Read our Dalefox review to see if we recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is a dalefoxlimited.com review.
Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Dalefox is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
| Regulatory Body | Status |
|---|---|
| FCA (UK) | No record of authorization |
| ASIC (AU) | No record |
| CySEC (EU) | No record |
| SEC / CFTC (US) | No record |
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.
What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.
Make sure you leave reviews about Dalefox in other sites
Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. If you fallen victim please leave a review and a comment on this site at the comment section. Also, when these people change their website they tend to call the old clients, so if they call you from a new website please write it down on the comment or let us know it by contacting us. That would be really appreciated by us and families all over world. Also if you get phone calls from other companies please put the name of these companies also in the comment or send it to us. We will expose them too.

This organisation is not authorized by the FCA to operate in the financial services and Investments sector. And It is very surprising that they have been operating under the radar since 2004 without FCA authorization. I see some people commenting that their platform is user friendly, it is a clone system that is not really connected to the market. They can manipulate it to achieve a desired outcome in order to entice you to bring in more money. Don’t fall for it.
Please file your complaint to the SFO (Serious Fraud Office), as part of a police investigation. Also checkout news about the Directors of this company, 2 Brothers Robert and Vincent Aziz TCHENGUIZ.

Thanks for contacting the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). I can see your initial query was sent to our market abuse and whistle blowing teams who upon review thought we’d be best to respond.
I understand from your query that you opened an account as a personal investor with Dalefox Limited in December 2021 through a Google advert. You’ve said you invested money but are having difficulties transferring the money back to you in Canada. I appreciate this has caused concerns so I’ve provided information below which you may find useful.
Dalefox Limited
I’ve conducted a search on the Financial Services Register (the register) which is a public database of the firms we authorise and regulate and it also shows warning pages for unauthorised firms. I’ve been unable to locate a firm called Dalefox Limited which means they’re not authorised by us – this sound like a scam. I’d therefore guide you to proceed with extreme caution and have no further dealings with them.
If a firm is offering certain investments or financial services in the UK or if they have any affiliation to the UK, then they should be authorised by the FCA to do this. If they’re not authorised then they may be operating a scam and you wouldn’t have any protections in place if anything went wrong.
Your next steps
You’ve asked for our help in recovering the money. I’m sorry to say that if you’ve dealt with a scam firm it’s unlikely that you’ll be able to get your funds back. If you haven’t already done so I’d urge you to report this matter to your local police and Action Fraud as they’re the UK’s national fraud and cyber-crime reporting centre. Please note that the FCA is unable to assist in recovering funds that have been invested.
Protecting yourself from scams
Our Scam Smart tool has information which can help protect you from scammers. Please note that if you’ve been a victim to a scam, then you’re more likely to be targeted by other scammers possibly as part of a recovery room scam. A recovery room scammer will pose as a reputable firm that will help you recover the money you’ve lost from a previous scam.
This is a fucking fake review.
Dalefox is a fucking scam and I can prove it.
They are quick to take your money but they don’t give it back when asked.
Once you ask for a withdrawal, they just block you.
Yes i agree with you. fucking scam company
Wish I’d read these before I transferred £250 in bitcoin, should have realised when my card got declined!!
Spent half an hour on the phone, and gave them access to my pc to show me around the platform.
Stupid
Now trying to withdraw the money but don’t hold out much hope
Dalefoxlimited based in London, England is fraulent, and scams unsuspecting clients of their hard earned money. Their brokers dishonestly use fake names, and they pretend to be nice and friendly especially.
I got the first call from one Daniel who later directed Clayton Stanley to call me.
I told them about negative reviews against Dalefoxlimited. Their response was that it all came from competitors. However, we negotiated an investment contract involving purchase of Starlink IPO ordinary shares to be sold at over 150%. The proceeds will be used to set up 50k contract that will be generating $6000 monthly for me and $400 for them as commission.
Prior ro the investment contract, I had invested $5000 in foreign trading, and it seemed to be doing very well after only 2 weeks. But that was a ploy to take more money from me.
I brought up the issue of problems in withdrawal as per the reviews. CLayton quickly withdrew $40 to show me there is no problem whenever I want to do withdrawal.
As soon as I bought the so called Starlink IPO ordinary shares worth $10,000, they sent what looks like a fake share certificate with my name on it and starlink IPO lego.
Thats all I heard from Clayton Stanley. He stopped taking my calls. The support@customer service won’t respond to my calls and emails. Clayton won’t respond to my WhatsApp chats anymore.
Thereafter, I realized that the broke Clayton and othet staff of Dalefoxlimited have scammed me.
They don’t very dishonest and wicked. They all scammers. Please, let everyone know about this. Never ever deal with Dalefoxlimited.
Yep F*****g scammers.
I hope they get into a car accident and die broke as f**k.
Assholes, I’m looking for them, took me as well, if your in Canada I believe they are as well in Ottawa or somewhere near there. All services come from that area I know it doesn’t mean much. But the one dude gave me too much info.
@vince , same ! Clayton first , then I was dealing with a Spanish chick which was very annoying, she was yelling at me for not depositing more money and eventually I was introduced to Elizabeth, the one who offered me to buy a starlink ipo shares and obviously I didn’t have money she was asking me me to invest , then Russia thing happened they’ve completely ignored my calls. I haven’t been able to get hold of them since then they ignored my calls and texts on what’s up! Please don’t try !
Dalefox stoled over $60,000.00 from my wife and i last year they are a 100% fraud. I can’t stress it enough stay as far away from them as you can, if you are already involved cut your losses and run run run.
