Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Crypto Street FX is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. Tried to get my money at out and they wanted me to pay them more money. Lol… like what!!! I feel for it once not doing it again.
I found them on an ad on TikTok fill out the form in less than an hour I got a call and I spoke to somebody by the name Luc, then he transferred me to according young make a long story short we shared screens and Wednesday seen that I had available funds in my checking account they did not rest until he manipulated me into investing 34,000 Canadian in my account was doing good I asked for a withdrawal they asked for 3500 payment to be able to withdraw funds and then justin said that gordon had screwed up and he needed another 4000 I took the chance because I needed to get some money back and until now I have gotten nothing it’s a total scam stay away from cryptostreetfx
I got caught also, they stole $9K from me and did exactly like they did to Manny. I’m trying to do a recovery with a UK firm but not sure if this will go anywhere… how do we shut these guys down?
And the problem now is they’re doing the same thing advertising on TikTok under different advertising names do not fall for these scammers to get your hard earned working money
This outfit also convinced me to invest more money after my initial deposit. They got 3k out of me and tried to get me to invest more but I didn’t and once they realized I wouldn’t give them any more money they just stopped communicating all together and now I’m just sending emails to withdraw my funds but there has been no response. These guys just stole my money. Their site is bogus also cause my equity is lower than my balance plus profit which is not possible and it gets lower every day. I’m sure soon all the money will be gone according to their site. It’s gone already I’m afraid. Lesson learned. Don’t trust these no regulated brokers.

cryptostreetfx is a SCAM i signed up with bitcoin era jan 19 2022 a hour later i was contacted by cryptostreetfx i sent all my id as requested they set up shakepay account and off we went at first i lost around 9 thousand dollars and than here comes gordon young and james peterson with the promise of making me lots of money i ended up giving gordon another 17 thousand dollars total of 26 thousand dollars and low and behold i started making money i had over 100 thousand dollars in the account at this point i was trusting the both of them here is where the scam begins gordon stops the trades and opens trades that i did not want i emailed them stating to close those trades james calls and said what do you want to do i told him i would like to close all trades and cash out he said no problem he will get gordon to close the trades and will have gordon to arrange for the funds to be sent to my shakepay account james calls back and said the fees to close the account will be 3 thousand dollars i said ok and sent him the money the next day gordon calls back and said james made a mistake he needed another 3 thousand dollars and will close all trades again i sent the money now i am into it for 32 thousand dollars but gordon does not close the trades i sent emails the next day two both of them to close all trades they did not respond so i decided to closed all trades and i got a call from james saying gordon needs to talk to me gordon said because i closed all trades the swaps have to be paid he needed another 3 thousand dollars i was angry at this point and voiced my concerns i sent it now i have 35 thousand dollars invested they both said this is the only way i will get the 100 thousand in my shakepay account i was promised the money will be in my account in a couple of hours this was on april 22 come april 25 i sent emails to the both of them telling them there is no money in my shakepay account they would not respond and they blocked my phone number i sent them and support a nasty email gordon calls back on april 26 and said the money has to go through fintrack and it takes three to 5 business days today may 2 2022 its been 6 business days i sent several emails to both of them today they will not respond to my emails and again they have blocked me from all the phone numbers i hope anyone reading this will learn from my mistakes and do not invest any money with cryptosteetfx and do not trust gordon young and james peterson as they are truly worthless people and there day will come
Yes Agreed I was scrolling through fb and seen the Elon Musk advertisement so I figured Id try it. So I filled it out and was going to explore options. Talked to Michael Date and a Gordon Young same promises as everyone else saying they are affiliated
with Elons site so they proclaimed. Yes they tried to get me to invest $2500 to 20k though I stuck to the $250 to start the gave me a bonus of $250 to make $500. This was on March 25th/ 2022 kept calling every day promising high returms telling me to withdraw $530 now but I didnt its still there right there I told them I wanted to cancel and these guys laughed and said you cant cancel anything and hung up the phone. Kept calling so I avoided there calls and started researching them to find out more about them and finding that they have scammed lots of people. So we all need to throw in a complaint to stop them from brainwashing people.
we have an amount on their web page and tried the refund email etc with following procedures and yet nothing??? has anyone successfully been able to retrieve any type of funds back from this company?
They are a complete scam, DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM!!! I lost a large amount and cannot recover it, they cut me off and ignored my calls and emails…they are on the run scamming people daily. DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM.
