Trade FXX Review

Read our Trade FXX review carefully to see why we do NOT recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is a tradefxx.com review.

Who are they?

After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.

So Trade FXX is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does it work?

Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.

Withdrawing funds

You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.

If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.

How to get your money back?

If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.

The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.

What about wires?

If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.

Make sure you leave reviews about Trade FXX in other sites

  1. I have been scammed by Tradefxx, i First got a call from a Daniel Cooper who got me to start an account 200 euros then another 200 euros, he seemed to disappear and after a month or so a Tomas Stevens called me to say Daniel had been sick. Tomas coaxed me into putting more money into my account which I put £1000, and he did a lot of trades without losing any money and got my account upto over 3000 euros. So after getting my trust I mentioned I had just received I little inheritance, he said putting it on Aramco oil is guaranteed to earn me money, I fell for it and he got me to go through a crypto site then transfer the money to tradefxx, which i stupidly done. When I mentioned making a withdrawal he lost a trade losing over 500 euros but made it back with a bit extra, then I made a withdrawal request of 2000 euros, he lost over 1500 euros, I went to check my account today and the site has disappeared.

  2. I made a small deposit of 250 Euro and as soon as I heard Daniel Cooper’s voice I recognised him from a scam trading platform called Alpha Capital who stole 34,000 Euros from me. His name there was Dr Eric Robinson. Tradefxx website was identical to Alphacapital’s. I had taped calls and screenshots form Alphacapital and i challenged Tomas Stevens with this. He promised to return my 250 Euro deposit yesterday and now the emails are being returned and undelivered.

  3. Same with me I can not get in touch with them, I am gutted I gave away my dads money. Not sure if there is any chance of getting my money back as I willingly gave it to them.

  4. You could try a recovery agent but again you have to be careful as even most of them just take your cash and don’t do anything but will promise the earth. Banks don’t support claims for refunds as they claim you made a cash transfer and didn’t buy anything. This is them just protecting themselves as this activity is on the increase

  5. Tomas Stevens and his admin Amy Landon, if they are their real names have scammed me out of all my savings, thousands. I know I have been foolish but they were so convincing giving me weekly updates and sending snapshots of trades and certificates etc anyone would have thought they were real but when it comes to wanting a withdrawl of your funds you are asked to pay an up front fee, I told him when I get my money I would, this is when he gets nasty.
I ended up in talks with the bank and the police and the truth is you will never see your money again.
    Very costly lesson for me.
ANY trading must be done with an FCA approved trader.
As for Tomas Stevens, I hope one day our paths cross again.

  6. I really want to meet up with these crooks face to face one day, they are slimey arse holes and need teaching a serious lesson. The other day I had someone claiming to be from some company getting money back for people who have been scammed by Thomas and co, saying Thomas was being prosecuted and had all his assets siezed, then he wanted money of me to release the money from Thomas into my account, which he needed all my account details, obviously an associate of so called Thomas, these people are the lowest scum on earth, and deserve a harsh lesson one day

  7. Steven if you ever get to find them give me a call I will gladly help you seal up their slimy arseholes. I have been scammed by a number of traders and it makes me so angry. As soon as they open their mouths I know they are lying. This business has more scammers than legitimate companies. Even the legitimate regulated business are crap at their job. I’ve come to the late conclusion that it’s just a game to them. It’s not their money and eventually, they all let their egos and arrogance run away with them. They can’t help themselves but go for the big trades. If they were any good why do they need to work for these shit arsed platforms they could trade for themselves surely

  8. I completely agree with you, I have tried calling back on the phone numbers they use, and yes you can’t get through on them because somehow phoney phone numbers show up on your phone, EE couldn’t help trace the numbers. I can’t use the paperwork I have as it’s all useless crap, they have been at this game for a long time and know how to completely cover all their tracks, make me feel sick thinking about them. Every day I get random calls from all different so call trading companies, I’ve had arguments with loads of them, now soon as they say who they are I just tell them to Fxxk of and put the phone down.
Any how hope you don’t get suckered again, sometimes we have to suffer to learn our lesson, I have now and hopefully you have as well,.

  9. I need to find out where they operate from, if it isn’t to hard to get to, I for one will go for them, but I am guessing they are not in the UK, but in some other country sitting pretty with big grins all over there faces, I would like to get a lead as to where they are, I would gladly let you know if I find anything out.

  10. I have a MT4 account and deposited funds through FXXtrader with the broker Alex Larsen; 650k euro to be exact.this story here is the similar
as i wanted to withdraw 450k the FXXtrader people started first with a tax issue and then they claimed that i would have to pay fees of 10% upfront to be able to make a withdrawal.
despite the fact that they were sitting on my funds which according to the MT4 account reconciliation and complete transaction history had increased due to the trading of “Broker”Alex Larsen to over 1.1 Mio.They refuse to let me withdraw funds and now my MT4 account shows a zero balance. If they can manipulate that Metatrader MT4 account at their own discretion then people should be warned as i believe this FXXtrader with Amy Landon Steven Lance and Alex Larsen -if those are the real names-are a scam.
And why does MT4 not act against people that use the Platform for fraudulent activities.

  11. Where do fxxtrade get your info from,. contacted me and they want me to make a peyment now.. not tommorow… i done some resurge and they are not registered in the UK. They are unauthorised…

  12. Hi yes i have just been had too by Alex Larsen now.

I have just seen this review. I have copied and pasted it to his email. I bet i do not hear back from him.
What can we do about this if anything?

  13. There are companies out there claiming to being able to get your money back, but I am sure they are scammers also, as they know all my details ie:phone number, email etc. All these trading platforms should be vigilant and stop these bast**ds from using them. If anyone gets a lead on any of the scammers should put it on here.
