Read our SuperFive review carefully to see why we do NOT recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is a super-five.com review.
Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So SuperFive is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
| Regulatory Body | Status |
|---|---|
| FCA (UK) | No record of authorization |
| ASIC (AU) | No record |
| CySEC (EU) | No record |
| SEC / CFTC (US) | No record |
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.
What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.
Make sure you leave reviews about SuperFive in other sites

AGREE, Super5 put me into a Buy dsal without a Stop-loss and we were going away, out of contact for 3 days.
Whe I got back I find that the US$60 000 that was in rhat account was now about $600!
NO matter how I tried, vja Kraken, a legit Bitcoin intermediary and my Bank, CBA , it was gone and the only suggestion was to report it to ATISIC or APRA.

Super-five.com: Do not use them if you want to keep your money!
They constantly use persistent and aggressive tactics to get you to invest more and more money at every opportunity they can in order to get you to move up from standard account to silver, gold, platinum and VIP, saying each level reduces your trade commissions and swaps etc. and to get you more experienced analysts to help you trade with your account etc.
They have several ways in doing this, one is with what they call their reserve Bitcoin bonus fund, this is bitcoins that they have bought previously say at $20,000 its now worth $24,000 so if you deposit $20,000 they will then credit you with the difference $4,000, they may even offer you 2 or 3 bonuses like this. The second way is similar but by way of a credit which shows up as a bonus on your account say the $20,000 and then the difference $4,000 credited to your account. BEWARE of this trick as this will lock your account and stop you withdrawing any monies out your account until you have made a trading Volume of $18 Million open positions for every $1,000 credit (work that one out for yourself).
They tell you that they will risk manage your account by not exposing more than 10-15% of your account capital at any one time. Not so, when your account manager and his annalist recommend trades and they go the wrong way, and your P/L goes into a big negative they will try get you to open more trades saying this is what we need to do to counteract the losses or again try to get you to deposit more funds into your account.
I eventually ended up with 8 sells (shorts) and 1 buy all being bad recommendations from my account manager in a buoyant market at the time and eventually lost all. I was then handed over to another account manager in recovery’s and his recovery plan was similar as above, if I put a further amount money into my account, they would credit my account with the same from their reserve Bitcoin bonus fund.
If anybody would like further information, I have names, emails and screenshot’s. Just leave a message on this post.
Please do not trade with Super-Five you will eventually lose your money.
Further agree, while I put an initial $350 into an ‘account’, and trading over 3 months to a little over $1000, I was told, when I asked about withdrawing monies, that this was just a training exercise and not real money !!! Though the system showed them taking there commission! I told them to close down the account and I put my $350 down to experience. So no, do not enter into any sort of account with this mob.
Thanks for this as I am beginning to be sucked into this system and now feel sure that my gut feeling is right and I should get out asap.
Yes, trust me get out ASAP. They will try everything to keep you in… follow your gut feeling
Does it mean I only waste the money that I earned for several months?OMG! Very bad.

Yes I agree unfortunately I can not use a chargeback since they were clever enough to make me put the money into a Kraken account first which is a Cryptocurrency converter. Since they do not trade with US dollars but instead in cryptocurrency or US tether. They have been given me the run around for more than a week when trying to withdraw money. Account Manager will no longer call you back or email you, they will ignore you and you will be stuck to only talk to chat that keeps on lying to you and telling you that the matter is handled. I had even someone from their team trying to swindle me for more money by calling me back and logging into my desktop remotely via any desk.com then getting me to log in into my bank account to supposedly let them see my IBAN number. What a scan when she saw that I logged into a bank account where I had little money she hanged up on my . Then they tried again a week later and now saying that the only was to return money and process withdrawal request was by him logging into my desktop and seeing my Kraken account. I allowed him but took away his privilege to control my computer when he saw I refused this control he got aggressive and told me he will not process my withdrawal unless he had full control of my PC. I told I was happy to show him my Kraken crypto currency wallet address to make sure monies will be deposited into the right account. But he refused and kept on saying that this was not negotiable and then hanged up on me.
Do not use them. They are scammers and you will lose everything. After losing my money they then tried to access my bank account in the ruse of refunding me money. Thankfully I did not fall for this. The are unauthorised to trade in the UK for a reason. I will continue to post reviews about them to try and save people from what I have went through.
Scum and scam.
Julian Coleman the worst of all. My 13 yr old son wanted to invest a little in crypto from learning about it at school from his economics teacher. We pulled 250 US out of his savings to give him his first experience in trading.
We downloaded an app called bitcoin evolution
and within an hour I was getting hammered from traders. This guy from super-five conned me into doing my first deposit through a site called Brainhub and that my money would appear on the App.
It never did and soon after We had an account on super-five.
Having no experience in crypto and realising that we had been conned into putting our money on a platform that we did not know nothing about, I pushed a few buttons to open a few trades wished made me lose may be 50 in equity.
Then I was contacted by a super scammer JULIAN COLEMAN to give me my first lesson in trading and asking me that it would be better to invest at least 10000 to make real money.
Well I explained to him that it was for my sons to make a bit of money and discover the world of crypto.
He explained to me that I,had pushed the wrong button and that he was going to open a couple of trades for me to help us get our money back.
His words: gimme a couple of weeks and if you are not happy with what I can do for you you can withdraw and go somewhere else.
Surprise next day allxtrades were closed and all money was gone.
Scumbag with no morals called.me the next day blaming me for everything. And asking me to invest at least 10 ground and that they would.match an extra 2000 and only invest on the 2000 to help me rebuild my sons savings.
You f…scam artist if you can’t make money with $100 u expect me to invest 10000.
Go to jail and take all your mates with you.
BTW they say they are in Cyprus.
I have also been scammed by SUPER FIVE. absolutely nothing super about these vile stinking rotten rouges. They seam so professional so genuine cleaver paper work, very very convincing but absolutely anything but. The most sickening people, l hope they all go to hell and rot.
They give you the slowly slowly approach you then see in your so called account in Super Five account profits you then get talked into adding more funds, looking good, more profit then an offer of a very special deal, obviously need to put in new monies, then ok surprise surprise, you see good returns in your Super Five account, then ask for some money to be redrawn and withdrawn and that’s it, your money has all gone just like that! In fact l owe them £74.62 !!!! Mr Thomas Martin , obviously not your name but ok a good name Thomas you certainly can act and talk the talk! I hope you can all sleep at night.
Thanks to you as a pensioner my savings are down by a lot of money. My money that you have NICKED . NEVER NEVER ANYONE BE FOOLED INTO THINKING SUPER FIVE ARE ANYTHING BUT ROUGES. LIKE OTHER PEOPLE I AM ON A MISSION TO MAKE SURE THE WOLRD HEARS ABOUT YOU.
I WAS TOLD BY THE LOVELY THOMAS MARTIN THEY WERE IN TALLIN, ESTONIA. HE SAID HE WAS SWISS HE SAID HE HAD A ONE YEAR OLD BOY AND THREE YEAR OLD LITTLE GIRL. HE SAID HE HAD A LICENCE AS A TRADER……HE SAID A LOT OF LIES AND BULL! I am saying “every dog has he’s day”. SO WATCH OUT THOMAS MARTIN, OF SUPER CONMEN FIVE…….
Super5 also scammed us. We dealt with Phillip who comes across as so nice and trustworthy. Totally taken in, until the shares bottomed and we were told they were working hard to get it fixed and his big boss, Thomas Martin was coming in to fix it. Well, he gave my husband the hard sell for an hour. Then I come in and after 5 minutes I knew we had been conned. He was looking for us to invest another $150,000. We do not have that sort of money but he asked about the mortgage on our house and got very pushy and aggressive in his tone when we were not agreeing to remortgage the house. I gave him an earful but he still has a big chunk of our money. There just wasn’t enough information out about these low lives to fully comprehend they were scammers.
Tonight, my husband and I received a phone call from London from a representative of Super5’s refund department. We have heard nothing from these scammers, since we realised they are fraudulent. This call was from the refund department to process our refund. We of course were suspicious and asked why had we not received an email beforehand. He told us we needed to start the process and then we would receive an email. We were told that the company was shutting down and they were trying to settle accounts. He instructed us that we needed to download the app ‘anydesk’ to help process the refund. i googled this app and informed him that it was listed as not safe. He become rude and aggressive because we would comply. He mentioned signing something to ensure the transfer was not regarded as ‘money laundering’????????
Same scamming dea. That Anydesk is a total giveaway, then thet ask you to go into your bank account and that’s it! They previuosly scammed me for $60,000 by supposedly putting me into a ” Buy” deal for Bitcoin, but they said it was my fault for not putting a Stop on the price…goodbye to the $60,000.

I too had that from a company saying they were BlockChain which they are not. If anyone gets a similar call ignore it as it takes you to another scam where you supposedly get back your money from superfive but you would have to pay for it!
I invested 250 dollars with Super 5 and it went to 2000 dollars . Could not withdraw as they had all types of excuses. I had a call from Blockchain that they will pay me out the money as Super 5 has closed down. When i opened account and when my balance was 500 he said i must do withdrawal to show it works. Just part of scam. ACOID THEM.
is there any way of us all get together to shut them down or prosecute?
Do not use super five . After reading the reviews that is what happened to me . Luckily I didn’t invest too much money . Had an accounts manager called Mike . He said he was from Estonia . He was very nice and charming. Called me everyday . My account grew , then he said to do 2 trades and within 30 mins all the money accumulated was gone! Never heard from him since !
We lost all our savings. We were devastated. They still asked for more money even suggested to take out a loan. What mongers they are.
