Read our Eth Profits review to see if we recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is a ethprofits.com review.
Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Eth Profits is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
| Regulatory Body | Status |
|---|---|
| FCA (UK) | No record of authorization |
| ASIC (AU) | No record |
| CySEC (EU) | No record |
| SEC / CFTC (US) | No record |
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.
What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.
Make sure you leave reviews about Eth Profits in other sites
Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. If you fallen victim please leave a review and a comment on this site at the comment section. Also, when these people change their website they tend to call the old clients, so if they call you from a new website please write it down on the comment or let us know it by contacting us. That would be really appreciated by us and families all over world. Also if you get phone calls from other companies please put the name of these companies also in the comment or send it to us. I certainly cannot recommend this company, I traded a small amount of $US1500 to test the water so to speak but I was harrassed to put in more like $US10,000, very aggressive, so I decided to pull out and get a payout of what was my account. I was informed by a person called Felix that I could only get paid to a cold wallet, did I have one. No, don’t worry I will help you set one up using Any Desk. So we proceeded along this line, I needed to transfer funds to a very reputable trader here in Australia. So went to my bank a/c and was about to transfer but needed a pen to write down the details on turning back I noticed that this Felix had filled in the details for $A20,000 and sent before I could stop him. He was told by the company that it would take 5 days to set up he told them no, he wanted immediately they said no way so Felix transferred the money back to my account, less $A225 exchange rate calculation.
That was the start of of an epic cluster****.
Phone call from my bank, AusTrack, to find out what was going on. Then the bank froze my account for nearly 4 weeks.
I do not believe all the glowing reviews. An example report from another review site that I should have looked at first.
“Ethprofits.com offered a good-looking website and big promises – and that is pretty much all. Here are some things the broker did not offer – comprehensive information about trading conditions, detailed legal documentation, or access to a trading platform without a referral code. Most importantly, this broker is definitely not licensed – which automatically makes them a lot less reliable. All the signs of a scam are there so the smart decision would be to avoid this broker and turn to a licensed company instead”.
By the way I am still waiting I am still waiting for the $US1700 to get to me.
I live in hope, so be warned. Do not use them
Absolute SCAM of a company. Was told I could start with $250 US. After sending this amount the next few days were a constant harassment for more money, first request starting at 10K. The supposed profits they were showing me on screen never translated into real dollars. I was promised a refund 6 weeks ago, after a series of 4 phone conversations of 20 minutes duration trying to manipulate me to stay. I still have not received the refund. I can no longer access the trading site, and active emails bounce back. I’ve lost $375 AUS on these scammers.
People don’t get fooled by all the good reviews. They are either people that haven’t realised yet that their money is already gone or they are bots/scammers themself.
I started trading with ETHprofits and invested a total of 1200 usd. They were super helpful and friendly, but the way the account was made (250usd) through instanbul was already weird to me and the fact this company is also not licensed (discovered this too late). The moment I asked my money back, just to see if I could trust them, they started to become rude/difficult and started ghosting me.
Scammers will always be friendly when they want your money, just saying.
I asked my money back on 13/06 and still haven’t received it back. So yeah people don’t be dumb like me and start with this company, you will only lose your money.
As a result of an on-line enquiry, my wife was talked into investing $250USD with ETHProfits and was signed up for an account by “Dan” an extremely fast talking and persuasive individual. He invested the $250USD and showed us the profits and a small withdrawal. To cut a long story short, after a number of long international phone calls, we subsequently invested first $15,000 AUD to reach a “Bronze” account and after relentless pressure from Dan to invest more money we transferred another $23,000 to get into a “Silver” account. In the first 6 weeks the account made a profit of $7,500USD and Dan, in nearly daily phone calls extolling the result mounted more pressure on us to advance to a “Gold” account. I then smelled a rat and to test the waters, I made a withdrawal request for $3,000USD to realise some of our profits. Dan was not happy and told us that it was not worth his while (his words) to trade on our behalf and advised us to close the account, which was fine by us.
Scam No. 1. Enter “Felix”, the accountant, who would only take 10 minutes of our time to finalise the account and get us our money. Just follow the 3-Step Verification process which are mandatory in order to complete the first-time withdrawal (Not mentioned anywhere). This procedure entailed giving them all our banking details, a signed form completing the withdrawal request and the payment of a Service Fee of 15% of the balance as an external transfer from our side. As the balance of our account was $55,275AUD we were required to pay $8,223 up front to release that money. I advised him to take that money out of the balance of our account but he refused as that was supposedly against the law. I refused to pay that money and we reached a stalemate as “Felix” adopted a “Take it or Leave it” attitude and the communication with “Felix” ceased.
Scam No. 2. Two days later we were e-mailed by Accounts Manager “Anna” who offered to help us liquidating the account and withdraw the full amount with no fees or commissions involved. When we spoke to her the following day she apologized profusely about “Felix’s” behaviour as he had tried to get himself a bonus. She agreed that he had acted dishonestly and informed us that he would be dealt with by the company. She then detailed a course of convoluted action which involved setting up another platform with Coinbase and “synchronizing” the two accounts to satisfy the Anti Money Laundering (AML) protocol. She refused to accept our request to transfer the money peer to peer from their wallet into our Coinspot, the way we had transferred and received money before. She helped us to set up the Coinbase account and when it came to the point of transferring the money, “Anna” requested us to pay 20% of the balance of the account as an external transaction into Coinbase to satisfy the AML protocol; an amount in excess of $10,000! She explained that that amount was only going to be in Coinbase for a short time and we would get it back once the transfer of the balance of our account had been transferred. I again smelled a rat and refused to pay which resulted in “Anna” spitting the dummy and hanging up on us. She again tried the following day with similar results and in the end my wife sent her an e-mail with specific questions about the procedure “Anna” wanted us to follow; questions she ignored and the e-mail was returned with a cryptic “good luck”.
Scam No. 3. For my own information I decided to look into the so called “Profits” in our account. I selected 17 profitable transactions and checked them out on the Yahoo Finance website. Four (4) of the transactions were definitely not possible, based on the ranges on that day; the rest could have been valid trades but given the 4 impossible trades the remainder are also highly suspicious. I can’t help but come to a conclusion that ETHProfits is a complete scam, taking innocent people’s money and supposedly investing it in sham trades showing big profits which are then used as a lever to extract more money from unsuspecting investors who are fooled by the profits and are happy with the resultant balance of the account. The goal is to persuade the investor to keep on building on the balance of the account. The problem arises when the investor decides to realise some of the profits or wishes to close the account. First of all the “Withdrawal” function on the ETHProfits website does not lead you anywhere and when you contact your account manager you get referred to “Felix”, the criminal accountant who is part of the scheme. It does not matter how much profit was made and how well the account fared as ETHProfits has no intention to pay the balance of the account to the investor. I forwarded an e-mail to “Anna” detailing my suspicions to which I received no reply.
Scam No. 4. Subsequently to the e-mail, we were contacted by “Zack” from ETHProfits Legal Department, to say that he was investigating “Felix” and “Anna” for criminal behaviour. He requested to be forwarded all the communications we had with the pair and promised that he would facilitate the full transfer of our money out of our account. However, the procedure again involved the use of the Coinbase platform excluding the transfer of the $10,000 fee. “Zack” would not authorise a direct transfer to our Coinspot Wallet as that wallet was “Flagged” by ETHProfits as a security risk. If we persisted with that request he wanted us to sign a waiver exonerating ETHProfits if the money went missing (How convenient)! In our dealings with “Zack” he offered his assistance in setting up a new Coinbase account by giving him access to our computer, a request we denied. In the end we sent him an e-mail with some pertinent questions about the transfer followed by a second e-mail questioning as to why our account has been closed and why we had two different account numbers as was noted on the legal document Zack forwarded to us. This confirms my suspicions that ETHProfits has a fictitious account running for the investor and an accurate one for themselves. I haven’t received a reply to the questions raised in the two e-mails.
I believe Scam number 4 was instigated as a ploy to buy them time for whatever reason as I had threatened to expose their nefarious practices on a number of platforms if they did not return the money of my initial investments.
Zack has continued to string us along for two weeks with a promise of payment after a number of conflicting instructions which finally culminated in his decision to transfer the money today. After 3 hours of waiting and a prodding e-mail, “Zack” replied that they held back the money as they were checking whether all the necessary fees had been paid! And on the merry-go-round we go again!
It is obvious that ETHProfits does not want to release our money and we will write off our $55,275AUD as a bad debt and a warning to others not to have ANY DEALINGS with this company as they appear to be rotten to the core.
Hi,
I started with this scam gang for three months ago and l lost 62000 dollars. Now l have filed a complain in police and waiting to see what happend. They call me everyday but refuse to contact them. They are very scam, be very carefully and not contact them.
Sweden.
As a result of an on-line enquiry, my wife was talked into investing $250USD with ETHProfits. After being shown a profit on this investment, we invested another $15,000AUD to attain a “Bronze” account and after extreme pressure to increase the investment to a “Silver” account, we invested another $23,000AUD. In the first 6 weeks, the account made a profit of $7,500USD and ETHProfits then started to put on relentless pressure to advance to a “Gold” account. I then smelled a rat and to test the waters I requested a withdrawal of $3,000USD out of our profits. ETH were not happy to operate such a “small” account and they advised us to close the account, which we did, as we were getting sick of the numerous international phone calls seeking more money. We then faced a succession of operators from the Finance Department to Account Manager to the Legal Department, all trying to scam an additional $8,223 (a 15% Service Fee) to $10,000AUD (a “Synchronising” payment) out of our private funds to facilitate the release of our ETH account which amounted to $55,275AUD. I refused to pay that money steadfastly and eventually, the Accounts Manager took over admitting that the accountant had tried to scam us to give himself a bonus and would be dealt with by the office. She offered to transfer the money without any fees or commissions and detailed a convoluted course of action involving the creation of an intermediate wallet with Coinbase to facilitate the “synchronisation” of the transfer in order to comply with the Anti Laundering Protocol (AML). When she was ready to transfer the money the demand for the $10,000 (only for a short time) was made; I again smelled a rat and refused to pay causing her to hang up on us. An e-mail to her requesting information about the AML protocol was returned with a cryptic “Good Luck”.
Enter the guy from the Legal Department who informed us that he was investigating the 2 previous operators for criminal behaviour and promised us a return of all our money without extra charges and excluding the $10,000 fee. He then spun us along for another fortnight with conflicting instructions all in an effort to, I believe, buy him time in order to wipe the numerous bad ETHProfits reviews off a number of platforms and replace them with phoney 5-Star reviews (I had threatened to post a bad review also if he did not return our initial $38,350AUD investment). They rejected our request of a peer-to-peer transfer as recommended by the Coinspot Fraud Section on the grounds that ETHProfits had “flagged” Coinspot as a security risk. But true to form, after a fortnight of stalling and finally being ready to transfer the money, the demand for extra money out of our private funds was made in order to comply with the AML protocol in “Synchronising” the two wallets. The solicitor refused to send us documentation about this Protocol and advised us to do our own research on the internet which, surprise surprise, proved fruitless. So, we are at a stalemate now; ETHProfits have our money and refuse to release it.
For my own information, I decided to look into the so called “Profits” in our account which, by the way, we have now been locked out of. I selected 17 profitable transactions and checked them out on the Yahoo Finance website. Four (4) of the transactions were definitely not possible, based on the ranges on that day, the rest could have been valid trades but given the 4 impossible trades, the remainder are also highly suspicious. I can’t help but come to the conclusion that ETHProfits is a complete scam, taking innocent people’s money and supposedly investing it in sham trades showing big profits which are then used as a lever to extract more money from unsuspecting investors, fooled by the profits and happy with the resultant balance of the account. My conclusion was confirmed by a subsequent legal document ETHProfits sent us which had a different Account Number than the one we were operating from. They were running two accounts; one fictitious account for the investor and an accurate one for themselves!
It is obvious that ETHProfits does not want to release our money and we will write off our $55,275AUD as a bad debt and a warning to others NOT TO HAVE DEALINGS with this company as they are rotten to the core!!
I got my money back by getting the bank to do a charge back which the ACCC and the tax department suggested. When I told the bank that the ACCC and the tax dept suggested it I got the initial $250USD returned to my bank account. Eth Profits was harassing me on the phone for weeks with different agents and 25 different mobile phones. The calls were coming from London Switzerland ,Canberra and from companies called Klon Odeme, Eth Profits and 2 others . They also gave me a fictious ABN number and a false form to fill in for the tax department and they tried to clean out my savings account but the bank thought it was suspicious and put a hold pending on the money there so I was able to stop them cleaning out my bank account. these people are the lowest of low the way they scam people out of their hard earned money it’s about time the government started to do somethinmg about these traders
I lost about more than sg$50k investing with them. I was dumb and regret falling into their scheme. Now they say i have to pay their services before they can release my money. Now they are still trying to get me to pay which i clearly told i am not going to pay anymore. And now they claim that my account have been blocked and also now they are required to close their website whatsoever and that they need to return all the investors money. They ask me to access my hp via anydesk and i knew they wanted to view my bank account and see how much they can still syphon out my money. I was a fool to have fallen for their schemes. Now i have no way of getting my money. I transfer my money via Gemini and they traded thru that ..but withdraw them out after getting me to put a bank account (which is theirs) via gemini. Took me awhile to realize that i have been scammed. What a fool i am.
I checked other reviews of eth.profits where some claimed it to be legit.
My dad (old man) invested 12k for these scammers and lost them all. Now my family is in tatters because we kids had do break news to our Mother.
Absolute SCAMMERS, Do not invest your hard earned money with these scumbags, you have no chance of getting your money back ,they will try anything to get you to give them access to your Computer or phone using anydesk ,do not let them they will clean your accounts
Government, stop them!
How can they still exist, and continue scamming and stealing money from people?
Phoneterror, rudeness, they will drain you completely.
I to fell victim to Ethprofits after responding to what I later discovered to be false advertising. I intially invested £250 and after being shown the profit on that amount invested a further £750 followed by £1,000 and then £5,000. Kevin whom was ringing me daily was very excited by how much profit I could make and eager to ‘make money for me’, so in went a further £10,000. By this time I had started to feel very uncomfortable and when my son found out what I had done and that i had anydesk installed on my computer he was livid. I then asked to withdraw £5,000 to see if I was able to, but surprise surprise the request was refused. However I was told that I could withdraw all the money, great I thought, even better. I received the call at the agreed time and was all ready with my computer. Then came the catch, in order to release my funds I had to put the same amount into binance to satisfy the anti money laundering rules and regs. I was not willing to do this and then ensued an argument with the true colours of these so called investors and accountants showing through. They became rude and aggressive. I ended the call, however received another call the following day from someone else who was going to complete the refund with me. Then started the whole rigmarole again, with the same lack of reasoning from them other than, and I quote ‘thems the rules’! At one point I stated that I didn’t have another £20,000 to transfer in order to get my funds back, to which the reply was ‘yes you have I’ve seen your bank account’.
I resigned myself to the fact that I am not going to get any money back, as the bank seem unable to resolve it despite the involvement of the anti fraud Police. However while on holiday I received an email to say that the platform was under investigation by the fca and they were looking to refund all investors. Hurrah I thought, and they called me to arrange a date for the refund. That day is today and I have just read these comments while waiting for the call, seems that this is just the latest in their long line of scams and I am no nearer to getting my money back. I can’t believe that I was so gullible and went ahead transferring money to these scammers, hard earned money of mine and inheritance from parents who worked hard and saved. In my head I can’t stop thinking about what I could have done with the money had I still had it.

Definitely a scamming company!!!
I wish I had checked all these reviews before I invested I never buy a product unless I check reviews and I’m kicking myself everyday for not doing that I didn’t even consider it as I read everything on their website and of course trusted my account manager.
I recently invested with Ethprofits in early July of 2022 a total amount of $9,350 AUD.
I have now profited a total of $23,700.
I decided to withdraw my funds and I had a service representative from Ethprofits by the name of Zac Lao who advise me that I will need 20% of funds in order to withdraw my money.
I was surprised as I was not advised about this 20% commission and told Zac I don’t have these kind of funds $6,600 AUD and replied and said you will find it I’m sure you can borrow it, I was so furious that I told him what I thought and hung up. Two days later he contacts me to see if I got the funds I had abused him again and hung up on him.
I had contacted and emailed their support team and advised them of this and that I don’t have the money to withdraw my funds and that there’s no reason why they can’t take it out of the profits, they apologised and advised me they will have this all settled asap.
I had made a small withdrawal earlier on when I initially invested, I wanted to see if it was easy to withdraw my funds and it was simple just filled out the withdrawal information on their website and the money of only $100 AUD was in my bank account, so I thought wow that was easy. My account manager Ben Chan did not disclose any information regarding any fees commissions etc.. at the time of the withdrawal and of course he wouldn’t because I would’ve definitely not invested. Since wanting to withdraw my funds all communication with Ben has ceased because he knows he lied to me and that his a rat.
I have been dealing with Zac Lao and have been trying to get my money back but they refuse to release my money unless I now pay 10%. I asked if they can take the commission out of the profits and he declined.
I have now spent 3 weeks with Zac trying other ways to get my money, so I said can I only take out a smaller amount he said he will find out but doubts that I can do that a week went by and never heard back from Zac apparently he was off sick poor thing..
He now has told me that it is a requirement of Binance to transfer 20% of my funds into my Binance account in order to convert the funds from USD to AUD I said so now Binance need the funds Ethprofits don’t so which one is it?? He would mock me and tell I’m not understanding like I haven’t worked out just how his lied to me, this low life is a pathetic excuse for a human being as I explained right from the beginning I didn’t have those funds and now that I know there only trying to get more money from me even if I did have it I wouldn’t be that stupid to give them more.
So I asked Zac to email me the details of the withdrawal process as I could not find anything on their website and his response was your not understanding me… really!!!! I hung on him and emailed and contacted their support team that I want to speak to someone from their legal team and that I refuse to deal with Zac, they replied and said they will have someone contact asap I’m still waiting……
So now I’m finally attended to by Paul Spencer from the legal department and I’ve explained to him I don’t have the funds to withdraw my funds so he said not to worry I can help you with that and explained to me only under extreme circumstances he will offer me this – he wanted to assist me in online personal loan applications so I can borrow the money in order for me to use the funds I borrowed to give to them …wow I don’t know how low these people can go but I couldn’t help but loose my shit…..

After seeing all these comments and as I am still negotiating with ETH it obvious that I am wasting my time and can kiss my $A38K goodbye. Further comments will follow.
I’m currently dealing with a guy in the legal department and he has told me Ethprofits are closing down and all Ethprofits clients must be paid out so the owner can sell the company I’m just playing along just to see how far these serpents will go. I’m appalled with the way they’ve handled my withdrawal it’s been going on for 6 weeks now and I’ve been told 4 different reasons as to why I must place funds in Binance or coinbase and now in order to complete this withdrawal I need to purchase 2 Ethereums for the the value of $4,700 and the reason he gave me is below:
You are only required to use a particular cryptocurrency coin to perform a certain process so, you can create a unique channel that can also give protection to your coin.
You must come up with the required amount of ETHEREUM to get it done safely.
I’m currently having this checked out by a solicitor I personally don’t trust them because I’ve read online that scammers are using a blockchain to steal your money and there is no way of getting back. They’re obviously scammers because they lie so much and it’s all or nothing and they refuse to use funds from what you’ve made this is why I don’t trust them.
Has anyone else been told the same reason?
You won’t get anywhere this is just an excuse to get more money out of you. When you stick to your guns on getting funds back they get quite nasty. I managed to get my bank to do a charge back for the original $250. They can’t help it to get interest accrued on the investment.Although I got my $250 back they still keep ringing me to put further deposits into the account. It’s got to point I screen my calls now so far they have used 32 different mobile numbers and ringing from 3 different countries. They want remote access to your computer to get into your bank account for them to transfer funds out to them. They are still advertising for investors so I don’t believe them when they say they are closing down I’M STILL WAITING ON WITHDRAWAL PAYMENT OF INTEREST MADE ON THIS ACCOUNT

I would like to know why ETHPROFITS is still operating and why has the government done nothing to stop them this is ridiculous I can’t believe they can get away with taking money from people who have innocently invested via the Tesla add. This add needs to be looked into as these scammers are intercepting and miss leading people and they are very good at getting the maximum dollars from you. Theses people have no souls they will keep harassing you to take more money from you once you withdraw, they make me sick. I wish I had the funds to do what needs to be done to stop these serpents.
If you have been reading these reviews you will know that I and my spouse have lost about $A46,000.00, $A26K that I have traded with ETH and unable to get paid by them and then another $A20k that they whilst on an Zoom meeting a guy by the name of Max Russel. I actually saw him perform this action but he was too quick for me to realize what was happening. Anyway he grabbed my money and deposited into another finance company. This was done under my name but his password, I could actually see 2 amounts on the finance company website. That was done on 13th October2022.I also used them and had been for about 9 months, also had $A5k in their holing account of which I redirected back to my savings also on the 13th October2022. Keeping in mind that I still could not touch the other $A20k without a password which Max Russel had. I checked again on the 15th October 2022 to see if my $A5k had move ,and it had and was in my account. The other 2 lines showed up as still being there total $A20k. Momenta’s day October 16 when the FBI raided FTX Finances in the Bahamas. FTX also on that day filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. Even though I have lost $A46k I cannot help laughing because Max Russel also lost not being able to get to the funds he transferred to FTX. I have since filed a claim for the $A20k with the solicitors as a creditor, the people handling have been more than helpful. I am 85 and a disabled returned veteran and do not expect to recoup anything before I kick of this planet. But I did get a good bit of therapy handling this ongoing fiasco.
I have had the same treatment from ETH as well I was lucky I had only put $250 investment to start off with . But then I got pretty sick so decided to stop the investment. That’s when all the fun started they kept coming and saying they needed access to bank account to put in the funds too but my bank put a stay on payment from my account they thought it was some sort of scam. So I was lucky I only lost my initial $250. BUT THEY CONSTAANTLY HARRASSED ME ON THE PHONE UP TO 8 TIMES A DAY using over 30 different phone numbers I ended up having to cancel my phone number. I hope you get your money back

It is not the amount of money, it is the fact that these crooks are able to take advantage of you. Personally my opinion is that if there is evidence there and you can prove it then they should be charged with the crime , serve time in gaol and not be allowed to perform in the financial ever again.
I don’t suppose you could shoot them but sometimes you wonder.
