the initial 250 was just to open the account. The original call came from england, but subsequent calls came from different places in Canada! Try calling back, they are all numbers that are not in service! They promis an algorythm that will double and even quadruple your investment, when their supposed analyst can’t even make you 50$ after a week! And try to get your money back? Ha! They just ignore your emails and then you are done! Another sucker bites the dust! Stay away from them and spread the word!

  3. I had the misfortune of falling for one of their ads boasting about unrealistic returns, I didn’t think at the time, I feel daft as a result!

They are very aggressive and put on a countdown timer on their site to pressure sell to bait, DON’T fall for this. Continue to do your research whilst at the same time ignoring the fake reviews boasting of this firms greatness (ALL from with one review) highly suspect.

Luckily only made the minimum required and worked out not long after that this is a SCAM! I have spoken with my bank and flagged their phone numbers as scams.

Stay alert people , don’t fall for their BS

  4. Yes I have paid the $250 and have asked for re-imbursement.
I started to get worried when their site refused to update at the weekend.
The server time was changing, but the chart was stalled at midnight on Friday
Emails are not being replied to, and phone numbers are fale.
There is one number that answers: +61 721115005
This is open in Australia during Australian Office Hours
There is a receptionist, or at least a recorded message.
I have initiated a Chargeback, so rely on the Credit Card Guarantee
The scam is very convincing, and the advert quoting Elon Musk and a TV show also.
MSN is showing this on the daily page in EDGE, shame on the lot of them!
The Ad diverts sometimes to a fake bland story.

  5. Here in the UK if you paid by bank transfer the banks won’t help you. But if you paid by card yes the bank will attempt a charge back. I am kicking myself now for being so stupid to have made a bank transfer. Please others do not fell into this SCAM, you don’t want to be sitting here kicking yourself up having lost $30k!

  6. As per the YouTube link,.have a look at the other videos on that channel, all on how to (buy) get more likes on Facebook , Instagram and Tik Tok, strangely all in a foreign language?! I’m guessing Indian? (Apologies as unsure) a quick look on Twitter under @7seasfx = Hamit Vanli, which adds to my suspicion that they are in India, so far I have had calls and Emails fro. Kevin Mannie on an 0203 number then am 01865 number also a call from a Richard who has an Australian/New Zealand accent Voicemail, call ignored on an 01206 number asking me to speak to him = no chance , this was then finished off with a continuous Email exchange (approximately 15) back and forth with Mike Read , whose use of English language and financial Services/guidelines, cracked me up with ‘Money Laundry’ the tried to blame his device for his lack of knowledge 🤣🤣

All of the above confirming my suspicion that they are abroad and likely all of their names are fake too, this is a story that I have sent off to the Financial Times and I recommend that you all do as well, in a bid.to stop the scammers in their tracks.

  7. Worth mentioning too , the male in the YouTube video , listen to his wording , fairly evident based upon the grammatical mess he is making that English is not his first language and the speech has been put through a translator app.

  8. KK, you are right about the person who has uploaded the video to Youtube he is from India. I nearly fell off my chair in laughter when I listened to that Youtube video, the person has a few videos on his channel where like you say he talks about things like how to get more likes on facebook, but now all of a sudden has become a gold account holder which I think requires a minimum investment of $50k. Did you notice he points out at the bottom of the website and makes the point that you can lose money investing HAHAH, I wanted to respond and ask him why the footer of the website makes no mention of their regulatory licence LOL. The review is fake and is nothing more than an attempt to steal from innocent people like us. The last I spoke to someone was a Mark Peterson from South Africa and he definitely has a South African accent, he claims to have so much power, so much so that he could even authorise a refund lol. I am not asking for a refund, I am asking for stolen money to be returned. I challenged this Mark Peterson to jump on a zoom call with me and show me his face, if you are genuine as you claim to be why you hiding? So far I have reported them to wise.com who have told me that they have blocked all payments to their polish bank account (interesting their based in Poland to lol). To summarise, Geneva, South Africa, Australia, maybe New Zealand? where else are these thieves operating I wonder. To confirm SevenseasFX is a SCAM SCAM SCAM and that is all it is.

    • Remember folks , YouTube videos also have the option of comments. Not that I am suggesting that we decorate their channel with truths 🤣🤣

  9. I can’t believe I was so stupid. I actually believed all the lies and promises. I have to accept that a fool and his money are soon parted and I was an absolute fool. My best advice is to steer clear of these conmen. They are so good and so convincing. They seem like genuine caring individuals and nothing could be further from the truth. There must be a special place in hell for the people who con others out of their hard earned cash. Expensive lesson learned.
