Walton Chase Review

Read our Walton Chase review to see why we do NOT recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is a waltonchase.com review.

Who are they?

After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.

So Walton Chase is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

Regulatory Body Status
FCA (UK) No record of authorization
ASIC (AU) No record
CySEC (EU) No record
SEC / CFTC (US) No record

How does it work?

Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.

Withdrawing funds

You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.

If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.

How to get your money back?

If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.

The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.

What about wires?

If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.

  1. This firm is obvious scam. I was convinced to open a minim amount into there trading platform. After reviewing I decided I wanted my money back. That is when I decided this is a scam and do not send them anymore funds. I initially deposited $500.00 and after a few days they requested me to do deposit $5000 and I told them I wanted my money back. They said no problem, make a withdraw which I tried to do and of course it was blocked. They told me the only way to get my money was by way of bitcoin which I tried to get back through opening a bitcoin account at Net Coin and a soon as I told Net Coin I wanted to transfer funds from Walton Chase they closed my account. I talked to several people and they had the same lies.
In the end I simply told them to keep the money and they thought is okay, which is what would happen anyway in the end.
Do not do any trading with these people. They will take your money.

  2. I was also scammed by them. I responded to an online ad that promoted their automated trading program that ran on autopilot, long or short depending on market movements. I paid the initial investment amount asked for ($US250) and away the system went. my money doubled in 1 day. I was impressed, but wasn’t going to jump in too deep with more funds until I saw some consistency. After the very first day, I was introduced to a heavy ‘financial advisor’, insisting that I ‘trust him’ (After 1 day) who wanted to ‘upgrade’ my investment. When I declined at this point until I had seen how things went, he became angry, aggressive and almost abusive. he said he wasn’t interested in manging my account because it wasn’t worth it to him. (I never asked him to in the first place. I signed up to an automated system that didn’t require a ‘financial advisor’) Well…I tried to close the account and withdraw the rapidly diminishing funds when I saw that they had intervened with the ‘automated system’ so that it was profiting from the shorting trend. In other words, they killed it dead and kept the balance. They are crooks. Don’t go near them. They also speak with heavy accents and my guess is they use false names, too.

  4. Stay away from Walton Chase! They are good to lure people in, but when you want your money back, they become totally silent.
I went in because I was very interested by their Bitcoin arbitrage product. But because of the bad reviews, I put only a small amount. I was up 60% in 2 weeks, so I tested getting my money out: once with the account manager to set it up, the small withdrawal was already in the account of another platform within 20 minutes. Wow, I was impressed!
Two days later, I tried on my own. I wainted 2 days and surprisingly the money transferred only just before I had a call with my account manager. He was pissed I had made the withdrawal and he told me so, …as if it was his money?

From the moment I put my money in, the account manager called me every two days trying to lure me to put more money. And their scheme is really good. I told him I was testing the system first. After a month of more and more aggression from my account manager, I decided I had enough and told him I wanted all my money out. In parallel, I also requested a withdrawal from the platform, to no avail. I have not heard from them since (more than a month ago) and they still have my money. This is very unfortunate because I liked the Bitcoin arbitrage product. But, it could only be good if I could withdraw money when I need it.
My account manager told me many times through our conversations not to believe the bad reviews. Well, the bad reviews are all true. For your own sake, DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH Walton Chase. There are many more honest platform out there to put your money in.

  5. Actually I’m in a fight with Walton Chase, since I started doing business with them, they called every day asking me to put more money so that I can earn a lot more blabla bla. I started to be worry about those methods and I took the decision to close my account with them and get my money back. Wow the man I was speaking to just went crasy! Swearring, yielling at me telling me that my account is now frosen. So don’t ever get involve with those guys, there just a bunch of criminels and professionnels liars and thief. Excuse my english I’m french Canadian.

  6. I am still numb.

The other night a Sam Clarkson from Walton Chase called and I was surprised because it was Victoria Thompson who dealt with me before but I could not deposit any more money. Before that, it was Jacob Millerso within 6 months 3 traders from Walton Chase called me. Anyway, the other night this Sam Clarkson actually encouraged me to withdraw my investment – the sooner the better he said but before I can touch my money I need to pay $6872 for fees and taxes and he kindly guided me through it and he said tomorrow I would call you so we can take your money out and you should receive it on Wednesday. How silly I was. I felt like a dill now.

He called me last night but he said Binance decided to freeze my $6872 for some reason and but whilst talking to him my Walton Chase account was emptied and I asked Sam Clarkson what happened to the $32,0000 in my account? He said he sent it back to my bank. Funny that he did want me to be there to withdraw it? What proof has Sam Clarkson got that he deposited my investment back into my account ? And then he said because the $6872 is frozen I will not be able to get the rest of my money.

But he said Binance will release it if I deposited another $6872! Throwing good money after bad!

If you have any spare to invest. Please do not invest with Walton Chase.

I am now trying to get my money back. I will do it by hook or by crook and I will report this incident to the authorities and regulatory bodies. The more people know about this the fewer victims these heartless people will have!

  7. Stay away from Walton Chase!

Stay away from Walton Chase! They are good to lure people in, but when you want your money back, first your account manager tries to extract more money from you, second other account managers call you with the same intent, and when they understand you want you money back. you never hear from them again.

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH Walton Chase. There are many more honest platform out there to put your money in.

  8. Lost $4800.00 with Walton Chase. At one point they offered to return money to my bank account and using Any Desk went into the account and stole $1500.00 and tried to steal another $2500 from another account but was able to stop the transaction. THIS COMPANY IS TOTALLY FRAUDULENT.

  9. Walton Chase took my money, and claimed I’ve now got $72,800.00 in my (their) account owed to me apparently from an up tick in the bit market, and they now have a new name, ‘FCI – Financial Cyber Investigations’ an organization that wishes to clear up on monies owed from Walton Chase to parties that sent them investment funds, and that NOW they’re going to help you get what’s owed, as they demand access to your computer, bank account and driver’s license, apparently to send you the money that Walton Chase claimed was owed you. Beware, they are now so audacious as to claim they’re a Financial Cyber Investigation outfit. They’re the furthest thing from a Financial Cyber Investigation organization. It’s all lies based on criminal corrupt practices. I will lose money invested, to save from being further ripped off by these scammers. Lesson well learned. BEWARE! WARNING!!!
