Buffets Finance Review

Read our Buffets Finance review to see if we recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is a buffets.finance review.

Who are they?

After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.

So Buffets Finance is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does it work?

Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.

Withdrawing funds

You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.

If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.

How to get your money back?

If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.

The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.

What about wires?

If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.

Make sure you leave reviews about Buffets Finance in other sites

Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. If you fallen victim please leave a review and a comment on this site at the comment section. Also, when these people change their website they tend to call the old clients, so if they call you from a new website please write it down on the comment or let us know it by contacting us. That would be really appreciated by us and families all over world. Also if you get phone calls from other companies please put the name of these companies also in the comment or send it to us. We will expose them too.

  1. This is most definitely a scam. They’ll ask for a modest investment and show appreciable profits during the first couple of weeks of trading currencies on the ForEx platform then out of the blue you’ll be contacted via WhatsApp of a golden opportunity. This opportunity requires substantial 000’s of GBP and request payment to an overseas destination from where the money will disappear. When you resist the request to invest they pressurise and after failing message you via WhatsApp with insulting content.

Commenced chargeback to recover the modest invest so be warned!

  2. I totally agree this is a scam. I am new to this and was told to start off with a small amount for it to grow and when I questioned why the profits weren’t what they should be they said it was a good outcome for this type of account. The person Adrian who was helping me was calling me everyday and the moment he found out I wanted to close the account he was no longer interested in helping me and has not been in touch since however I can still see my money grow so they are using it still.. I have left an email the first one in which I could find with no response but they are happy to respond to my negative review on trust pilot. I have tried with a phone number but it just rings out so it has left me questioning how to or what to do next.

  3. It’s a scam they took all my money and not return my account is negative and also they not getting back to my emails.
They used to call me everyday at the start and now I didn’t hear back from them for along time
    My account number is
    50501352
And don’t tell me you can’t find it.

  4. BULLY FINANCE IS A BIT 1000% SCAM. YOU DEPOSIT MONEY AND THEY WILL BE SWEET BUT WHEN YOU REQUEST WITHDRAWAL THEN THEY DISAPPEARS. ITS NOT BUFFETS FINANCE BUT BULLY FINACE.

IF YOU WANT TO GET SICK AND DEPRESSED GO AHEAD AND DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND KEEPAWAY. READ THEIR REVIEWS ON TRUSTPILOT.COM ONLY READ THE ONE STAR REVIEEW NOT THEIR OWN REVIEW MORE THAN ONE STAR.

  5. FOR UK RESIDENTS.

    Dear Dropiates Khan,

Thank you for contacting the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) by completing the form on our website.

I understand that you have invested with a firm called Buffets Finance and you haven’t been able to get your money back. The firm are asking you to invest more due to a special event coming up – please do not make any further payments to them. I appreciate that this must be a very worrying time for you and your family.

Buffets Finance are not authorised by the FCA

I’ve searched our Financial Services Register, which is a public database of all the firms we authorise for Buffets Finance and I can confirm that they are not authorised by the FCA.
If a firm is offering certain investments and trading services in the UK or if they have any affiliation to the UK, then they should be authorised by the FCA to do this. If they are not authorised then they may be operating a scam.

    This sounds like a scam

From the information you have provided to us about this situation, and that the firm are not authorised by the FCA this has all the hallmarks of a scam! If you do invest money with an unauthorised firm, this could be a scam and if anything went wrong you wouldn’t have any protection in place.

    Report this

When it comes to scams, I am sorry to tell you that it is unlikely that you will receive your money back but after reporting to the police as explained below you may also want to consider seeking independent legal advice to see what actions you can take through the courts.

As you have already invested with the firm, you may want to report this to the police. If you are based in England, Wales or Northern Ireland you can report this to Action Fraud; please note consumers in Scotland can contact Police Scotland.

    Further information from you

I want to let you know that I have referred information about Buffets Finance to our Unauthorised Business Team for their information. Whilst they don’t look into or investigate individual cases of fraud (as this is a matter for the police) we are interested in any information about scams.
In order to provide you with the best possible guidance, could you provide me with a little more information regarding your query. I’ve listed below some question that we would find very helpful if you could kindly answer:
Do you have the names of any individuals that you dealt with,
When did you deal with the firm,
    How did they approach you,
Do you have a phone number, email, address, website for them,
Do you have the details of any bank accounts you were asked to pay your money to, including name of bank, account details, account name,
    Where do you reside?

Please note, if you have been asked to use Anydesk, Teams Viewer or any other screen sharing software with this firm on your devices, please can you get in touch.
We wouldn’t be able to provide you with any feedback about what we’ve done with this information as this is confidential in our supervisory work but I would like to thank you for taking the time to contact us.

Protect yourself from scams and unauthorised firms

As you’ve been a victim of a scam you may be targeted by other scammers, therefore if you are contacted out of the blue about an investment or with promises of getting your money back; this is called a recovery room scam – please act with caution.

I do also want to let you know that we have a lot of information about how you can protect yourself from scams and in particular online trading scams on our website which you may find useful. This includes a list of firms to avoid and steps you can take to make sure that you are dealing with a genuine firm

In addition to this, you can always check our register on our website to see if the firm are authorised. We would always suggest that you contact the firm on the details from our Register as you can then be sure that you are dealing with an authorised and genuine firm.

I hope my response has been helpful to you and if you have any further questions for the FCA, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

How was your experience with us

  8. Hi I have been scamed by Buffets Finance and in doing so lost a considerable amount of money. Alan Volcov was my broker then Max Cooper whom I cannot make contact anymore cunningly slole from me.
Any help would be appreciated on the recovery of my funds as I am going to do all that’s possible to retrieve them.
I have photos of these two crooks available.

    • You can recover your money if you invested by card payment. Using the ‘chargeback’ scheme via your bank should recover your initial investment.
