Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So IQCent is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.
What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. Make sure you leave reviews about IQCent in other sites
Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. If you fallen victim please leave a review and a comment on this site at the comment section. Also, when these people change their website they tend to call the old clients, so if they call you from a new website please write it down on the comment or let us know it by contacting us. That would be really appreciated by us and families all over world.

I’ve deposited $4,791.97 to IQCent and my balance dropped to $4,153.15. Was warned about IQCent in January but for some reason I kept using it. Now I’m trying to withdraw my $4,500 balance and I’m having a hard time getting the funds. Been trying since Thursday and “the account manager” is making all kinds of excuses ranging from “In current market situation I would suggest continue trading. This week will be released very important economical data” to “Please be advised, we do process withdrawals from Monday to Friday From 9AM to 3PM GMT time”. Do not deposit in IQCent ever. Save yourself the trouble. Matter fact, any offshore brokers shouldn’t be deposited into. Use US brokers as there are certain regulations in place that can reimburse a loss of funds.

I had an account with this company and I have identification but didn’t feel comfortable with uploading it to their site so, I did not just to see what the rep would do and she took the money from the account deleted the account number good thing I had taken a picture of the account prior to writing them. This is wild. I’m glad I didn’t my idea. There’s no telling what they’d do with it.

IQ Cent is definitely full of it! They kick you out when there are too many traders on the site. Then you cant log back in. How can I make 3 times my deposit amount if I’m constantly being kicked out! Its so frustrating. There are glitches in the site and sometimes bid don’t take place at the time you select could be lower than where you clicked. I haven’t even received a response back about canceling my account. They are just not the best choice.

IQ CENT is a scam, please dont use their platform at any cost. I made $10k from $1500 investment in 2 months. I made couple of small withdrawals worth $350,$450,$450 which were processed after so much headache. Then this broker disabled 1 and 2 minute options from my time. I clicked the entry and always get a different one, I have screenshots which i provided them and they said they have checked and they are right. Yes IQ cent 100 % scam the key is no matter how much you deposit if you try to withdraw any amount aver it they will close your account in that way they don’t lose money. I started with a little bit over 250 and now that I have 500k they close my account and all my money that I won is stuck with them. I would like to know if there is a way to get my money out. I am trying to get the right person to help me out as long I find I will let the world to know. I can say in first person IQ cent is a huge scam. Let me start by saying this. Few days ago, I opened an account with them and started trading. The platform is easily to understand and do trading, but suddenly I discovery that they are scam. I have few friends and I talked about this site, and they all have been experiencing issues with this site. My account as soon it reached 500k I tried to withdrawal 20 dollars and i do not have any problem. After all my friends agree that IQ cent was scam, I was trying to prove all of them that they were wrong. I initiated my second withdrawal, and they verified my identity which I said to my friends that I was happy for that because it makes me feel more secure. Pain started when I tried my 3rd withdrawal, I only asked 300 dollars out of my 500k, then they sent me an email where it said that my account was closed due to suspicious activity. I reply asking what the activity or any thing was that lead them to close my account. Nothing came back. They sent another email telling me to provide an address to send me the money. After 3 days they sent 70 more dollars. I was trying to contact them and no answers. it is simple when you open an account with them, and you try to withdraw any amount bigger than your initial deposit no matter what they will take the decision of suspend your account because they will have to give you money out of their pockets. They do not want that they only want to use you to do trade if any way you lose or win, they always win, and you cannot take your hard-earned dollars out. Now I am one more like my friends i can said IQ Cent ” Big Scam”. Hopefully in a near future somebody can regulated this scam and put all this people in jail. Or a real attorney from that country that find the way to be able to recover some money for people like me that victim of this big fraud. Hopefully sooner than latter USA banner this company if we can call company to avoid US citizen lose money outside the country.

IQ Cent is Definately a scam, I had deposited money and i did the Bonus, I ended up building my account to over 3 times the amount needed to withdrawl. I had requested 5 Grand and was instantly contacted by Stacy O. a Russian (Success Manager) As soon as she contacted me, Shit got fishy… The day after I talked to stacy on the phone, My account was Completely Deleted. And all my money is gone. I was told my account has been deleted for suspicious Activity and I will receive only my deposit back? This has got to be the worst trading Platform out there. Very Unprofessional. The one time I actually needed money the most, This company has screwed me along with my familys money. I will provide a short history of my bitcoin forex trading dilemma.
1. 3/2021 – Opened acct with company capitaltron.com/siwirexbitsoption.com. Websites no longer active.
2. Late April 2021 siwirexbitsoption.com website changed to siwirexprofxoptions.com due to improved security according to the broker.
3. Late January 2022 siwirexprofxoptions.com website changed to iqcentmarket.com.
I don’t know if the iqcent.com and iqcentmarket.com websites are related but they look very similar. The broker will not let me withdraw from my acct because she claims I need to pay withdrawal fees. Fees that were already paid. Now they are threatening to report me to the IRS and FBI. These are truly scam artists! Do not invest in the iqcentmarket.com website. I will be updating my complaints to the SEC, FTC, and FBI with the new website.

My account was funded through commissions from onboarding new clients to them. I’m a profitable trader and so I was able to make profits with very few losses. Long story short…when I attempted to withdraw my profits they denied my withdrawal saying that the volume was not enough. I grew my account to $3.6MM. Yes, $3,600,000. I have only received $1285 in withdrawals. I have been unable to get any more money out of IQcent since May 2022. I know they will never pay me my profit, I just want another $6415 so that I at least get my original deposit back. Stacy, Joseph, Pablo, and their “colleagues” are all crooks. Stay away from IQcent!

If you dont care for a few bucks loss to expose these scammers — lock in their promo to a max on their “personal manager” chats. they call you personally within the hour or two of you signing up from a whats obviously an international scammer’s google-voice add-on service.
My Advise: Dont engage via phone, just briefly message in a few words that your excited to get started and that you’d be motivated to trade their industry-best 95% OTC markets and that any special deals would lock them in. wait about two days without responses till they give either the 150% promo or better the 200%. once the give you the code.. $50 bucks is all you’d need to lose to capture some KEY EVIDENCE, SCREEN-RECORD ALL TRADES
For actual profitability DO NOT TRADE OTC.. stick to the forex charts they connect via tradingView’s api. What I personally witnnessed will blow your mind — completely violates all fundamental market behaviors and most importantly provides an OBVIOUS indication of how many people actually trade their OTC assets. not many!
if you got your account built up from a $125 (50deposit + 75bonus) to a $2900 like I had and start to take test your luck with OTC.. initially you’ll do well till your trade sizes gets to a 100-250… then you’ll start to question if your having bad luck OR if there is actually somebody manipulating the markets personally against you…. there is absolutely NO explanation to any chart behavior that turns against the option that was well over 840 points ITM (in the money) for 19m & 59s and of the 20m tradetime to suddenly spike the LAST second to put the option OTM (out the money) by 002 points. I witnessed this twice, along wi other ridiculous discrepencies and I have the screenshots to prove it!
I would upload the screenshots for everyone to look at and make the decision themselves… but this commenttery does not have an attachment feature. I mean it wont even take someone who knows much about trading to spot the obvious candlestick that sticks out like a damn tsunami alert that hip Japan’s Seismegraphs back in 2004. and this was mid-market peak hours when trading patterns should be consistent.
last but definetely most important — IqCent is just ONE subsidiary of a MUCH LARGER SCAM OP that operates out of Mauritious or Seychelles.. beautiful islands under the Indian subcontinental province for a set of billionaires to set their retirement camps with little to no regulation, their headquarters might even be just a PO box. who know… THESE SET OF BROKERS ALL OPERATE THE SAME and under the SAME SCAM OP:

2) RaceOption
DO NOT GIVE IN TO ANY MARKETING AND SEEMINGLY DECENT RATINGS THEY CLAIM — THEY ARE FUNDED BY THE TOP1% so their UX/UI (interface) and customer attraction on first impressions is strategically designed to hook and pry on the newbie’s naivete we can only feel sorry for.
