Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Quantum Markets is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. Yeah, it’s a complete scam. I tried for months to get my money back. But in the end they just earsed my account of funds. No losing it on bad bets, they just cleared it… I tried to to a withdrawal from them, and that still shows on their website, to prove I had funds there. But all the equity is gone like the wind.
I wasn’t fooled to invest even more funds, which they wanted, so I’m glad for that atleast. But the 200 I lost, I won’t get back. I managed to get them to send me back atleast 50 from my initial 250, but that they did just to show how I could get a withdrawal from them, so I would invest thousands more.

I have been contacted by an account manager called George Kass quantum marketnet he tried for nearly two hours trying to use my credit card in various ways to obtain my funds my bank cancelled my card as they tried to take money out from Indonesia lol George Kass account manager said he lived in England after checking Facebook no such person came up glad that my bank cancelled my card
I was introduced to quantum by a Facebook friend. I invested with $500, then was told to pay a signal fee which I did $371, then told to pay 10% tax to the IRS on my profits before withdraw. Paid $883 all payments were required to be made using bitcoin. They pretended to release the profits, but then said there was another fee I should pay before withdrawing of $558. That’s when I realised I was being scammed.
The same here was tricked into this when they had hacked in and told that good this was, invested 250 eur, contacted the bank and blocked the account and try to get them back, but they do not give up. but I must just realize that the money has been lost, what about the rest of you, you have also given up hope of getting money back. Till en början tyckte jag att de verkade jättebra, man gör både vinst och förlust, men vinsten tar priset. Dom är väldigt hjälpsamma, dock väldigt påtryckande om att man ska investera mer. Dom talar alltid om att de är dina pengar du har kontrollen över dem, vi kan inte göra något utan ditt godkännande. Jag bestämde mig att investera lite mer för att testa.
Jag har gjort 2 st utag först ett på 200 euro och sen ett på 1000 euro och tänkte att de verkar ju vara okej.
Men påtryckningar om att investera mer slutar aldrig och dom byter ut kontaktperson hela tiden, nu är jag uppe i 4de kontaktpersonen som försöker få mig att investera mer pengar.
Dom satte till och med in pengar från deras egna företag för att visa att de kommer gå med mycket vinst.
Då ett företag som är seriöst aldrig skulle göra så, så bestämde jag mig för att inte fortsätta och vill ta ut mina pengar och avsluta mitt konto hos dom.
Efter att jag nämnde att jag vill avsluta mitt konto försökte dom först övertala mig att inte göra det, men jag stod på mig om att jag vill avsluta kontot.
Efter det så är det omöjligt att komma i kontakt med kontaktperson och support.
Jag har gjort en begäran om att göra ett utag men inget händer och ingen hör av sig.

Jag lockades också att gå in och registrera mig för 250 Euro. sedan ringde det upp en engelsktalande man Rickard Cole. Han babblade en massa på engelska om hur bra detta företaget är och försökte övertala mig att sätta in mer pengar. Han ville jag skulle verifiera mitt konto i coinbase, vilket jag lyckades. Sedan ville han att jag skulle verifiera mitt konto i weise vilket jag inte lyckade med, då ville jag avsluta samtalet, då babblade han på och ville till varje pris att jag skulle slutföra detta. Trots att jag gång på gång sa att jag har inte tid med detta nu. Då överlät han en kvinnlig engelstalande kvinna fortsätta tjata om verifiering. Sedan sa babblade hon något om på engelska att quantum market kunde ge mig kreditpengar. Jag ville inte ha någonting från dem. PÅ kvällen såg jag att de hade satt in en kredit på 3000 euro på mitt konto trots att jag inte ville detta. Hur får man bort detta???

Well just like everyone on here these fuckers scammed me out of 80k of my super money. I got sucker punched like everyone here, deposit $250aud, broker kept hounding me to invest more, as I did contact became harder, then that broker vanished wen I told him I wanted to pull out, eventually another shock contacted after weeks of hounding their customer support people, he made a thousand excuses, and said give me four week and I’ll get your money, four week later he tells me “sorry trading didn’t go well and you’ve lost ur money. I went berserk, he hung up, couldn’t b contacted, next my quantum account was closed!
I went through the cybercrime people in Australia, Federal Police, and Binance didn’t want to know about me. Most organization seem powerless to do anything about these theiving bastards, they siphon off your money, send it through multiple accounts, then the money becomes untraceable. I’ve all but given up.

i think i never get my250eu back.
Same problem for me as reading above when it comes to redraw the money,
has invested approx 220 000 euro and the account are now at 550 000 euro.
during this tradings from may-22 i checked redraw function and that gave me 2700 euro back through my Binance account.
Told them to stop trading approx sept-22 and transfer the money the same way,but this was not possible.Had to pay 20 % tax on my profit before,
Tryed to get the taxfree amount back but they told me this was not possible.
Now the trading function is locked so i can not do anything. Addional nobody answer on the service function and earlier mails from then is no longer valid.
The result is that I still has got anything and the hole trading case incl lots of documentation is sent to Police and Økokrim department.
Both told me the same as mention above…scam but will be reported . They also told me that this money are lost and i should not try to get them back if they call for a solution.
So my message to all of you who read this:
DO NOT INVEST ANYTHING THROUGH THIS COMPANY…STAY AWAY.

Etter en veldig lang krangling med både Brian Winters og Burak freeman har begge sluttet med å kontakte meg. har enno live konto og pr idag er den på ca 700 000 euro. Alle mine funksjoner er låst så eg får kun melding at eg ikke er autorisert til å kunne gjøre noe.
