After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.

How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. We are having really bad experience with Genesis 11.
All seems great until you try and withdraw any money, all contact numbers are dead apart from one and that just keeps you on hold indefinitely,and the previously very helpful contact will not respond 🤷♀️
Decided to go down fraud route
Genesis11 are nothing but fraudsters , they have taken my money and despite my account showing a £6,500 ( gbp) profit they refused to transfer anything !! Do NOT. Trust a word they say , I have reported them to Action Fraud and I am in the process of reporting them to Interpol…. Once again …… DO NOT TRUST THEM !’
Very very distrusting company there is 20 odd of us in a group and it totals more than £750k we are in the process to get our money back

Completely scam,
I try to communicate with the support people and the account holder no one replies. Then I request withdrawal, the request is still open for more than two weeks. She was calling me every week but now she is lost. Her name is Alice Costas.
GENESIS11 stole £11,000 of my money and £10,000 from my friend who l introduced to Genesis11.
They are complete SCAM! The minute you ask for your money, the aggression starts and then they block you on WhatsApp.
They use English names, l doubt they are using their through identity. Alice Costas sent me an email when others could no longer steal more money from me.
The person that stole my £11,000 go by the name ALEX NEUER. There are others like RYAN MULLER and RONNIE.
This is an organised crime and they lack conscience.
They leave their individual homes everyday to steal and scam unsuspecting individuals of their hard earned money.
Please try and go to TRUST PILOT and leave reviews about these scums!

Do not engage with any financial dealings with this company called Genesis 11 who are totally fraudulent deceptive con-artists.
I started this false investment jorning on 18th March 2021 I invested £2000.00 Eventually was passed to a senior experienced conman named Ronnie Miles (might be a false name, but definately from the USA. approximately 45 years boasting he became a millionair by trading with this company. Let me re-phrase that by by stealing and deceiving honest individuals life savings. I hope he can sleep at night for what he has done. However Carma will get him in the end? This company Genesis 11 does what it says on the tin. Confusion! and use all the tricks in the book to make you invest more funds or even borrow to get a deal done, always wants to login Anydesk to share personal information because of his greed. This company has numerious false testimonials forums purchased shown on Trustpilot to make you believe total folly. This company will not get away with it. I will continue to press until justice comes to the individuals who are guilty of Fraud, Theft, Misrepresentation and other measures to gain riches. I will be contacting both FSA and any other regulative authorities. Their false misleading persistent business practices persuations. Only with the intention to decieve. Dormant accounts filed at companies house, who are not FSA registered. Genesis has vast experience conning vunable hard working individuals. Who may be suffering with stress and mental health problems. It is impossible to make a withdrawal, the account is not yours its theres, so they control and engineer the figures whenever they wish on the false trading platform. Because they target specific individuals with no or little experience in this field. To find out eventually we have been conned out of thousands of pounds. I have been scammed out of £52198.00 in total from March to July 2021 of hard earned income and savings. I can continue with my bad experience but would need to take up the whole review forum. In summary my account was worth £348k in June, all of a sudden vanished into thin air, into a negative trading position. My thoughts go to those people like me, who have invested a large sums of money only to find out, it would be easier to burn or throw away. I will continue to fight my cause put these people to shame who eventually will hopefully be prosecuted and sent to prison. There are many other unregulated brokers like this? make sure you carry out due diliguence before departing with your money to invest in shadows that dont exist. genesis11. seriously don’t invest im chasing some funds i lost with them, im also pretty sure they are impersonating other companies claiming genesis has been shut down and can refund my money but need me to share screen to verify. No chance, once bitten twice shy i did some research on individuals and they dont work for blockchain or cyber crime or whoever they proclaim. Am now going through action fraud to track em down fortunately i saved screenshotted and hold whatsapp conversations etc. They caught me at a difficult time i am normally quite switched on but they are good at what they do. But be sure they will get caught.
