Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So FXCT Investments is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. Make sure you leave reviews about FXCT Investments in other sites
Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. I requested to close my Fxct account when I know I made a wrong decision for taking this company on JUL 11,2021 .At first no response from them, then they call and said that can help me to close my account . The guy said that there is minimum for exchange account balance that I must deposit up to the level, but after he dragged the money from my credit card, I only got emails telling that coins on the way to you. The guy blackmail me and even taught me to telling lies to bank in order to raise my credit card limit, then can drag more from my card to deposit. I call my bank yesterday but they said that they cannot charge back the money. please help

One of their do called managers kept pestering me to invest more money when I refused he became rude and belligerent, his name Adam, don’t use FXCT it’s a scam.
They are so nice while contact you to open the account
After few week, I request to withdraw money from who call my account manager, start no any answer from her
Then another guy called & said I can get back my money through Credit Card and ask for my Credit Card details again
But it’s strange that the process is the same as first time they draw the money from my Credit Card
I ask several times I got the message from bank said that it is a payment instead of income to my Credit Card but The guy insists this is the payment from their company and not my payment…..
I have call HSBC to double check ….They said if their side transfer money to me, just need the Credit Card number only, no need for the valid date & vcc number

The guy said the process is a btc wallet, for that they need something for guaranteed. They catching a place on the card for the total amount transaction just for guaranteed, that mean when a client want to withdraw money, they catching the amount on the card for guaranteed, then when the money will be on the account they will cancelled what they catch on the credit card, this is how its work, they catching the money on the card then they see the money arrive they cancelled it, its just for guaranteed
I then hold & not reply him first & try to contact my account manager but she seems disappeared with none answer

I got my money scammed by fxct. How can I get back my money.
I opened an account with FXCTinvestments in August this year. Their Contact was describing himself as Account Manager and gave his name as Jake Donovan. He promised a high rate of return and claimed to be regulated by american authority. He encouraged me to invest at least 25,000 pounds to get an account with certain privileges.
I invested a series of tranches and they had insisted that I pay in through Coinbase using ETH. This was suspicious but by the time my account had reached 15,200 euros i became aware that they were not regulated by British agencies and in September I ASKED FOR MY CAPITAL TO BE RETURNED. Since then they have asked me for plenty of identification and their website said I had requested a return . NOTHING HAPPENED until 29th, when they promised to refund in 8 – 14 business days. A month later they said the same thing. I reported all the events to the police and my bank, who said I must expect to have lost all the money! When I try to log in to the account using the address they gave me the site is unavailable, but i found that typing in the name fxctinvestments.com i now see a completely redesigned site with a login button. I log in, but the account is incomplete, no longer lists my investments separately but quotes a larger total than expected and no longer admits that i had requested a refund. Since then, no more emails have arrived, but I had a phone call from a different manager saying there was a profit on the account and they cannot close the account until tax has been paid. I suspect this to be a ploy to get me to pay in whilst still getting anything out.

My experience same as Da. Don’t trust them, they just keep withdraw money from your card and never return you money. Recently they asked me to pay tax invoice and then they will return money. However, still not. No one can be trust from FXCT. I’m now in hugh debit. I really want to get my hard earned money back. Help!
The guy said he is the only person can help me get back my money through get authorization from Credit Card again

I got the following by email from FXCT:We decided to Close FXCT INVESTMENT WALLETS
FXCT INVESTMENT will be working until December 31/2021, all funds will be available for withdrawal. Signing up will be terminated From Now .
After 31 December all information will be destroyed and the wallet will stop functioning. We ask our API users to transfer to FInance department services. for clearance .

I’m also working with them to withdraw my money since August. They gave lots of excuses and still not returning my money. I even paid handing and tax last month, still not returning.
But I got the above this morning. I still worry that may be another trick from FXCT. So we must be careful and maybe do some research. E.g. We should not pay tax to them. Tax is based on our living location. I knew after I paid 😭

I opened a a/c with them after watching a show on ABC. Initially they said a credit of $50 will be given, nothing happened. I did not like the way they were behaving and asked for the refund. They are not refunding my money. In my opinion, people should not invest in company like FXCT.
