Read our Trustpac review to see why we do NOT recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is a trustpac.io review.
Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Trustpac is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
| Regulatory Body | Status |
|---|---|
| FCA (UK) | No record of authorization |
| ASIC (AU) | No record |
| CySEC (EU) | No record |
| SEC / CFTC (US) | No record |
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.
What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.
Make sure you leave reviews about Trustpac in other sites
Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. If you fallen victim please leave a review and a comment on this site at the comment section. Also, when these people change their website they tend to call the old clients, so if they call you from a new website please write it down on the comment or let us know it by contacting us. That would be really appreciated by us and families all over world. Also if you get phone calls from other companies please put the name of these companies also in the comment or send it to us. We will expose them too.

Trustpac has a good review rating on Trustpilot website . Does this mean that many of the revioews on Trustpilot regarding Trustpac are fake and created by trustpac . Also Ebay sellers are able to sell using their displayed credability founded solely on customer feedback and not on any kind of regulating body and I know from my own expereience that this works well and is the reason ebay exists ..
Hi! I registered with trustpac and I was supposed to get my deal in a month time it’s almost 2 months now and I have not heard anything. Everyone is mute what’s happening? Have I been scammed?
I invested with them it’s almost 2 months now no reply
Yeah they are a scam they tried to scam me today. I got scammed by another site before. Once they’ve get your number they don’t let go of you they try to call you on different numbers and with a different company. Try to convince you that they are so sorry that you’ve been scammed before. But they’re really try playing you and trying to convince you that they are sympathetic to your plight but they are really trying to draw you in to scam again. When you say that you want to do some research about dear company they say no you don’t need to. They really tried to draw you in like they haven’t got nothing to do with the other company with scammed you before. But they are exactly the same. Given half the chance of taking your money they will so do not fall for it. You have to stop these people from doing this they are thieves. But they don’t think they’re doing anything wrong I believe. Please people do not fall through it this must happen to a lot of people but no one’s saying anything about it because it’s quite embarrassing. They are bullies and they will bully you into giving up your money do not let that this happened. They will talk to you 4 hours like they’re your friends. And they had your best interests at heart by the do not. All are trying to do is convince you that they could be trusted but they cannot be trusted at all but as humans we want to believe that people can’t be that wicked but they are they are very evil people very well spoken maybe middle course maybe higher class. But they are thieves.
I’m not saying that everybody in this class is thieves I’m just saying they’re using they education well spoken accent to manipulate. Like butter wouldn’t melt. Because they’re not rubbing anybody’s house or stealing anybody’s handbag they think it’s ok. But you could say that you’ve got no other money apart from what you have in your bank but they will still take it off you and leave you broke so please people do not give them your money they are no good
Trustpac are not to trust. I invested money in this company and now I don’t answer my phone anymore. I’ve been waiting for a long time to give me my money back but they didn’t do that.
I have been with trustpac for about 2 months now,,I took out loans to the value of £25,000 , I was told that the profit I made would pay for the loan repayments each month, so far that hasn’t happened and I’m already a month in arrears which amounts to nearly a £1,000 a month. I’m a pensioner who was wanting a better life as I’m disabled as well, I feel broken by this
A couple of months I was talking to a lovely lady and built my trust in her. She is KELLY CULLIN, some fake Executive to con people like me. Then I spoke to Louise Jones to transfer my documents….. another fake request. Then I spoke to SAMUEL Williams who was rude and told him I wanted another person to talk to. Then I spoke to another scammer called Harry SIMMS. Louise Jones came back for more documents. I told her I wanted my money back and everything changed I KNEW I WAS SCAMMED. Be careful for TRUSTPAC.IO.
Successfully scammed by Dean Price followed by Samual Williams in last one month of a nightmare. May God make their life miserable and turn their earning into cancer for their loved one who they are trying to feed with robbing others off their hard earned money. Amen
Scam! Beware and stay safe
