Read our Iron Chain Capital review to see why we do NOT recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is an ironchain-capital.com review.
Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Iron Chain Capital is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
| Regulatory Body | Status |
|---|---|
| FCA (UK) | No record of authorization |
| ASIC (AU) | No record |
| CySEC (EU) | No record |
| SEC / CFTC (US) | No record |
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.
What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.
Make sure you leave reviews about Iron Chain Capital in other sites
Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. If you fallen victim please leave a review and a comment on this site at the comment section. Also, when these people change their website they tend to call the old clients, so if they call you from a new website please write it down on the comment or let us know it by contacting us. That would be really appreciated by us and families all over world. Also if you get phone calls from other companies please put the name of these companies also in the comment or send it to us. We will expose them too.

Yeah they are crooks took 1 BTC as deposit in which I made 4 but when asked to withdraw they request tax payment of 20% another words it would of costed me another BTC . Its all a scam and they have highly credible traders who will assist in making good money for you. when you withdraw that’s the problem. So I cancelled the withdrawal to test a smaller amount , “sorry cant cancel a withdrawal, company policy” they are full of shit wish I saw this site first.
Son just got scammed the same way as above, with the same answer of tax payment sick to my stomach
I started with IronChain on Feb. 19 and funded my account with bitcoins (0, 018524) via transfer from my crypto.com account.
I made a few tradings before I decided to cancel my account after withdrawal of my money.
This, however, seems to be extremely difficult.
On the 23rd of February, I received an answer via their online chat facility telling me that I have to wait for 10 days from funding before I can withdraw again.
This is why I applied for withdrawal yesterday and asked for confirmation via their chatline.
No answer at all. There was not even a reaction on the chatline.
I am copying the chatline thread just below and include a screenshot of my account history with IronChain.
Today, March 03rd, I still don’t have confirmation or any reaction, except from the fact that in the history window it now says withdrawal declined. No explanations given.
Chat thread from today:

It seems like I am one of their victims too , and they follow the same way once you try to withdraw your money but nobody is doing something to stop them , is there anybody who get refunded?
hi,
I deposited 2 bitcoin and made 9 with help of some trader who goes by name of Patrick Martino. They scammed me and now they are asking for same thing which is to deposit 80,000 USD worth of bitcoin to withdraw my 9 bitcoins. I asked them to deduct from my amount but they said same thing, that this amount has to be paid separately as per company policy. I am a salaried person who put all his savings in same. I don’t know what to do. Even if I ask for loan of 80,000 to pay them I don’t think I would be getting my money back. Or is it possible to get my money back after I deposit 80,000. I don’t know. I can’t think of anything. PLEASE HELP!!
@S.G – Do not pay any more money under no circumstance.
what should I do then..I don’t know. It was my life savings. how should I fight them? I am not even from US. I’m from thailand. Does it mean its gone forever?
@S.G. — I feel sorry for you, because you have no chance to get your money back. My IronChain story has continued. In fact, they also asked me to send money. 240 USD for tax & fees. I paid into the BTC address they have given me in their email. And they did receive it, as I could confirm in blockchair.com. However, they did confirm receipt but argued that I paid into the wrong account and claimed that they credited my trading account. I did not find the money there. So I insisted that they send the money and they replied that I would first have to pay USD 240 again. I refused and threatened to publish their behaviour in Telegram, Facebook and Twitter channels. No reaction.
Today I posted this in a few Telegram channels and sent it also via online chat to IronChain:
“Beware of IronChain! I was recommended to use IronChain by a semi-professional trader, Jordan Meyers. I opened an account with 1000 USD and decided to withdraw my money after a few trades and 200 USD profit. However, my withdrawal request was ignored. After a few days of insisting on my withdrawal, they requested a payment of 240 USD in BTC of fees & taxes. I paid. However, they still won’t pay and requested another payment of the same amount, before they would release the money.
This is where I gave up and decided to warn everyone in this group not to fall prey to IronChain or Jordan Meyers, who is generating clients through commenting YouTube videos of well known crypto gurus. In case, anyone would like to have proof of my experiences with IronChain, I would be happy to deliver.”
No reaction from IronChain! Money lost.
To get rid of my anger, I added in their chat:
“This was just Telegram. Tomorrow, I will continue with Telegram and add Twitter.
I am very pleased by the response of my posting. Many have immediately shared it with other groups they told me.
Shitstorm for just 1200 USD. What kind of businessmen are you? Oh, no, you are not businessmen, you are crooks!”
Dear S.G, consider your money lost and even withdraw from any conversations with them. You would just waste your prescious time on top of your wasted money.
Listen and listen Closely Patrick Martino is not Patrick Martino this is a alias., hes fake a con man a scum and dishonest piece of Sh%t.
He uses multiply names to entrap victims
Knows nothing about trading – claims hes an expert.
Patrick Martino He is in bed or partners with IronChain Capital, splits the stolen money with the thieving Directors of IronChain Capital.
Patrick Martino offers to make a lot of money but requires 20% fee which will never happen – he takes 100% of all money deposited.
He advertises by making statements on Youtube and other Social platforms – in which he writes his own reviews -hes a crooked conman a real C%NT
He directs all potential traders to Ironchain Capital no other platform as he is in with these crooks and part of management,
Patrick Martino isn’t real hes made up.
Patrick Martino manipulates the trades as a win when in fact it loses but this doesn’t matter he gets to keep your entire deposit, and multiply declined withdrawals, that will cost the trader to withdrawal.
Patrick Martino loses the odd trade to make it believable. don’t buy into this hes not a trader arsehole. hes a thief.
I did two identical trades he was only aware of the 1 trade I was doing and manipulated this trade as a win – the other lost. but both identical trades. How is this possible he only see one trade and rigs that trade only. He waits until you press enter for the trade waits a minute and then manipulates that trade as a win.
He doesn’t often trade large time frames as the trader can see the trade unfold and often hes wrong and would red flag his operation as a fraud,
Patrick Martino is a crook he goes by 5 other names but uses this one the most hes a criminal beware.
AKA Patrick Martino is a criminal
Lodge a complaint with the FBI with Ironchain capital and AKA Patrick Martino they are all the one.
yes heard of that p**** Patrick Martino a real piece of work
guys given there are a few of us who scammed including myself is one interested in doing an action class lawsuit?
lodging a complaint at FBI or federal police will not get your money back .. we need to work together to trace down this crook Patrick Martino
I almost fell in this trap.

I was just scammed by this exact scam as well. The persons name was Simon Noon. Also found him via comments on YouTube on a video. Contacted him via Telegram, and he strung me along. He was using Cryptonextplc.com. Same front page that Iron Chain Capital used. Using same platform, just different domain.
I had seen a comment on a YouTube video of this day trader getting a lot of credit for his private day trading, making people a ton of money. Lots of replies to the comment (I’m sure they were all ‘bots’ now). They listed his contact info for Telegram. I reached out to him. His name was Simon Noon (I’m sure that’s a front, so fake name) who was a private investor. He got me to sign up and transfer BTC to a website called Cryptonextplc.com. A trading platform he uses. After doing a bunch of digging, figured out this site was actually ran by a company called Ironchain-Capital. By this time it was too late. When you try and withdraw funds, they require more money (withdrawal fee and tax payable fee). They took me for $10,000 from the Bitcoin I deposited to fund the account to ‘trade’ from this guys signals. All a huge orchestrated scam. I have a copy of our communication via Telegram and the wallet address he had me send money to.
I did file a report with the FTC about it all. However, I would be interested in doing a class action lawsuit. Let me know if anyone has anything started!
go to sitejabber log a new complaint at their new site Cryptonextplc get it out there it costs them each time to close down and re new a new website. make it hard for these bastards.
Hey All. I spoke with the FBI. They have a site setup for internet crypto scams to file a complaint. The Agent said to inform everyone to go to http://www.ic3.com and file a complaint on what happened with Iron Chain Capital, or now Crypto Next PLC (they changed domains, same website platform). I did file a complaint in ic3. We get enough complaints, the FBI will file on them. Go do it!!
Thanks Josh.. i will see if i can lodge a complain i dont live in the US so not sure if i can do that
