Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Swiss29 is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. Definitely a scam. Must admit they are very good at it and luckily I only lost a small amount but could of lost a lot more if they hadn’t made a couple of little mistakes that didn’t add up.
Very pushy and always pressuring you for more money.
Want bitcoin payments which is untraceable and want to set up a what’s up app to chat on so again untraceable.
Very clever people who have poured alot of time and thought into what they are doing.
On the bright side I did get a couple of tips from them on cryptocurrencies
Very poor service and it looks like I have been scammed.
They will not even take my calls now. I guess that they have my number marked as a “Spam”
The trading account is open and can place trades, but I am unable to withdraw any funds as nobody it providing any service.

I invested over $10,000 and they are now not returning my calls or emails. I called the bank and because I sent and agreed to an etransfer to NDAX and Gigadat which then went to Swiss 29, they can not return my money. Swiss 29 has stopped all communication with me now that I am refusing to invest any further money and wanting my money back. From what I am seeing I have just lost $10,000 dollars
It is so upsetting, but I can’t labor over my loss and will move on….lesson learned.

Same here i invested more then 10,000 and 2 thousand i asked for withdrawal and its still pending for more than 7 days.. they are also not picking my phone and replying to me. This is a complete scam. I lost CAD 6300. The man who was acting as an account manager was George Wilson. He asked me to put in more money after initial registration and again I was asked to invest more money; I said I used up all my resources. Then he froze my account and would ask to clear the credit of 2300 which he put in my account to increase the investing power. He said he would return the rest of my investment money with profit that I refused to pay. He would not receive the calls. He is a vicious scammer! Be aware!

hello I fell into the scam that they did and am trying to get my funds back please help me they took my funds from Binance that i was investing into crypto and every time we talk they always want more money I tried to make a withdrawal and now they are flipping out that they put effort and time time into me when all they did was control my money into their program. I told them to return a portion of the money and hold the rest and still got the whole spiel of investments and margins so I closed all my trades and told him I want my money that they don’t have to worry about margins and he freaked out.

It was a guy named Adam after the harsh discussion they took a week to get back in touch with me and they gave me another guy to try and persuade me to keep my money in with them after talking to them for 30 minutes they agreed to give my money back on Friday then Friday came and went and still no word now I am not even able to talk to anyone they are ignoring me now after all that time.

@Omer Same here they called me with different guy he told me he is an officer and he will give all my money which is lost back to me as i was cheated.. he will check all of my issues and will talk to me later.. after 2 days he called me and told me around 72,000 worth of crypto is under my name and all of this will come back to me, but i have to pay around 4,000 dollars fees.. i told him first of all this is Bull shit i never buyed this amount of crypto secondly if it is showing in my name please take 60,000 instead of 4000 of ur fees give me back 12,000 which i invested i dont mind at all.. he said no no this is not how it works u have to give from ur card so then it will be correct way and i can help you.. i said sorry this is all a lie first of all this is not my money secondly i just asked SWISS29 just accept my withdrawal.

I also have been scammed for !0,000 CAD. they continuously attempt to exhort further payments with the promis that this is the only way to be able to facillitate withdrawels which never transpire. They put me through different agents with a new proceedure each time. They don’t want to listen when I indicate that I won’t be depositing any more funds. they threaten me with legal proceedings because the wallet, presently, shows a loss and they try to persuade me that the only way to elleviate this is if I give them more money and he has a miraculous method to realise incredible profit margins. It,s an absolute pile of shite and I am now pretty much resigned to the fact that I will never see this money again. However it would be interesting to become involved in any class action that might be used against them
