Read our Bitfinityfx review to see if we recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is a bitfinityfx.com review.
Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Bitfinityfx is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.
What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.
Make sure you leave reviews about Bitfinityfx in other sites
Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. If you fallen victim please leave a review and a comment on this site at the comment section. Also, when these people change their website they tend to call the old clients, so if they call you from a new website please write it down on the comment or let us know it by contacting us. That would be really appreciated by us and families all over world. Also if you get phone calls from other companies please put the name of these companies also in the comment or send it to us. We will expose them too.

If you like to trade please do it with a trustworthy, regulated broker, by choosing one of the brokers listed below.
Steer clear unless you want to be harassed constantly on the phone, they wont take no for an answer and they are very rude, even if this is not a scam I would not use them at this point. There is no way for me to get them to stop calling either.
Avoid like the plaque, these guys are the scum of the scum! Do not invest any money with these scumbags you will NEVER see it again! Fucking truly disgraceful.
SCAMMERS!!!! Long term scamming ! Absolutely disgusting!
Scammers for sure. Keep ringing and try to get money by saying they can double in six months. Stay clear of Bitfinityfx
yes they are despicable and have to be named and shamed
I deposited money into Bitfinityfx. I dealt with a Charles Zally. Then Alexandra Smith now in hospital with Covid who took my account to suppose 149.657 USD. Eddie Roberts his boss taken over my site. My site was on automatic. Now they contacting me to say I have 149.657 USD but before I can have my money I must pay them 8.000.00 in advance. I am sure this is a scam to get this money from me. Is there anyway that we can trap them if over this scam. Is it true that you have to pay to get your money. Why would we have to pay to get our money.
I forgot to say Eddie Roberts says Bitfinityfx gives me 5 or 6days in which to pay this 8.00.00 USD. If I do not pay in time I lose all my money and I also then lose my site account. So I will have nothing not even the money I had deposited into the account. So how does this work you pay up front for something you will never own.
I opened an account and I deposited 250 us dollars then there was a guy called Terry Davis who was my broker honestly he worked doing SURF-TRADE and he asked me to put more money then to see if he was serious I asked to withdraw all my money to see. As I suspected they played by insulting me by intimidating. I implicated my uncle who put in the money. I will now file a complaint with the anti-fraud office. The company is called Bitfinityfx. Their emails: [email protected] [email protected]
So be careful don’t put your money.
Bitfinityfx is nothing more than a scam. All they want is your money on their exchange and then there is no way to retrieve the funds. Their operators will return funds (in small amounts) to show you how it works but, they hold the switch to withdrawals. Once they get enough money, there is no more withdrawals and, you have to try to get your money back. They don’t have a wallet address like most exchanges, their phones are not working (United Kingdom +448081961740) call them I dare you, and their e-mail goes where? They never respond. If you wish to fill out their application they are there in minutes. If you wish to withdrawal funds crickets. Its a SCAM stay away. One who knows well…
Written in January 2022: Thank you so much for the advice! I am in the process of requesting a chargeback from my credit card company. As you say, Bitfinity assign an Account Manager with a legitimate looking sign on screen and encourage more funds to be deposited into the account via cryptocurrency. I refused to set up a crypto account and asked for a return of profit and original funds into my bank account, they say they do not deal with banks and said can only return funds into crypto. I told them I would contact my credit card and ask for a chargeback and they said they would have their Finance team call me to advise why they could only return funds via crypto. In the process of dealing with my credit card provider over this.
Written August 2022: Note that I wrote the above some time ago. After the credit card provider initiated a chargeback this crafty company then contacted the credit card provider to say that this was a legitimate charge so they debited my credit card again. I had to provide justification for the return of my funds in depth and so far, this has not been disputed after being credited.
I saved this personal review page to be able to refer once again to the advice provided. Interestingly, the last two times I have tapped into your page (prior to this evening) I have noticed a glowing review of Bitfinity and it is only now that I am seeing your original review again. So don’t know if these scammers somehow changed your site or what I saw of your site to see something they themselves had written.
Worst guys Big Scammers Charles and David. Be careful with your family. Your family I don’t how they are trusting you guys. Please check with them
They say they are from Switzerland and try to make you invest all of your money and will ask you to take loan and invest in Bitfinityfx. They will good profits how? Because those are fake numbers and fake website. Please be careful and don’t fall for those scammer Charles and David
Have invested $7,250, and my account has traded up to $38,000. I was told the last contract that made big gains had to be liquidated…. But I paid the $5,000 Cad first. Now I’m told I have to pay another $5,000 for the taxes so I can get a letter for my bank explaining the taxes are paid! Sounds very suspect. I’m usually really sceptical of people. Somehow they got me. Need some advice on how to at least get the $12,250 back that I’ve given them
Help appreciated.

Bitfinityfx mission statement should read “we will scam, cheat, lie and steal your money to the best of our ability”.

BitfinityFX uses catchy domains like [email protected] and [email protected]
Our specialized team members are fully trained to bamboozle you with crypto crap and fake data. Our team consists of Sean Foster, Terry Davis, Ron Liston, Tom Sanders, and Lukas Ramon.
On September 29th this year Lucas Ramon vowed to take my account equity to final closure. After they received my $3,000 commission he said he would transfer my Bitcoin to my crypto platform, I would convert to Canadian dollars, and then he would stay with me until the wire transfer was made to my bank account. The commission was paid, then I was put on hold, listen to a bit of music, and then nothing. Dead, no one, crickets.
What followed was text after text from me, asking questions, pleading, requesting a reply. No response, nothing, crickets.
All I heard in my head was the distant sound of laughter.
This call was recorded start to finish. Lukas even comments in this call what a great day it is to be me with my incoming money.
If anyone would like to see images, documentation,
179 pages of investigative report, text, and have a copy of the recorder call, please DM me on @scambusteralta on Twitter.
I’ll be happy to tell you more about myself as well. I’m not an idiot, just too much trust and faith in my fellow man.
