Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So TRS Markets is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. Make sure you leave reviews about TRS Markets in other sites

Erst war alles in Ordnung die 7000USD sollten auf mein Konto bei Bitwala überwiesen werden. Nun Kommen nur Ausflüchte ( Die Transaktion wurde durch Blockchain geblockt, er müsse es erst freischalten lassen. Nun kommen weitere Ausflüchte.

TRSMARKETS is a ghost company that only fools and promises to steal as much money from you as possible.
I opted for the solution to report them to my bank to block the money paid to them.
I had many conversations on WhatsApp with them in which they admitted that they will not return the money and that they are lost. They always insist on telling you why you don’t want to get rich, it’s just a matter of marketing and subliminal influence to make you change your mind.
The result is only one: you will not only lose the starting money but you will lose much more.
Ask the banks to refuse payment and return your money.
TRS Markets started to be difficult when I had too many questions to answer. After a few months, they approached me with ” good news” that they successfully achieved 0.33 Bitcoin on my account which they blocked ( without contacting me) as supposed to close the tax year and proposed to withdraw this Bitcoins value, about $11000 through Binance.com asking to send the same amount on this web page as reservation , covering themselves with Money Laundering Act. Why do I have to send the same amount of money first to get back then $22000. Can someone explain? For me it is a scam.

TRS Markets is a SCAM! Never send them any money. If you want to withdraw, they will just delay. They also tell you that you need to install anydesk on your computer in order to send you your withdrawal. This is an excuse to connect to your computer remotely and have access to any passwords, accounts or other information stored on your computer. This company is not regulated and needs to be shut down.

I signed up at trsmarkets and transferred 250 euros which allegedly traded cryptocurrency for me and made a profit with bonus and profit

It was quite stupid to not check it upp more carefully when i did this but for some time I have toght about buying the new Chinese cryptocurrency that was underway. I went into a as it looked serious website and when I was going to pay I was transferred to another side called TRS markets. After the payment I got a call by a person that said that they did not sell currencies only trade with them he wanted me to trade and according to him it were very profitable and to instruct me how it worked he wanted to install an app on my computer to be able to show me all the features on their part, I became suspicious so refused to agree to this. They also wanted a lot of other information about my credit card and pictures of my ID etc. which I did not send either. Have since that tried to withdraw my money from the account without success, have gradually become more and more convinced that it was all a scam.
100% scam, they take your money and say you need to send them BTC to recieve back 2x your withdrawl, its a scam people
They are a scam scammed me of over £20 000. Do not engage with them they pretend to be trading for you and making money but they are ways to get you ro give them more money. I received a message with a link to TRS markets from an old class mate, trusted that everything was fine I initially invested 1000 Euro just to see how it goes. A month later, I was very impress4d with their customer service etc, I invested much more (5 digits) and all went well for another 2 month. Than I wanted to withdraw some of the gained money and that was the time everything collapsed. I was told I had to pay extra money due to money laundering regulations, and still not received anything. Than I got contacted by someone from “blockchain” saying that the Bitcoin transfer is suspicious due to the high volume and he also died me to pay 10% of the transfer value, which I didn’t. Than finally after a month trying with TRS someone responded again, saying all will be sorted. Shortly after he blocked me in WhatsApp. Now no one responding anymore and still I have not received 1 cent…. TRS is a big scam, that’s for sure!
These people ring you, they are so polite, they keep you on the phone because you have manners and don’t want to hang up, if you eventually get fed up but are interested in trading you will give money over without checking on them. When you question them about regulations or reviews they will direct to the following website; https://finance.yahoo.com/news/trs-markets-emerging-one-top-223600018.html. This article seems completely genuine and if you are a beginner it is a minefield, and this person is explaining it, so you listen. Once you hand over any money you feel totally vulnerable because not only does this false broker have knowledge but they now also have your money, if you suspect a scam you don’t want to say because they can still convince you that reviews cannot be trusted, and they are not regulated they deal in crypto currency and Boris Johnson doesn’t allow etc etc. One major thing to note never allow them to access your computer through anydesk. They will get you to setup a crypto wallet i.e binance, coinbase luno etc. They will get you to deposit hard earned cash and they buy bitcoin and then transfer to their wallet, this way you can never get money back. Again they will use excuses like currency differences much easier to transfer money earned back to you. Now for a while a really nice false broker will keep contacting you until they realise you really have no more money to give them, they stop contacting you for a while, usually through whatsapp, at that point you naturally try to withdraw some money, eventually someone does ring and tells you to pay extra money, when you refuse they become abusive, because they realise you now know it is a scam and you will never get any money back. They will say very nasty things to you which not only can hurt peoples pockets but can cause real mental problems for vulnerable people. Something really has to be done about these people, however if they realise time is up, they will simply start up another company and make up plenty of false reviews. I really hope this helps people not to feel guilty or ashamed, it has happened to a lot of people. I also believe luno and binance could track these people and give much more warning to people.
