Who are they?

After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.

So Galaxy Trade is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does it work?

Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.

Withdrawing funds

You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.

If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.

How to get your money back?

If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.

The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?

If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. Make sure you leave reviews about Galaxy Trade in other sites

Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. If you fallen victim please leave a review and a comment on this site at the comment section. Also, when these people change their website they tend to call the old clients, so if they call you from a new website please write it down on the comment or let us know it by contacting us. That would be really appreciated by us and families all over world. Also if you get phone calls from other companies please put the name of these companies also in the comment or send it to us.   3. I’m so sorry for you , I’m a single mother with 3 kids and I’m struggling from month to month. I left reviews about all 3 companies everywhere to worn everyone.
    What goes around comes back.
    Is a God up and they will pay . I’m waiting 2 weeks and after I will go back to my bank for the next step.

  5. I can confirm that GalaxyTrade is A SCAM – I have worked there for few days until I figured out that they all are frauds!!! They are located in UKRAINE – Europe, every single agent that calls people uses FAKE stage name – their main goal is to lure money from people! They dont invest your money anywhere – they STEAL IT. Those market specialists and managers that call you are usually immigrants from Africa, India that work there ILEGALLY and also young Ukrainian students. BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM. The company is changing its name constantly looking for a new employees because no one sticks there for a long time.

  9. On my Windows10 Edge screen this advert popped up about Amazon shares trading, looked legit. I clicked and gave my email and phone number. Next screen they already asked for money transfer so I exited immediately thinking this is a scam. Since then they keep calling me from various numbers on foreign accents, including Switzerland numbers, and shouting at me and threatening. Today they called from 20 different numbers I kept blocking the numbers and a next one rang immediately. Very scary. I will attach the screenshot of all the calls. Will report those numbers individually.

So sorry for you, I’ve been scammed twice so far in less than 3 months is horrible experience, had to cancel my cards, freeze my account , had to factory reset my phone because had a virus, lost lots of valuable information on it plus the bloody calls from all of Europe not only England I reported everywhere including Trading Standards, left reviews about all of them everywhere to make aware everyone I answer to all the calls when I can and let them know that they’ve been reported and also that they are scammers and they hang up on me . I’m aware that I lost the money but I won’t rest until they will pay for what they’ve done.

  11. I saw their ad about Amazon stocks three months ago and gave my name and mobile number, thinking it was legit. I quickly got suspicious though and started refusing/blocking their calls. Since then I’ve had about fifty calls, mainly from various places around England but a couple from Warsaw and one from Sardinia. Fortunately they haven’t got their hands on any of my money but it was a close escape. I don’t know how long they’re going to keep ringing me though.

A few days after that $ 250 investment, I was called by the broker who represented me and told me that I would have to pay $ 5,800 fees to take possession of the $ 42,000 money earned on the stock exchange. I paid that money for € 5,000 and I did not have the money.
    I hope these criminals are caught. I am writing this review in the hope that you will not be deceived by other people.

  15. Hi Hans Galaxytrade.cc works with Pixel123 and PikSel216 but they are changing the names, the email address, phone numbers, everything. When I tried to contact them apparently the website doesn’t exist.

  18. 2 months ago I also registeredfor 250 Euro.I traded almost 8000Euro in a short time.I was asked to transfer the 18% tax on this amount.after wich I will receive the full value of the amount within 5 working days.Since then,more that a week has passed and I can t contact them and corse no money has come….

  25. They will never stop calling you, be rude , threat you, try to don’t answer to phone number coming from abroad, you know where you have family, relatives so ignore all the others. Reported this company every where I could. Left my review everywhere.

  27. Počelo je preko Eric Karlosa i to je neki odel Finance. Prosleđen sam agentu koji je bio zadužen za mene Hary M S. Trajala je igra i naravno moja ulaganja na galaxi trade. Pred novu godinu sam trebao da podignem sredstva i tu počinje agonija. Iako nisam bio obavešten da treba da platim porez da bi podigao sredstva ja sam uplatio. Onda se se ispostavilo da to treba u jednom danu pa opet… I tako dalje. Zadnji put sam imao obećanje da će se to uplatiti istog dana ali od tada se niko ne javlja. Koliko vidim samo moje poruke prima Plethora Group Ltd, preko koje su pare i trebale stići na moj račun ali nema odgovora. Svi ostali koji su me zvali kao i moj agent Hary ne odgovara ni na mejl ni na. biber a kamoli na poziv. Osim onih gore napomenutih zvali su i drugi sa raznih telefona pa evo i nekih da znate: +79663380580, +905358226810, +40733531681, +40737321047.pa onda Alejandra Mantovani ako joj je to pravo ime kao i Mary Lodge ispred galaxy trade.

    Stop answer at the calls which are suspected scam or fraud. They will give up in about 1 year.

  30. Aj mňa podviedli o cca 5000eur,prosí od týchto ľudí nič nečakajte iba sľuby od výnosu,a stále len zaplať,dostaneš na účet 7000eur,zaplať 1000eur a na účte budeš mať 10000eur a tak stále a ver nikdy nedostaneš na účet ani cent!!!!!!!Sú to podvodníci verte !!!!!

Molim Vas, može li neko da me posavetuje kako da uklonim svoje kontakt podatke sa stranice Galaxy Trade?…Ostavio sam tamo samo kontakt telefon i e-mail, i ne mogu da ih izbrišem, nisam čak ni napravio svoj profil tamo…Sada me stalno zovu preko mobilnog i Vibera i uznemiravaju me. Unapred hvala na savetu.

  33. I was scumed from Galaxy Trade Investment Ltd for 32.000e. IWhwn this broker did t react on my dapply to withdraw my money I report to the Action Fraud and competent authority in my contry.It was in October 2021 but till now I did not receive any answer.
    I think that Galaxy Trade does not exist any more because they dont reactbon my calls and mails.

    31.08.2021 I invested 250 + 250 dollars.
    My idea was to start trading and of course I knew absolutely nothing about it. However, I suspected that fraud was possible, so I paid the money from an account with very little money.
    Tthey asked me for payments and asked me to send them a picture of my ID and payment card. Even then, I was sure that it was a scam, but I continued to play.
    Mr. Nicolas Katz, the top senior analyst of the GalaxyTrade company, was the first to contact me.
    My account grew quickly and after only 1 month it was around 6,500 euros. They persuaded me to withdraw part of the money but I did not want to because it was supposed to pay 16% tax first because Serbia is not in the European Union + commission 2%.
    in the next month at least 4 more analysts contacted me (communication via Viber) and when they realized that they could not convince me to invest more money, they stopped calling me and trading for me.
    Wwhen I forgot everything after 2 months, a man and Plethora of the group appeared, for whom it is not clear how he found me (it seems that the fraudsters are connected). He had new methods of persuasion, and that is that after 2 months I reached 66000 euros without having invested a single cent before that. I asked to withdraw 20,000 euros and I sent instructions from my bank and then I received a document from PLETHORA financial service document that I was approved to withdraw money but I must first pay tax (16%) 3200 euros + 64 euros commission.
    I currently have about 100,000 euros in my account (very tempting)
    Of course I will not pay for it and I kept waiting and playing because it is a SCAM !!!
    Do not enter GalaxyTrade, they are SCAMMERS.

  38. मैं दिनांक 10/10/2021 को ट्विटर अकाउंट देख रहा था जिसमे Deborah Shirley mariga का account दिखा जिसमे लिखा था कि मैं बाइनरी ट्रेडिंग और फॉरेक्स ट्रेडिंग एक्सपर्ट हूं।मैं संपर्क किया तो मैसेज आया कि गैलेक्सी ट्रेडिंग कॉम पर आप रजिस्टर्ड करे इसके पहले इसके बारे में रिव्यू देखना पसंद किया । review में जो जानकारी दी गई है उससे सहमत होते हुए निवेश करने का प्रोग्राम रद्द कर दिया।इसके पहले पिछले साल बिटकॉइन फॉरेक्स ट्रेडिंग कंपनी से जुड़ कर कमाने के चक्कर में लगभग तीन लाख रुपया गवा चुका हूं।इसका रिकवरी के लिए फाइनेंशियल कंडक्ट अथॉरिटी यू के से संपर्क किया लगभग 6784USD वापस दिलाने की बात हुई है लेकिन tax amount advance करने को बोल रही है जिसे स्वीकार नहीं किया मेरा कहना है कि tax amount deduct कर मेरी राशि वापस कराई जाय।वैसे मेरा लेक्साट्रेड कॉम फॉरेक्स ट्रेडिंग कंपनी के पास लगभग दस लाख रुपया बना था जिसे लॉस दिखाकर मार्केट से आउट कर दिया है।आपसे आग्रह है की फाइनेंशियल कंडक्ट अथॉरिटी यू के से 6784.25 USD राशि वापस दिला दिया जाय ताकि अपना कर्ज चुका संकू।मुझे बताया जाय कि कौन सी कंपनी अच्छी है जिसके माध्यम से ट्रेडिंग की जाय और समय समय पर राशि की निकासी हो संके ।

If any one want money from you before they allowed you to take yours money that mean this is scam , this scam method starting long long before when cryptocurrency wasn’t so popular , they started to looking for ppl in dating site and talk that they nearly die and they rich and want share they millions so ,, you need just pay tax ,, and they send you money lol! Or some lottery, YOU have millions ,, just send tax ! I’m thinking that we should get together and collect money and pay to someone for who can find them and take they hands and legs off ! And left they on the ground like some wooden log !
