Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Eco Markets is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. Make sure you leave reviews about Eco Markets in other sites
Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. If you fallen victim please leave a review and a comment on this site at the comment section. Also, when these people change their website they tend to call the old clients, so if they call you from a new website please write it down on the comment or let us know it by contacting us. That would be really appreciated by us and families all over world. Also if you get phone calls from other companies please put the name of these companies also in the comment or send it to us. I get con in open this eco market account. They immediately called my Singapore mobile number. I was navigate the trader platform. After trick me, in deposit money. I requested to withdraw money. They hang up my phone
Trying to retrieve my funds and is going on for more than 3 weeks nothing so far received and added trades over the week end after full stop on Wednesday ( we were obliged to do so ) resulted in losing all profits.
Constant promesses first 5000$ on Monday which I never saw . Also they cut communication trying to resolve it peacefully
Very difficult to recover funds if ever they will be correct and legitimately give it back . If not as IT redaction front end website builder we will start counter actions to destroy far and wide thrips deception !
If this week my funds arrive as promised I am happy to stop all generated bad reviews and would be much appreciated.

I am very thankful to your awareness article about Eco markets. I was nearly to be get scammed. I contacted my bank and just did chargeback. I am happy that you saved my time and money.
I have invested a small amount of money with this company and now they are asking for more. I have looked at my account and it has increased by £40, but I am now being asked to invest £1000. Because I live on a pension I am quite conserned about the sudden increase, and the amount.

These guys are scammers. When you go to withdraw your money, they ignore you and don’t approve it. I’ve been waiting three weeks now and they just ignore me.
Ecomarkets.com is a scam. I have been trading with them for more than three months, but when I wanted to make a significant withdrawal, it is not processed. I have been waiting now for more than three weeks, and no-one responds to my messages. I have documentary evidence to prove this. There are other reports of the same practice on Trustpilot. You are promoting a scam operation that is stealing money from lots of people.

I recently joined this group after much consideration. Yesterday I did an update review of customer posts on Trust Pilot (322) and found that 25% were quite damning. ECO put these comments down to competitors “bagging them” however, these comments are from Customers’ not competing brokers.
Most of the random selection of “bad” had a similar “ring” about them with the result that I have lost a lot of confidence in getting more involved.
Why should I remain dealing with them?

No response to any type of correspondence (chat/email) after wanting to close my account. I feel ashamed/stupid that I invested a small amount of money in this. I as a trader for over 20 years smelt a RAT. They allowed me to withdraw funds initially & traded only with profit, BUT the next time I tried to withdraw, the money was frozen. Take profits were not actioned .
Do not even think about trading with them.
Make no mistake! Ecomarkets is run by a criminal gang. The word ‘scam’ is too kind for their level of theft. They will entice you with promises, allow small withdrawals to lull you into a false sense of security and keep pushing for more ‘investment’ with statements like “its going from one pocket to another”. The problem is its going from your pocket to their pocket and you will never get your money back.
I can absolutely guarantee this is a SCAM operation of “gigantic” proportions……They are liars, thieves, scumbags, you name it from the “top” down. They got me for a substantial amount of money and I am too embarrassed to relate how much. Over four months everything was “rosy” and then they started their predatory operation. On one crypto trade alone (SOL) that was “in play” for 18 days cost me $370,000 for SWAP fees!!! That’s $20K per day…..impossible that it could be that much without interference! EVERYTHING IS MANIPULATED BY VARIOUS MEANS BUT MAINLY ALGORITHMS. I don’t think the “funds” were ever invested. The platform is easy to manipulate to make it look promising and inviting but the funds are simply going into their pocket.
I was supposed to access my “personal bank account” once the amount of Equity had reached $500K. This equity was to be used to continue trading. I tried to withdraw $300K from my account in accordance with the agreement but they would not approve it. In the space of 5 days they stole my entire equity of >$1m.
They knew my circumstances thoroughly. I am 83 and we are self funded retirees. I explained the reason I was prepared to invest further in late March 22 (after 4 months of generous returns) because I wanted to raise sufficient funds/profit towards a deposit for my granddaughter to enter the housing market. Once this was achieved I intended to recover the funds I invested………….they purposely played along with this and the end result is as described.
There is no chance of recovering any funds. I researched web sites looking for operators who try to recover scammed investments only to find out that ‘many’ are scammers themselves.
I could go on!
