Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Capital One Markets is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. Big scam, they told me that I will make 25% of initial investment as soon as I will make deposit, but they took everything

they said everything, and do it quickly. i put some money 250e, 10 days they make a profit from 20e, later they call me and ask for more money because this is too small amount and it is not possible to trade whit it.
after i ask for withdraw they said you can pull out just a half. i got luck they give me that. shortly bad bad bad and my advice people dont put money here. rest of amount i leave for them i tlod them that they can drink something in my name
its a scam! took over 600 pounds of my money
They wanted me to pay £800 and wanted me to pay someone £2000 pound to get £7000 back the bank and other fraud agent told me not to pay as this is a scam
Haha I just put my name, phone number and email on thier registration form and opted out to read about them. A minute later an agent called me and took several minutes to explain what they do. And asked me if i can make the dposit right away, I said call me in an hour. Now am reading this.

Capital one market is scam company, dont put your money to this company. All promise are fake, once your put the money that will stuck unable to withdraw, your account will be block and disappear.
Positively surprised especially due to the previous comments! I deposited 25000 Euros via my cryptowallet and I withdrew already several times around 2000 to 5000 without any issues back to my wallet. I already received a bit more than I invested and am still making money now! There is obviously always a risk involved and sometimes it really gets close but they explained and taught me all the basics to prevent complete or high losses. I can really not complain and do recommend taking a little bit of time to get all the basics explained!
Capital one market is a organized scam. Don’t put your money in this company. I initially wanted to invest in crypto currencies after viewing an advertisement on internet about “Bitcoin Prime”. When I registered for this “Bitcoin Prime”, it is someone from Capital one market who called me…I was surprised that he took so much time trying to make me accept to make the initial deposit, using any means to get me use my Mastercard credit card. I wanted to end the call to get more time te check if it is the same company I was registered to, but he didn’t let me do that…assuring me that he is credible and saying that I can trust him…After making my initial deposit of 250USD, he ended the call and said that I will be contacted by “my financial adviser”, he gave me a “secret code” to be used to verify if it is really the “financial advisor” who calls me. A day after, the “financial adviser” called me. I was surprised that he didn’t help me so much but tried instead to make me install on my devices (laptop or phone) an application allowing him to get a remote access and control of my device. In doing this, he was helped by a lady who tried after the end of the conversation with the “financial adviser” to make me reinstall that application (I had uninstalled it after I realized that it can be dangerous for my cybersecurity) and to make me “invest” more money in a so-called “one week trial”, with a minimum of deposit of 2500USD. As I had started trading on their trading system with my initial deposit, I gained on my own almost 400USD in one week and wanted to withdraw 300USD. I was surprised again that they refused to give me my withdrawal, saying that I have to wait until the end of the first month. What made me realize that they are surely scammers, when I refused to invest the 2500USD for the “one week trial”,saying that I needed more time to make my decision about that, but the lady used any means possible to get me accept that investment immediately,
I refused to do so and they entered my account on the trading system, and modified numbers instantly to make me lose my profits, they introduced the first time a loss of 261USD, and the second time 50USD, and finally when I realized that, I stopped trading, only 122USD left in the wallet. Now, I know surely that they did this to make me lose my money and decided to contact them to close my account and withdraw the remaining 122USD. They did not respond. I lost my initial deposit and my profit. I understood that they tried to steal more money from me, but was enough cautious to refuse to deposit the 2500USD, as there was no transparent process to do so, no signed contract, only phone calls, short messages by emails…No documents…
I give this testimony to help anyone one who will be contacted by this compony, to be aware that they are an organized scam, they work in team to be able to steal as much money as possible from people, as quickly as possible.

They are very professional at what they do. I normally don’t get sucked in but I did unfortunately.
They will tell you all the time to put more money into your account and show on their FAKE PLATFORM that you are making great money. If you don’t put the money in the agent gets very aggressive.
When you want to withdraw your profits or capital there is always an excuse of why you cant
