Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Investing Views is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. I had a phone call from an investing company explaining to me that I should invest with them and they will guarantee a very high return. They compare their very high return to the bank which is very low return
On the 30th of July 2021, I invested some money into the company investngviews.com
at the beginning it was only small amount of about £250.
few days later when the profit on this money was growing very high and fast.
My trader Ms. Celine Remis kept asking me to invest more, at the beginning I resisted but she kept pushing me to invest more. Eventually they succeeded in making me part with my money for the investment.
Few days later she asked for more and more until they can see I have no more money left in my bank account.
By now I invested more than $5500 with them.
The investment reached 13,000+ or as they made me believe.
About end of August I asked if I can get some withdrawal from my account. But they kept coming up with so many excuses and reasons to prevent me from withdrawal.
A short time later my trader Ms. Celine Remis invested on my behalf in two companies which they claimed that it is best for my investment. I do not know much about investments so I just click and follow what ever they asked me to do. Those two investment starting taking my balance down. I asked them to put stop loss on the shares but they did not. Next day I asked them to put stop loss again but they did not. Then they cut of all communications with me for a week. I tried to contact them through any mean I can find but no reply or answer.
On the morning of Monday the 13th of September 2021 my trader Ms. Celine Remis contacted me again and I asked her again to put stop loss on my investments, but again she refused to do so and she said ‘do not worry you are not going to loss any thing, out finance department is going to modify it for you’. On the same day I tried to remind her few times to modify it and put stop loss but she kept saying do not worry we will do it for you.
On the morning of Tuesday 14th of September my balance was -$160. on the same day 14th of September they cut of all communications with me. I tried every way to contact them but no reply.
I lost all of my life savings as well as my disable daughter’s savings
These scammers and thieves have ruined my life. Everything appeared to be ok until you want to close your account and make a withdrawal, then they wont answer the phone, texts or emails. Do not go anywhere near them.

Group of well organized people which will feed you to give first large deposit, giving opportunities which are too good to be true. After few good trades, you will feel confidence in investing more money, and then you will realize that technical analysis they make is just analysing headlines of online news.
There is no possibility to get any answer from support, or to call your broker on mobile. They can only call you!
In any case, if they burn your account, or see the situation where they cannot get more money out of you, they will never call you again.

These people that are involved with investingviews.net, investingviews.org, investingviews.??? L, Cruz Invest LLC, Are a complete SCAM SCAM SCAM. There is nothing real whatsoever. There is no brokerage, there is no bank, there is no account, there is no broker. Whoever you are speaking to through an app called SIGNAL, or they call you from an “internet phone” number is all part of how they plant a seed with you and get you to believe that your money is going eventually into day trading through the MetaTrader 4 platform (maybe other platforms but that is what I was sucked into). You will not get your investment back. They will show you the system of you money going to another app called Shakepay, Shakepay will transfer to Bitcoin and you will move your money over to the trading account in MT4. I have lost all my savings, all of it. They are not real. They are threatening me with legal action if I did not give them more money. I know who is the real scammer here. Do not, I repeat, do no invest with this company. If you don’t believe me, on their website they are listed in the UK, contact the UK anti fraud- they are aware they are a fraudulent company. And- no “broker” is licensed. It’s all fake. I don’t write reviews and not sure where this will lead to but this company took all my money and threaten me for more. Beware this is a fraud.
After opening up an account, have you tried to withdraw larger sums of money with success?
Don’t believe all the positive reviews about Investingviews. A lot of them are just beginning and don’t realize it is a total scam or the reviews are just totally fake submitted by their organization. They will lure you in by allowing you to take a small amount out in the beginning letting you believe its legit. Then you think everything is ok and you decide to put more money in since the first $250 is working so well. They also changed their website from .net to .org. Another big red flag.
I put $5000 in for their bronze level account and when I tried to withdraw money, they wanted me to pay the commission before they would send a transfer by bitcoin. A legit broker will take the commission off your balance but these crooks wanted another $3000 to release my money. If a broker gets you to pay money to get your money out, it’s a scam. A very well orchestrated scam at that with multiple levels and participants. Very impressive actually. They win an Academy Award for best actors. I was totally fooled.

I have applied for Bitcoin Profit, but Investing view contacted me through e-mails, stating that they are the trading company that will trade with me. BIG, BIG mistake!!! At the beginning, nobody knows what is real and what is fake.
I am with them from August 2021, and I started with small ammount of 250 USD, and like any other, I was told to download SIGNAL and ANYDESK application, so they can help me out with trades. First, I was with trader Ludwik Goldman +44 7448 577544, which traded with me for couple of weeks with profit of 20%. That gave him a boost to push me to invest more, he was able to talk with me for hours pressing me to get more equity, so we can get more profit. Of course that sounds good, because that is the only way to really earn something worth mentioning. HUGE MISTAKE. I invested 11.000 Euros, and even bigger mistake > I have did it via Bitcoin transfer, because Ludwik have persuaded me that in this way, no tax will be payed !!! At that time, Ludwik have tried to make me some more deals like: company will invest bonus of one Bitcoin, if I invest more money. I refused that, and next day, he transfered me to second broker, Maya Kos +44 7748 051379. She continued with good trades, and even corrected mistakes from my first broker. We continued with some profit, but after few days, she made a trade which almost crashed my complete equity. Of course, THEY ARE NOT USING STOP/LOSS FUNCTION, BECAUSE THEY SAY THAT ALL TRADE MUST COME BACK TO THEIR VALUE AFTER SOME TIME>> HUGE, HUGE SCAMM!!! IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING SAME THING, STOP ALL ACTIVITIES, AND REPORT THIS COMPANY.
I have asked them to give me some credentials, and they gave me some provisional info, via e-mail. They are supposed to be registered but on some far away islands, and not in USA, or EU. Be carefull, all addresses on their .net or .de or .org. sites are fake!!!
At one point, Maya have offered me to withdraw all of my money, without letting me know that FIRST, I need to pay for their FEE, and then they will send me my money. What a big lie! Which broker is asking money first, if there is money to deduct from current account. Their explanation is that money is on seggregate account at Zurich UBS bank, and they cannot deduct it.
After a month of refusing to pay this, we have somehow agree that they will send me my money.I made a withdrawal request, and they have sent an e-mail that transfer is in progress. It was a month ago, and I still do not have transfer to my account.
I WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY BACK!!!! I am sending them mails every day, on support…finance department, and they are not returning any reply. Phone numbers on sites….do not try to call them, they will not answer!!!

Scammers, they had taken me for $16K USD; Celine Remis who was the so called broker would make trades with me and we made some great profits over a month time period; every time I tried to withdrawal money I would get an excuse why I can’t make a withdrawal. In mid November they suggested I invest 100K USD or I can close my account. I closed the account and they kept the money for their own and if the number was real I had over $50k USD from my $16k USD investment. So I filed complaints to the authorities and securities commission in Europe; I don’t think anything will be done; and I have noticed talking with the securities commission in Europe all you need is a few bucks and you can open your own brokerage. So this so called brokerage Investingviews is a huge scam; you will loose your savings.
I have checked with St. Vincent financial Authority and they have confirmed that Investing Views does not have license for brokerage. Also checked with UK FCA, they are not regulated there too, even though they all have UK phone numbers. Leave bad comments on Trust Pilot too, because they are posting positive reviews every day! We have to fight them through police and financial regulatory agencies.
I too got sucked in by their very convincing broker. He was American and had all the chat. Dennis Burrel he called himself. Tried to persuade me to take out a personal loan of £20,000 as I had no money left in my bank account as had invested it all with InvestingViews. Thankfully I was turned down so he list interest in me. But I had already invested £19,000. Could not get my money back from them no matter how hard I tried. I was suicidal and only the intervention of my bank saved me. They realised I had been scammed and refunded my money otherwise I would not be here today.
I hate with a vengeance these scammers and don’t know how they can do this to very ordinary people.
