Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Remaxima is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. I thought I was the only one. After my previous review in July, this is what happened to me. I have made 6 withdrawals of 16’500 4 times, 21’500, 110K USD ( I had 220’000 in my account). All of them were cancelled with various excuses. Never got a penny. I had long discussions with the Analyst, Remaxima one day informed me that Richard Brown was transferred to another department. I got a new one, Johnson Richaro (I believe they are all fake names). for one month the account was blocked, no one traded for me. After several calls Johnson convinced me that he would have delivered the last Withawal the next day. He asked me “again” my bank details. I trusted him. He convinced me to trade again. I asked him to trade not more than 4 assets at the same time, as I am not greedy and I prefer to gain money in a reasonable and safe way. Guess What, he traded 8×8 assets, after a couple of hours the market collapsed. Tried to call him, wrote many mails, Whatsapp…Nothing. In 24 hours 308’000 were GONE. Account closed. Since then a crazy vulgar, aggressive woman from the refund department, is calling me every day, saying that Johnson was fired and that to get back my original investment 65’000 euro I should give them another 50thousand Dollars. Beside that they are offering me a bonus of 50’000 to start with 100’000 USD and rebuild my account and recover the losses. But to do this I must sign a contract with Remaxima stating that 20% of the income will be delivered to Remaxima/Oldix Group for a period of 5 month. This woman, calls, shouts at me, she makes continuous and extenuate monologues…pushing and pushing… All of a sudden appears a company that works on Money Refund for Remaxima Frauds, offered to help me, seems they have many clients facing this situation, the name is moneyback.com… guess what, they ask 6% of the recovering amount in advance and 20% of the amount as a success fee. Any way, I was in a difficult situation when I joined Remaxima, now I am in total disaster. Dont know how to come out from this mess.
This is desperately sad what these people did to you, I am so sorry you became one of their victims. Please don’t give up on trying every avenue with law enforcement agencies to prosecute them and get your money back. Its the only way to stop these criminal human misfits from hurting more people like yourself.
I filled in their enquiry from (the called it Registration Form) merely to gain knowledge in case there is an Investment Opportunity and when they started to hassle me by email and phone calls I read the reviews and realised its all a scam and when I told them that I am no longer interested because I found out that they are Fraudsters, they became abusive and flagrantly threatened to hassle me by calling me repeatedly. I gave them a mouthful and informed the Police and they have not called back since.

Yes is true, is a scam. Everything is fake.
I’ll already inform the Federal Police here in Belgium and of course Europol.
They are a scam and people should be aware, they are abusive also and after speaking to certain moneyback claim companies they are the worse in the market!
1. They will ask you to invest more and more, and harass you. You will ask to withdraw and they will harass you, they can also be offensive.
2. You will not get your money back, you will have to go through the process of making charge back claims, and if you use a company they will charge you, but you will get something back which is better than nothing.
3. Don’t feel stupid, they make a living out of this, but don’t give up.
4. leave reviews where ever you can, help other people avoid this situation.
5. If you have given them money, don’t give them more thinking you will get money back!
Do not invest in this company, they will do anything to make you deposit your money. they manipulate the system. when you trade and have enough money to withdraw they open a trade and make it lose faster than ever to take all that you have in your account. they are criminals with strategies. This people will not spare anyone. Don’t give them an opportunity to take your money. if you are looking for extra income they are not at all a solution. they use different people with fake names and they disappear after emptying your trading account. MAYA TRUMP, DENIS MARK with is secretary Megan etc… .Remaxima seems real but they are fake believe me.

They really don’t care what happens after this. And they even call you back months later pretending there someone who can recover you’re money,they even know where it is,you just have to pay this a nd then, blablabla
