Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Alps Markets is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. Make sure you leave reviews about Alps Markets in other sites
Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. AlpsMarkets is likely scam. Here is my story. I registered, but did not give any other details aside from name or email address. Immediately I wanted my account closed but on line it does not allow you to do it. The guy with Ukranian or perhaps Russian accent called me two times nagging to invest money, but I never did. When I asked him how to close my account, he said, I can do it on line, but never gave any details on how o do it and hang up. The phone numbers he called from are not recognised.

The alpsmarkets.com domain is the address where organized crime of mass online fraud is carried out. Apply through various ads that contain fake photos and earnings statements of various celebrities. Immediately after registration, they call you and are kindly ready to help you with the cryptocurrency deal. As soon as they receive a deposit from you, they stop cooperating. They do not answer calls and emails.
It’s all one scam!

I received a phone call from someone at Alps Market replying to an online trading inquiry.
If I put a minimum of $250 in, they will match it.
I thought it only $250 but then it was $250 USD.
I few weeks later I had heard nothing so I put in a request to withdraw my money, i received a call the next day asking why I want to withdraw my funds as I am making a good profit so far.
I said that I can’t see any active trading on my account so I might as well get money back. The next day I received another call telling to purchase a robot to do autotrading which would increase my returns substantially, I told them that I’m not paying $1000 for a $250 investment. 2 days later someone from Alps Market called to go through the refund process and unknowing to me at the time he took $3800 from bank account.
Weeks later another person called me and said that he was going to help me with my refund of my initial $250 + $3800 that was taken from my bank account and he said Ok let’s login to your account and we will perform the transfer straight away, we’ll he took a further $1800 from my account whilst he was in my account.
These people should not be allowed to get away with this and no repercussions but you better be more careful next time.

Yes Phil I did the same thing 11th April regard deposit $250 US, saw the Alps acount go from 250 to 400 the next day, ask about what stock was purchased they send a robot is trading for me, two day later it went to 550, They would call me daily asking me to deposit more and trying to get me to open and give them access to my phone. When I refused and ask for a refund they hung up.
I have also tried to contact Alpsmarketing but all emails bounce back.
Before asking for a refund I spoke to my bank and waiting to see if they can return the funds ($349.99)
I invested $ 250, after which a robot would work for me and make deals for me. I started earning round sums as a profit ($ 150, $ 200) and so on until the total amount reached $ 800. At that moment, a representative contacted me to let me know that I needed to buy a $ 1,000 robot to sell for me. That meant investing another $ 200. If I don’t, I can’t withdraw my money because I have to accumulate $ 10,000. I receive this as information over the phone but it is not mentioned anywhere on their website. AlpsMarkets is LIE. It’s a scam. they just made almost 250$ disappear. After many calls from them, where they tried to make me invest more, i decided to buy some crypto and see what happens. Even if the price of the crypto did not change very much, i logged on today and more than half of my money disappeared. I got a message on my email from someone name Sarah Harris one of Television presenter for Australian channel 10 talking about deposit only $250 US with Bitcoin profit which use auto trade platform, in the email there are many people gave their testimonials about how easy to make profit every day and week. There was a link on the email, when pressed it took me to website ALPSMARKETS and ask you to register with them after then ask you to deposit $250US and soon somebody ring you and welcome you. Talked to me about how to invest with their company ALPSMARKETS and to make profit easily, ask me to create an account and the type of the account based on how much money need to invest. David told me to start with bronze account which need to deposit $1000UD. Which I did do it by investing $1000US by credit card. They did the transaction through company called Moonpay. It took a while to do the transaction. And I noticed next day the transaction went through. ALPSMARKETS sent me an email to tell me they received $880. I sent an email to David ask him I deposited $1000US but your company said they received $880. David rang me after few days and told me the exchange rate and fees does make the amount like this. 210508362695) I saw I have the bronze account with amount of $1560UD. I was watching the trade platform but I couldn’t see movement in the trading no up or down. I emailed David again and asked him why my account no trading movement in it and he said it takes time for auto robot to recognise the account and look how to make the investment more profitable. I noticed they refresh my account page on their platform from their side. I noticed my balance is $1803UD. I monitor my investment by going to their website ALPSMARKETS. I saw there is no trading movement. After that I read on google reviews about scammers trading companies one of them ALPSMarkets, which they had very bad experience with them ( not allowed them to withdrawal money from their fund and they think this comb is scammers. After then I asked to withdrawal some money from my fund. But refused because my account wasn’t verified and need to upload some documents like ID card or passport, utility bill to show my name and address and credit card said they you welcome to hide the front 12 digits. I did send all these documents. And tried again to withdrawal but the message showed my account wasn’t verified. I rang them on this number showed on their website ( +74993715371) and I talked to the receptionist and explained to her the situation and she told she doesn’t know much about these issues and she will email the verification department about my account and she told me that she will ask my account manager David Brown to call me.when I made the call I noticed the number located in Russia and when asked the receptionist about that she said no and in UK and she hanged the phone. I rang again and talked to the receptionist and asked her that my account why not verified to allow me to withdrawal she hadn’t any answer. She will ask David to call me and asked when you want to David to call you I said now if possible. After finished my talk to the receptionist. David Brown called me and I told him about the problem and he said because there is a lot of customers need to verify their account and let me to do something and asked me to allow him to get into my computer or mobile by using team viewer quick support to allow him to get into my mobile screen(window) and he tried but said there is a security in my mobile stopped him to access my mobile. And I asked again why my balance still same and no trading movement. And told me just refresh your page where is my account on ALPSMarkets and see your balance now $1253US. Look like they put the balance from their side. And when asked him for withdrawal $500US he said I need from you preauthorisation and we can transfer money directly to your bank account because you trade with Bitcoin and we need to use exchange company ( Moonpay ) to exchange the Bitcoin into money and then we will send the money to your account but you need to do payment to Moonpay small amount he didn’t mention how much and he mentioned by email this the amount will be returned in 6 hours to my account. When he couldn’t get into my mobile screen he hanged the phone and I refused his suggestion of putting more money. I sent home email telling him you want me to put more money is that stealing, you are not genuine trade market, I will put complaint to authorities.
He didn’t reply to my email.

I I wish read all this review before I get scammed by AlpsMarket Same old story use some celebrities trooper Bob app then convincing phone call,
My account Reached $6400USD but I can’t withdraw it or even the $250 usd that the Mede me to deposit.
And the funny thing is I tried to call my bank to stop the transaction While the payment still pending but the bank doesn’t help , 😡
It is a SCAM! They take your money and even if you make money on the website they just ask more investments to pay you out! And than of course you’ll never see your money!

Scam.
I did a deposit of 200€ and I saw that became 5400$.
I asked for a withdrawal and they said they needed to install Anydesk in my computer to do it for me.
I took an old computer with nothing in it and install Anydesk to see what they would do.
Besides I opened one account in a free bank to do the transactions because I didn’t trust them.
They made me create an account on Binance to withdraw my money.
When they use my computer via Anydesk to open my account they saw that my balance was 0,00. They asked if I was a new account and I said yes. When they realize that they couldn’t get any money from that account they said that was impossible to continue the withdrawal and said they will call me again another day.
I lost 200€ but they will not get anything else.
