Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Invxsler is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. Make sure you leave reviews about Invxsler in other sites
Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. If you fallen victim please leave a review and a comment on this site at the comment section. Also, when these people change their website they tend to call the old clients, so if they call you from a new website please write it down on the comment or let us know it by contacting us. That would be really appreciated by us and families all over world. Also if you get phone calls from other companies please put the name of these companies also in the comment or send it to us. If you are on the point of starting with crypto trade, so be very careful!nIn this market you will meet both lams and wolfs. For me, as a novise in this market the attempt ended with a big crash. I met some wolfs.
It started with a small amount, 300 Euro, the next was 500 Euro, and from that the amount increased for every time. The broker pushed and pushed, and the problem for me was that >I had to pay more and more money, if I should get some money back to my own bankaccount. The reason was the authorities demand, concerning the chance for money loundring? You have to pay money to get back your own money. This went on for 3 months, and at last I had used all our savings, and got a loan for paying taxes. Total investment was at this time ap. 600.000 NKR. When the taxes was paid, and the money, including the money from trading should be paid back to me, INVXSLER closer my account for 3 months. I had no access to my account. This is theft, or scam if you like. In every other business this would give some years in prison.The last attempt to get some more money, was the “brokers” attempt; if you pay 50.000Euro, my account could be open again, and money would be sent back to my account exact the same day.
The persons behind this are by no means not your friends. They are your enemies, and their only goal is to take so much money as possible from you.
Of course; this is all my fault, and mine only. I believe in others, and never learn>!
INVXSLER must be nr one in scam/ theft. Stay away, and don`t look one second time at their nice public sides. That is a very big lie. INVXSLER has destroyd my bank relations, and my wifes bankrelations.
Once more: Never try to do some business with these thiefs/crooks.
I am in exactly the same position. Except in my case it was £15,000.00. At a total loss of what do. Approached solicitors today. Fingers crossed.
Invxsler are very clever charlatans and carefully pull you in. Really nice until you want to withdraw. I have been trying to withdraw money and they want you to put money in to get it out! Initially I did because I didn’t know any better and they know that. I have since refused and now it is difficult to communicate with them.
AVOID!!
We too have been involved with this company, it makes me sick to my stomach. How can they do this to people!! Surely if their parents or children knew!! I hope Karma gets them.
They seemed very professional & polite, asking about family etc, even getting our eldest daughter to invest ( I feel really bad about that) It has caused arguments & we have been at breaking point. Especially in these hard times with Covid.
They too said we had made a huge profit so i asked to withdraw our investment amount, thats when they asked for a huge withdrawal fee!!
They are now saying that the Company has been brought by Invexler & our accounts will get closed unless we provide a Coinbase wallet address, “funds” have been moved but it is another fake/scam as it can not be transferred.
How do they sleep at night??
I have recorded phone calls & have screenshots of all the correspondence with them & will be going to the press. Sadly our dog got stolen too a couple of years ago but at least it means I have a lot of journalists from different papers to go too & they are already keen on hearing our story. I can see that there are many of us that are very disappointed of INVXSLER. I think it`s a good idea to gather, and go to sue them as a group. I think we can have a better situation for stopping these megathiefs.
I tried to send my case to the local police, but they will not do anything, as I`m just alone.

Following my previous comment I sought help from Trader protection.co.uk. Unfortunately, they were unable to recoup my money(gutting!).
Here is part of the response I received from them.

– Invxsler is clearly liable for essentially stealing your funds. They are not licensed or
regulated and no actual investing or trading ever occurs on their website or trading
platform. They essentially display a glorified video game where they control what you
see on the screen. They are a scam and they stole your funds the moment the crypto
transfers were completed. At no point was there any actual profits that even could have
been withdrawn since no trading ever occurred. They show the account as profitable as
a lure to get their clients to be willing to pay fees to get it released
– This company has no physical presence in the UK, and as such, local regulators
and authorities would not be able to take action and that presumes that they
would be able to identify the people or companies behind the “Invxsler” name.
Their do claim a UK address, however at that address there is no actual
company bearing their name
– The website was registered in August of 2021 using the services of a company
that does not provide information about the person or entity that purchase the
domain
– We have not been able to determine the specific exchange that hosts the wallets
that you were directed to send funds to. We have been able to determine that the
wallets were emptied shortly after your transfers were received and have not
been active for at least 60 days
I have started FB group called clearly enough ‘invxslerscam’. Please feel welcome to join, compare notes and support each other in trying to retrieve our money.
