Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So TradeCoin is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. Make sure you leave reviews about TradeCoin in other sites
Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. If you fallen victim please leave a review and a comment on this site at the comment section. Also, when these people change their website they tend to call the old clients, so if they call you from a new website please write it down on the comment or let us know it by contacting us. Scammers. Bad trading advice and refused withdrawal of remaining money after a huge loss on their website. The advisor couldn’t stop requesting more money to trade. The more I invested the more I lost money. Stay far away from this company trade-coin.com. They are nothing but heartless wolves .
Lost money with them. I made few small deposit with trade coin and when they ask me to invest more i did refused. in next trade lost all money with bad advisory and they put blame on me. Don’t belive in quick money making. You will lost all!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM
Unfortunately I bought into Trade-Coin.com for a small sum and was encouraged to deposit additional sums by the company depositing an additional 50% for me to trade with. After two weeks of successful trading lead by a trader my account showed a 94% profit. I attempted to withdraw a sum 5.5 weeks ago and it is still pending. Every 2 weeks I get a phone call from a Trade-Coin.com agent saying that if I trade two more signals the funds will be released. This is obviously a ploy to empty my account so I am refusing to trade any further until my withdrawal request has been honoured. This is obviously a SCAM and a report has been submitted to Action Fraud
Michael don’t even dare further trading. You will loose all and they will cast the blame on you. Same happened to me , unfortunately for me, I traded one one more signal before withdrawal and lost all. Now I want to withdraw the remaining amount left , it has. It been approved.

I was thinking of taking out an account with them(whoever tradecoin is) I will now not entertain this so called company I really do not know what I was doing in the first place even thinking of dealing with them fortunately they made a slip up by mentioning gift cards from the post office to make payments, this made me back off completely realising at that moment that’s not the way a large genuine company would work or request payments

I can’t agree more with the comments on this review. I have transferred the initial sum they say is the minimum but got suspicious and asked for my money back before the account was even live. They are giving me the run around, just as explained in this article and my next course of action is to start the callback process and place as much negative commentary on the net as possible to warn othered to avoid these bandits like the plague.
I was so stopped to start with them. These whore not great ammounts but still. You put in the trade funds. they give you bonusses and extra trades. When you tell them you will withdraw money, they would like you to do the last off the special trades to get extra profit. and then your money is gone.
They only way you could try getting your money back is invest again.

I also got replied to by TradeCoin via a link I saw on Tesla Prime Bitcoin trading, within minutes I had a call from a George Wilson (Maybe) who went through his scripted patter. Referred me to a web link that was sent by email and told I was very privileged to be one of the selected members (BS) and asked me to fill in my bank account details (no way without research I said) anyway I told them I am not interested and wont be pressured into making investments without researching which I have now done – THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT SIGN UP
I have already told TradeCoin that I am not interested and have not made a payment after reading the reviews, now my mobile is constantly called from many different numbers all of which I block but still they call – two days now 30+ calls this company (if it exists)is a nightmare – AVOID AT ALL COSTS THE BIGGEST SCAMMER YOU WILL COME ACROSS
I Have the same troubles with tradecoin I still have money on my account and they keep calling me everyday on my work .
I asked them to close my account and give me my money back they said they will not do dad
I blocked them and they call with another number in totally I have blocked 25 numbers but they keep calling with other numbers .
The only thing I can do is take another number so I Did .

I have already left a post earlier as I am having the same problem as most on this review. I have in the end contacted my CC company and explained how I think I was coerced into sending the “minimum” amount to them. I must say, I am hugely disappointed in myself for doing that without proper due diligence, you live and learn I guess..! Anyway, my CC company was very sympathetic and have started what they call a “callback” on my funds. They contact the scoundrels financial transacting company and request a refund on my behalf. Tradecoin don’t like that to happen too many times as their partner will get weary of it and cease the relationship. Hope everyone impacted does the same and drive this shower out of business. Wishful thinking on my part as there will always be some poor unsuspecting person willing to give there hard earned money to what tradecoin say is a risk free investment with huge potential – yeah right..! I got a call back from one John Reeves. With his help, I transferred money to a personal account that had already been created. Gradually I was asked to deposit more money as a bigger account offers more trading opportunities. I deposited a total of €1000 and received a €250 bonus. To make a long story short, in addition to telephone contact, there was also contact via WhatsApp. I still have all conversations via WhatsApp.

I too like everyone else was hounded with calls from different numbers. I put in the bare minimum that was recommended and they heat telling me that it was not enough to work with, so ended up putting more in and made some profits. Haven’t tried withdrawing. Now the trading platform has disappeared without trace. I was dealt with by a rude lady called Sofia. When I wouldn’t pay any more she fobbed me to someone else. Lost everything now

Hello please don’t trust trade.trade-coin.com it’s fraudulent company I deposited funds , made a loss than recovered original deposit amount and requested withdrawal it’s been 3 months I haven’t received my funds I keep getting fobbed off , different numbers calling me I threatened to go to police, newspaper and tv to recover my funds I requested the company address but they refused to give all of the address and wants me to send my bank statements to I never received the funds I don’t trust the company to send my bank statements I just want my money back.

This is a very manipulative bunch of crooks, first a sweet voice prompts you to deposit small minimum amount , then come middle crook , pose as very supportive and get all your details and urge you to invest with very promising returns. Now comes the biggie, he call him self VIP department and claims 20 years I in trading experience and your personal supporter. Here he will bring you all sorts of past history of crypto trader and returns , patterns change your mind to invest a bigger amount and here he trapped you. Now you can’t get out because you have put certain amount to invest and his / her sweet talk pursue you to go bit further. Now you are trapped
Unable to get out the trade in going to loose you are force to keep the margins, so you invest bit more. Now danger point he has grab you and now he tends to ignore you no morel call,follow up.
Last your account unable to sustain you loose. This is the biggest scam traders. Do not fall in to it. Keep your hard earned saving safely.

Don’t do the mistake of putting your money into TradeCoin. They slowly make you believe, show some profit and then when ready to withdraw- boom, bad advice and you loose everything. Seems such a common situation with all the above comments. And it happened to me, their explanation was – language barrier.
