Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Profit Swiss is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. Make sure you leave reviews about Profit Swiss in other sites
Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. If you fallen victim please leave a review and a comment on this site at the comment section. Also, when these people change their website they tend to call the old clients, so if they call you from a new website please write it down on the comment or let us know it by contacting us. Moja skúsenosť je zlá.
Človek ktorý vás lanári je drzý, kričí, nadáva.
Špecialista sa s vami pekne zoznámi, povie vám o svojej minulosti, školeniach, rodine, živote.
Môžete ale nemusíte mu povedať tú svoju.
Malé denné obchody vychádzajú.
Následne skúsite väčšie, tie vychádzajú tiež.
Zrazu nevýjde prvý obchod. Nie malý, tie vychádzajú vždy. Nevýjde veľký a vy prídete o časť penazí.
Ste požiadaný o daľšiu sumu aby ste to získali späť.
Ak nič nepridáte, pochopia že ste pre nich nezaujimavý.
Dajú vám pár malých obchodov vďaka ktorým veríte, že sa opäť dostanete na investovanú sumu.
Vzápätí príde obchod ktorý vás zruinuje.
Poplatky sú strašne vysoké, no nedozviete sa v akej sú výške a ako ich vypočítať, takže ak vám špecialista stanoví nejaký Take Profit tak sa ho držíte lebo neviete či v prípade skoršieho uzavretia obchodu nezarobíte len a len na poplatky.
Z mojej skúsenosti môžem povedat že Profit Swiss je scam. Chcú len a len vaše peniaze.
Sú netransparentní.
Jedna skúsenosť: Bola mi ponúknutá možnosť obchodovať na platforme cTrader. Podmienka bola investícia 100 000eur. Odmietol som. Následne to bolo 50, neskôr 30, tak 10, až ma zlomili na 4 000. cTrader som aj tak nedostal. S tźm som sa nikde inde nestretol aby podmienkou na použivanie nejakŕho programu bolo investovanie dalšieho kapitálu.
Nechcem vás odrádzať. Každý nech si robí čo chce, sú to vaše peniaze. Ale mne by pomohlo keby som podobnú recenziu našiel skôr.
Ešte k tým recenziám. Zavolajú vám a presviedčajú že ak nájdete zlú recenziu tak to je len preto, že existujú firmy ktore ich umelo ohovárajú a za stiahnutie takýchto recenzií od nich žiadajú poplatok-výpalné. Neverti im. Recenzie sú pravdivé.
Hovoria vám že ako by im pomohlo keby vás zruinovali, že oni zarábajú len ked vy zarábate. Bullshit.
A ako to funguje?
Predstavte si, že ich je v spoločnosti napr 10 ľudí. Za rok zlanária 100 ľudí (isto aj viac, nič nemožné). Každý k nim pošle 10 000 eur.
100 ľudí x 10 000 eur = 1 000 000 eur. Všetci o peniaze prídu a vo firme ostane 1 000 000 eur ktoré si tých 10 ľudí rozdelia. 1 000 000 eur/10 ľudí vo firme=100 000 eur rocne pre každého zamestnaca. Pekné čo?
A čo sa týka výberu peňazí… netuším či vám ich vyplatia. Tu moja skúsenosť končí. Ja som sa k tomu nedostal.
Toľko z mojej strany. Toto nie je platená recenzia a pokúsim sa ju pridať na čo najviac stránok aby som vystríhal ľudí, ktorí si myslia že pod vedením nejakého akože špecialistu zarobia z mála veľa.
Ak chceš obchodovať na burze, nájdi si poriadneho brookera a venuj sa študovaniu informácii, no hlavne investuj sám, v objemoch ktoré si môžeš dovoliť a so ziskom ktorý je pre teba postačujúci. Ak prerobíš, môžeš si za to sám, ale ak sa necháš viesť radami špecialistu z Profit Swiss, ver že o peniaze prídeš a budeš sa bit po hlave aký si bol sprostý, že si dôveroval človeku ktorého si v živote nevidel, poznáš ho len z jeho rozprávania a ani si nemôžeš byť istý či jeho meno je skutočne jeho.
Chcel som mu ešte napísať do posledného mailu čo prajem jemu, jeho rodine a jeho kolegom, ale zahryzol som si do jazyka a napísal mu len nech mi už viac nevolá. Nezavolal. Ale karma je zdarma, a snáď sa s tým mojim špecialistom niekedy stretnem aj osobne, aby som mu vysvetlil ako to bolí keď je človek sprostí.
Naprosto souhlasím, úplně stejná zkušenost (tentokrát z Čech, volají Slováci)
Není třeba znovu rozepisovat – v kostce:
Vložíte malou sumu, na mini obchodech vydělávat po 10e, takových uděláte 20 a pak jeden se nepovede (což příjde) a vyluxuje Vám celý účet. Po tom co se váš specialista dozví, že tam nechcete přidat další peníze “na záchranu” tak je hrubý, uražený a položí Vám telefon…
Vyhnout se obloukem a už se s nimi ani nebavit!
Profit Swiss sú podvodné stránky. Nemajú oprávnenie ponúkať finančné služby v Čechách, ani na Slovensku. Česká národná banka upozornenie na protiprávnu činnosť tejto spoločnosti.
Na svojej webovej stránke majú uvedené falošné údaje, vraj majú sídlo na Marshalových ostrovoch, čo je klamstvo. V skutočnosti miesto svojho pôsobenia taja. Obchodovať nevedia.
Za jeden mesiac mi ich “špecialista” zruinoval 90% môjho vkladu. Neustále menia čísla účtov,
na ktoré posielate peniaze a zakrývajú za sebou stopy
So Švajčiarskom nemajú nič spoločné, je to len reklamný ťah. Svoje miesto pôsobenia taja.
Rok som sa snažil dostať späť peniaze, ktoré som tam vložil. Neúspešne. Makléri Vám najprv ponúknu malé obchody, ktoré Vám vyjdú, následne Vám nenápadne odporučia obchod, ktorý Vám vymaže celý účet. Ak sa Váš účet blíži k nule, neporadí Vám, nedvihne Vám telefón.
Asi už so mnou strácali trpezlivosť a tak mi maklér ponúkol naraz štyri takéto obchody, aby mi vymazali účet.

Dnes so mnou telefonoval človek z Profit Swiss a rozhovor trval 45 minut.
Aby som vložil 20 000 Euro. Ak nie 20 000 tak 5 000 a vybaví mi také benefity
ako za 20 000. Ale teda musím vložiť teraz. Že počká. Hovoril že spolupráca
bude trvať aj roky, ale peniaze mám vložiť teraz… Otvoril som si ich stránku

meno, ani telefónne číslo. Taká hrdá firma a nenapíše adresu ani meno úspešných
obchodníkov?

Založil a vložil jsem 2000 Euro na jejich účet, nikdy jsem neprovedl žádný obchod, po přečtení recenzí chci stáhnout peníze zpět, žádost zaslána, potvrzena, ale nic se nevrací.
