The Wise Capital Review

Read our The wise capital review carefully to see why we do NOT recommend this broker. Just to clear doubts, this is a thewisecapital.net review. This website pretends they can teach you how to make money in the forex industry, but we would advise that you be very careful with them. They are part of a huge online scam composed of tens of similar websites targeting people all over the world. Even though they claim to be just a forex online trading academy website, we will treat them as just another forex broker.

Who are they?

After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them.

So The wise capital is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does it work?

Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.

Withdrawing funds

You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.

If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back.

How to get your money back?

If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.

The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.

What about wires?

If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.

  1. GIDDAY,YES just signed up to them. No money HANDED over until 11/11/2020.
In the meantime I will notify my bank of wisecapital to put a stop to my finances.
Thanks for this useful review but
ALL the best to you though

  2. omg I dont know how these freaks got my details but I am being STALKED by them… they wont take no for an answer and refuse to listen. They talk over the top of you and are IMPOSSIBLE to deal with.
I just want my details removed from their call register!!!!!!!!!
Told them their details have been handed to police, keep blocking their number but they call on new number

  3. Can not get rid of them. After making an enquiry and stupidly leaving my email and phone number I have been bombarded with up to 4 or phone calls a day. Delete the number and they just ring again on a new number. Not interested but they are persistent in wanting to educate me on investing etc want nothing to do with wise capital

  4. Like previous comments I have the same problem of harassment by this company daily! They call 3 to 4 times daily? PLEASE advise how to get rid of them! I’ve blocked numbers etc but they call back on a different number each time! 😱

  5. Just answered a call from Wise Capital claiming that I had submitted my details via an online form wanting to know more about Bitcoin, online investments and international investments. When I advised the caller that I did not submit my details anywhere, he got annoyed with me asking me who would’ve submitted my details. He was rude, unprofessional and abrupt. I told him this and he kept having a whinge and raising his voice. I told him politely to remove my details from their mailing, email, and call list and if I hear from him again, I will be contacting consumer affairs. Again, more whinging. In the end, he wasn’t listening to me even though I was calm and polite. Until the end, I told him to f*ck off and told him he was a d*ckhead, hung up and blocked the number. Mannn it’s nearly Xmas, too busy for this scammer bullsh*t. Wishing them a sh*tty Christmas from the bottom of my heart.

  7. I had the same problem got harrased by Wise Capital Scammer so I downloaded an app call “call control” . Normally Wise capital uses robo calls so in “call control” app go to “call blocking settings” then select option “Spoofed Similar Number” then enter number so I was getting all calls starts from 02 88 so entered 02 8800 0000 which will turn out Block similar to 028800 XXXX. So if part before X matches the number will be blocked regardless of which digits falls into x’s part. So normally no one uses number starts with 0288 in Sydney instead they use 0292 or 0298 if I am not wrong so I had no problem blocking that series. This app is free.

  8. OMG I get calls from them daily 3 times. Every time they call from different numbers.

  9. I have also been stalked. I never signed up but as a joke, a now ex friend filled in my details. They have been relentless, sometimes upto 10 calls in a day (over 18 months now and I won’t change my number, I am terminally ill and might miss a life/death call from the Hospital who also lose records and if you change your number, they have an excuse), because after 6 months, I berated these bloody Indians on the phone in an attempt to shed them from my life. That did not work, so I tracked down the owner of wise capital and rang him, it only got worse. He is a prat, a churl and his Indian minions the pox on society. Make no mistake, Chuck, Peter, Paul, Mary, Alexander, Robin and Mercedes are all Mohammed and they have perfected imitating our western voices like parrots or monkey see monkey do. No one mistake this Pox on the world has replaced Nigerian Princes and Nigerian Bank Managers/Lottery Agents/ Executors of Wills. Wise Capital no longer exists. They have changed their name 3 times in 12 months on the same ASIC limited company entry. They are all the same snake oil pedlars, same owner the churl, the prat and his assistant saying “just hang up” but like me, he wanted to play, then he shit his pants and blocks me? They use VoIP and generate a different phone number for every call, so you can’t block them. I will get them; they are in Australia (NSW) and I am on my way.
