Algo Spot Review

Read our Algo Spot review carefully to understand why this website is a scam. Just to clear doubts this is an algo-spot.com review.

Who are they?

If you take a look at their website really carefully you would notice that they don’t really show who they are and that is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous scammers.

What do they offer?

They offer self-service online marketing campaigns, meaning you invest with them create a campaign and then watch the money flow into your account. And basically you sit back and make a lot of money by doing nothing. Does it sound too good to be true? IT IS!! Please DO NOT fall for such lies and schemes that offer a lot of money without having to do anything. They are all scams!!!

How does the scam work?

Although we didn’t sign up with their service is actually quite obvious to us how this scam works. After registering in their website they will call you right away and try to convince you that you can make a lot of money with their service. After you deposit, they will show you some profits so they can lure you into investing more for higher returns. Everything so far will seem fine to you until you submit a withdrawal request and here is when things get tricky. When you submit a withdrawal request they will do anything they can to make you continue investing with them and they will delay the withdrawal process as long as they can, or even come up with other lies like they went bankrupt or got hacked, but they will not give your money back.

How to withdraw your money

The first thing you need to do is submit a withdrawal request. There is a high probability that they will try to convince you to do the opposite and continue working with them. Please make it clear that you want to withdraw. They will delay the withdrawal process as long as possible. If they delay it long enough, you won’t be able to withdraw anymore.
So if they delay it for more than a week or two, they clearly don’t want to refund your money. In this case, contact your bank or credit card company to arrange a chargeback. If you do not know where to start or what to say to your bank please contact us at [email protected] and we can help you prepare your case.

What about wire transfers

If your payment method was a wire transfer, there is no way to make a chargeback on a wire transfer. For this step you have to take the fight to another level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. This will make them to rethink the reimbursement option.

Leave reviews about Algo Spot wherever you can

Another way to hurt them is to leave bad reviews on other websites and briefly describe what happened. This way you can also save other people from falling victims. If you have become a victim, please leave a review and comment on this page in the comments section.

Algo Spot Review Conclusions

It’s a pleasure for us to do the Algo Spot review, and we hope to keep as many people as possible from losing their hard-earned money. A good rule of thumb is to carefully review all companies before making a transaction. And be careful with websites that offer “Get Rich Quick” schemes. 6. Scammers of the worst kind don’t even understand why ASIC a respected Australian government organisation has registered Algo-spot.com as a legitimate company. Algo claims to be legitimate company but unfortunately its a group of scammers who come up alot of excuses when a client asks for his profits which is not real, its just on paper not real money. I was lucky enough I got my initial investment from my bank. Never, never engage with this company its no go area.

    • Hi Harrison. How did you get your money back pls as we are a few in the same position. They are looking for reasons to not pay us our investment funds back.

      • Andrina, if you’re in the UK it’s easy to ask for reimbursement from any UK bank. Problem is that I cannot leave my contact details on this website unless you leave yours on this website then I can contact you to explain how I managed to get a refund from my bank.

        • Good Morning.. we are a group from South Africa who invested nd I have email evidence that they are scammers. This guy by the bame of Anthony informed us that we have to pay Tax and acted as a Tax Authority from Australia. They even have a letterhead and gave us polcy numbers stating we have to pay tax before they pay us our funds. I asked them to only pay our capital back and this was also not an option until I called the Australian Tax Authority and they informed me that it is a scam as the polivu or tax numbers they gave us does not exist. I asked them why they could not deduct the tax they are referring to and pay the balance and they responded that they could not do this. They then tried furyher and stated we could pay 50% of the tax and they will then pay 50% of our funds back to us.

  7. Very True, Very Cheap brainless scammers…Never ever engage with these chaps…if anything they will change names probably and phone numbers but will change the product to imitate the real work. Be warned of names Anthony Struss and Ageline operating as Algo-Spot. Scammers!!

    • Very true mate, they become very friendly with you and encourage you to send them more money to maximise the profits…..and if you go for it then you are done. Avoid these scammers they will completely finish you off with their sweet talk. They will encourage you to transfer money by using crypto currency…no go area. They don’t even feel ashamed stealing money from innocent people who have worked hard for their money. They also have the courage to ask people if at all you have savings or invested elsewhere in order to invest in Algo-spot.com.
      Avoid them.

        • Some people who used PayPal to make transfer to these scammers have been refunded after raising complaint on PayPal Resolution centre. For banks you need to inform them and they will guide you and probably reimburse you. Hope this will help you, don’t feel ashamed just inform the bank what happened.

  8. 100% scammers. Lauren introduced the algo-spot.com biz to me and then brought Anthony in as my account manager. After trying several times to make payments to them via bank transfer without success, Anthony now gave me a personal account in the name of Niel Olive – HSBC where I deposited £875 that’s $1000 equivalent apart from the initial $100 which I used to start. After a few weeks of the launch of the campaign, Anthony started to request that I should increase the trading capital inorder to make more profit. But I followed the trade carefully and observed that the target they set was not been achieved, so when $3000+ profit was realised, I requested for a withdrawal of just $800 and the problem started. Meanwhile both Lauren and Anthony used to speak with me on the phone before I made the payment but immediately after I paid money to them they stopped picking my calls. Lauren is worst because she will not even respond to your messages.
However, since I made the payment into a personal account and being in the UK 🇬🇧, I told Anthony that I was going to escalate the matter and also go to my bank and HSBC to initiate a charge back for the money that I paid into Niel Olive account. Perhaps this made him to respond almost immediately and credited my crypto account with unsecured bitcoin worth $800 which I managed to sell and realised some money.
Since then, Anthony has tried so much and also came up with several projects for me to invest but luckily for me I had no money at the time he came up with Tesla proposal. I also submitted a withdrawal request of $1500 out of $5,229 profit since last Christmas which I agreed with Anthony that we would share 50:50 for the Christmas but till today 19th January 2023, that request has not been approved neither has Anthony responded to my WhatsApp messages. I also sent an email to their customer support but got no reply till date.
I truelly count myself lucky to have recovered part of my money.
Algo-spot.com are real scammers and the public should be careful about them and their agents who may likely change their names.
