Read our Infinity Capital G review carefully to see why we do NOT recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is an infinitycapitalg.com review.
Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Infinity Capital G is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
| Regulatory Body | Status |
|---|---|
| FCA (UK) | No record of authorization |
| ASIC (AU) | No record |
| CySEC (EU) | No record |
| SEC / CFTC (US) | No record |
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.
What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.
Make sure you leave reviews about Infinity Capital G in other sites
Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. If you fallen victim please leave a review and a comment on this site at the comment section. Also, when these people change their website they tend to call the old clients, so if they call you from a new website please write it down on the comment or let us know it by contacting us. That would be really appreciated by us and families all over world. Also if you get phone calls from other companies please put the name of these companies also in the comment or send it to us. We will expose them too.

I believe that the Infinity Capital G is a scam after depositing money through an interac e transfer, to Bit Buy.ca. The money was $10,00 CDN and was used to perform some precious metal trades as a practice before setting up to buy cryptocurrencies on a leveraged account. I was pressured into sending more $$ before that part of the trading commenced. At that point , I realized that it was probably going ‘bad’ and decided to close off the account and withdraw the funds. So, far after a week, the funds are still in limbo and no responses to my emails
its a f*** scam
A family member of mine has had a similar episode as Dennis Cotter and Infinity Capiatl G. He responded to a pop-up re. cryptocurrencies, a flurry of email messages commenced to arrange time for an incoming call (they have no phone #) ‘Peter’ sounded like an honest guy, and to my amazement an account opened with a scammer who claims to be in the UK (I believe Kiev) and money was transferred through a friggin’ BitBuy.ca account. But it gets worse. The family member is not very tech savvy (he is 87) and provided ‘Peter’ with access to his bank account so that the scammer could conduct the transfer. Your first thought would be, ‘how could anyone be so naïve?’ I begged the victim to retrieve his invested capital of ~$15k (apparently he has made tens of thousands) to which he assured me he would. When he made the call, he was convinced to send more. With nobody in the victims family having Financial POA on his affairs, the police, the RCMP, the banks etc will do nothing. Everyone is now waiting for the next shoe to drop once the reality of identity theft and further financial losses are realized. No money has been returned as of this day.

I have also been scammed by infinitycapitalg.com. They are liars and manipulative and urge you not to invest with them. I continue to ask for a withdrawal to which I had been promised by many of there so called ‘financial advisers’ and when things get heated they just put me onto another one of there scammers who all claim to be from, out of England and none of them use their real names. I am an unemployed single father of three young children from Canada and got manipulated into ‘investing’ $1500. American. I am however grateful that I was wise enough to not invest any more after trying to get some back just to see if I could. I continue to try to contact and email them and will not let up. I will do whatever it takes to put this out there so that nobody else gets scammed by infinitycapitalg.com. Its very sad especially through the uncertainty and struggles that we are all going through as a result of covid and the times. I wish you all well and hope that those of you who have suffered the same fate as I have or maybe even worse, do not let up on pressure and putting it out there anywhere and anyway possible to ensure that people know that they are a scam!!!
Hi,
I made a transaction of 3000$ CAD yesterday and I read this today! I am very afraid of losing my money. They don’t have it yet because my account is not finalized, but my Visa has been charged. Visa told me that i have to deal with them for a reimbursement. So the money is in the air! To recover this money back I have to complete the account process. The rep told me that will give my money back as soon as the process is complete.
What do I do?
I’m currently investing with Infinity capital G, hopefully you have received your money back, please let me know if this is legit or a scam?
Werner Frohns
Dear Sirs and Madames,
my trading account has the number 9189 and after a test phase I would like to close this account with immediate effect. I had already discussed this with your financial advisor, Mr. Martin Adler, who promised me to take care of paying out my account. Unfortunately, I was served very poorly, because unfortunately Mr. Adler did nothing for my request, although I pointed this out to him several times by email. So I hope that the payout will be made as soon as possible.
Maybe I will come back to Infinity Capital at a later date, but then I would no longer like to be served as a financial advisor by Mr. Martin Adler.
With best regards
Werner Frohns
Achtung!
Darunter prangt an 2.
No still waiting. They always saying : We transfer your request to the finance dept”. When it’s time to collect the money they are harassing you with phone calls. Since June 11th I am waiting for a call from this F*** department. Do not invest a penny there Shay or if you can only invest what you can afford to lose!
Hi Jean-Francois Guignard,
Too late I’ve invested, omgoosh im very worried, please keep me informed to anyway you have received your money back as I have a feeling I may have the same problem soon.
Hi Shay, I will. I hope not.
JF
Total Scam!!! You will most likely loose all you invest. The Brokers will try to make you invest more and more, and you will have to almost fight with them to try to withdraw everything YOU invested. I lost some money and even though at first it seamed great, like buisness is buisness they will not try to make sure you will make money so they might even give you bonuses when you invest more. But beware, they will not help you out to close positions at the right time… So been there done that avoid Infinity Capital G at all !!!
Infinity Capital G online trading platform allows you to deposit funds and invest BUT: you will never be able to withdraw funds back out. The account Manager will show you a few steps on how to start the withdrawal process. All this does is empty your account balance! Then they say there is no funds there!
Please do NOT get involved with Infinity Capital g . They scammed me for over $60,000 Canadian. I am now in contact with authorities in London ,England and will pursue them till the sun stops coming up. They took full advantage of this poor 73 year old idiot, you would think I would learn !
“Infinity Capital G” is a scam. They have been calling me various times per day. They are not exactly very bright, and it was obvious within a few seconds of the first call that it was a scam. They get really offended and irate when I call them scammers during their numerous calls. Don’t give these losers any of your money or contact information.
yes definitely professional scam artists. Got involved on Sept 23/21. invested the minimum $250 USD, through my Visa. Did some trades every morning till Sept 29. My account was now worth $595… supposedly. I emailed them at least twice in the last week, no response yet! I was initially transferred to them when I was researching a site called Bitcoin System. Once they received my email, is when Infinity Capital G started to call.
I was just like you and fell for their promises. I deposited the minimum they ask for $250usd. Later I heard more about it being a scam. I used that $250usd and allowed them to turn it into $1500usd. I made up an excuse saying that I need the money. I got my profit and allowed them to keep my initial $250usd. Now that they know that I know they are a scam, they stole my remaining money. I was lucky to make a profit from them, but I would suggest to you all not to believe their lies. Hopefully this helps someone and you don’t lose your hard earned money.
Yes, SCAM is all I can say. Looks like I fell for their quick call and signup.
These guys are the top of the scum of the Earth. I was led to a site MTradingCollage to deposit my initial funds and was told that this was all complimentary education that waa sis included with their company.
I gave away $318 CAD requested a refund, well you know the rest of the story.
