Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So MarketPluse is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. After depositing 200 and trading and making a profit of 530 when I was being pressured to put in another 1000 so they would double it on a trade they suggested I declined and closed my remaining trades and have been trying to withdraw my money but without any joy I should of known better but they seemed very genuine and I didn’t think they was scammers , they should not be able to get away with doing this to people they should be punished!!

I immediately realized that it’s a scam … don’t sign up and above all don’t give them your phone number. they call me every day with different numbers and when you ask to leave their system they don’t let you do it.
I probably have to get the police in the middle …

I deposited $250 and turned this into $522 over a few weeks. Oscar Newman and Mike Lawan were the two guys that rang me every day from marketpluse. Constantly saying how much money I would make on bitcoin, even saying they themselves had 10 bitcoin. Anyway there demanding attitude and NEVER taking no for an answer i decided to close my account and take my money. Oscar wouldn’t accept this and was very rude to the point I had to hang up on him. I then followed this request up by email giving them 7 days notice and his reply was ‘nah’. This company and the team are nice in the beginning. My advice is just don’t entertain them at all
Marketpluse is an off shore scam brokers and should be avoided.
All that has been scammed should bring ourselves together to report them to the international trade community to cease their operations.

Reading these messages makes me feel very stupid. I deposited 250 dollars with them and I was very easily convinced they were the real deal. I was set up with what I was told was a real account trading on the market and it all looked too good to be true as I made around £100 over 2 days. Guess I can forget that plus my deposit. Sick.
Don’t waste your time asking Marketpluse for your money back. The fastest way to get your money (deposited funds) back is to ring your banks you paid the money from and ask them to make a ‘chargeback’, I am with HSBC who refunded me these monies straight away and now investigate the company. I have all my deposit back now. But they still keep trying to ring me which I just ignore
Thanks Nick, I’ll try that. Thing is so many companies look good and seem genuine that it’s difficult to know who’s a bona fide one who are acceptable to UK standards. How do we ordinary guys on the street know where to look.
I am intrigued offshore trading with simply pulse. They requested a $217 USD deposit which was taken on my credit card of $330! Day One they said they will call me back tomorrow to verify my information & install the software! Will give updates every time! They said I signed up for trading!

Agreed. Absolute no guilt scammers. They are convincing. They appear to be able to give you one to one trading advice and open with you, what appears to be a real trading account but is a demo, with no withdrawal button. This will turn a temporary profit but they will manipulate your account while out of your site. Beware of any funds they claim to add to your account, put your account into negative then say their funds were a loan. They open Binance accounts and others to transfer your money to as intermediate accounts to avoid detection. Immediately emptying this to falsely fund your trading account. Binance are aware but aren’t interested. BEWARE!!!!!
I was scammed by this company last year. Started with is Oscar Newman as my trading manager. And then Polly Hensen. Initially deposit £200. Got my account up to $50,000 they then asked me to take a loan for £6,500 from an apparently sister company of theirs in the here in the UK (which I stupidly did) to invest in half a bitcoin with them. Everything was going fine until I got a margin call. My trades were going badly all of a sudden. Was then being managed by another person who said if I didn’t deposit £3000 my trades would crash and I’d lose everything… I decided not to invest anymore money. She got angry and was shouting. I out the phone down and ignored numerous calls from about 27 different numbers. Which are all blocked now. They stopped calling after New year’s eve.. I’m £6,500 worse off. Fortunately my husband paid off the loan straight away..

I was scammed by this company with the manager called Harold Ghara, at first he was helpful and talked me through how to start of trades, I was doing well and asked for a withdrawal, he then said we will do it tomorrow, I deposited £200 to start me off, and then he kept calling to say that the trades aren’t doing that great and the only way to get them back again was to deposit a bit more, and as a gesture to help he said he was going to deposit into my trades to help increase the my profit, I was unsure and said I didn’t want that. The following day and everyday I kept asking for a withdrawal, but he kept getting angry with me and telling me that if I didn’t get the deposit he put in I won’t get the money I put in, and through forceful manipulation and threatening calls he took out a £30k bank loan out in my name after he took my life savings of £60k. This made me feel angry, so I tried calling and hoping he’ll answer, eventually he called back and told me that he lost everything and that I owed him money, which I refused to pay them…his calls got ridiculous calling all hours of the day and night with threatening behaviour…..I was so scared that I trusted this guy and he completely scammed me, of everything left me in debt which im struggling to pay back, I was so scared that he did this too me, my childrens future he scammed me off, many times I wanted to make it all stop, was prepared to jump the lights whilst driving, but the thought of leaving my children without their mum kept me from doing this. Everyday I feel sick.
I started the trade to make a better life for me and my two amazing supportive kids. And this scumbag took our future away.
I hope karma catches up with these people and the someone is out there to help this stop happening to other people, and there is someoyout there to help us reclaim what was unlawfully taken from us victims of a nasty cruel crime that this company committed

I Start it some things called Unco and there is guy keeps calling me, saying I will help you every single minutes and he told me to open my online bank which stupid things I ever done my life and he used remote apps it called any desk and he took out from my account about $2000 dollars and then again tried another 2500 dollars but I am thankful to my bank they declined. I am a victim from these awful people, I hope they all burn in hell!!!!!!!!!!! Harold Ghara wiggled his way into my life, he stole my family and my life,he stole £90k from me.
I was vulnerable, he took advantage of my trusting nature.

My experience with marketpluse

So from the begin, I was interested to see how all the online trading worked, so my curiosities took me to enrolling into coin base, I sent off all my information, photo id, etc.
A company called Marketpluse, to a broker named Harold Ghara, contacted me. He had a calming voice and talked me through what trading was about, unfortunately I did find what he was saying was quite confusing, as he spoke quite fast, and of Indian origin, I had to ask him to repeat on several occasions, but with the extremely noisy back ground I struggled to hear everything clearly.
He told me that to get started I had to deposit £1000, I was very nervous of doing this, but with his voice of persuasion he told me don’t worry, I have you its ok, I shall guide you through, itll be just fine, with a big sigh, I thought ok it’s a good investment, and this will help for my families future. So I agreed to go ahead, so I had to open up my online banking and follow the instruction that he was telling me to make the deposit and start to trade.
Scared but made my deposit, he got me onto a platform which was called Metatrader4, and he showed me how to open and close trades, and that I had to close them when they hit the blue which was profit. So once I felt comfortable, and opened up different trades that he told me to open, he said goodbye and that hell call me again tomorrow. So that first evening I closed the trades, and was happy that I had made some profit.
Harold knew how unsure I was about it all, and how nervous I was, but he kept saying, don’t worry love its ok, ive been doing this for 10 years ive never let any one down, I have a great relationship with all my clients, at the moment I have aabout 10 clients. Love don’t panic its all ok. We talked about family life, and how many children did I have, and what they enjoyed doing, he made me feel at ease. He asked what my kids names were, so I told him, Joshua who is 29, Tyler 17 and studying patiessier at college and jasmine 14 who’s getting ready to move over to Gcse and what she was studying. He was really great and talking to the kids too, as I had him on loudspeaker all the time, and the two younger ones were always sat with me when he called, he chatted away to them with great ease. My kids would say after every call, aww what a nice guy, and that trust him mum, it’ll be ok he’s a good guy. With that I was more at ease with him.
I felt happy and was confident, he told me that we need to add some more money into the trade as this will help to boost it all and make bigger profits, and that we would be withdrawing soon. So I said ok, so again we went through the process again. He also said that have I heard about telsla, Tyler got quite excited about that, and Harold told Tyler that it was a good time to invest in that side. Harold told me that we need to put into that so need to do another deposit, so I did. Then apple, need to put in that too, its good that all your eggs aren’t in one basket, and that you’ll have a great life, we’ll be able to withdraw from that soon, so love all good.
Harold told me that his wife was called Jasmine too, and that they were expecting their first baby, and how excited he was about it all. I though aww that’s so sweet. We did talk a lot about families, and built up a connection, he said we were like family and that he’ll make everything good. I want you to write down what youll do with the 1.5 million I will make you, I said I don’t want to be a millionaire, I just want enough to buy a house for me and my kids, im not greedy and I wouldn’t want all that. Harold said, but think about your family and how youll be able to help them, just write down what youll do with that money. I wont lie, but I though ok, how exciting it’ll be,
buy a house outright, buy tyler his first car, give my mum enough money so she could retire, go on a well deserve holiday, somewhere nice, and treat the kids, as its been a rough time, getting recently divorced, and having to live on my own and be mum and dad to my kids, and also to open up a business that me and the kids to run and make it our own, it’ll be our cake shop that we can make our own things, sell our cakes, we planned how we’ll have our own little family business and we were getting so excited the kids made so many plans about our little tea room bakery.
Every time we did the deposit he got onto quick support and he took control on making the deposit, talking me through it. He told me also to fire up my computer and go onto any deck, which would give him more control and do it a bit faster. I trusted him so I did question him.
This process went on for a while, and I kept questioning every time he asked me to make another deposit, I was getting a bit nervous again, and said that I cant put in any more, as my savings are getting low and I cant take that sort of risk, and that was it , he said ok love don’t worry its fine. The trades are going really well, and yes I was making good profit. I said can you talk me through making a withdrawal and get some back into my account, as I would feel more at ease to continue to trade when we can put some back into my account, yes love we’ll get that done.
I checked the trades constantly and closing with confidences, and seeing that the profit was getting bigger and bigger, it felt good, but also nervous as I wanted some of this back into my account.
Then all of a sudden literally, the trades started decreasing and was going into the red, which I knew was not a good sign, so when he called the next day, I said that I was getting nervous that it has started to go the other way. Love the market is struggling, and I shall put in a credit and a bonus to help your trades, but you need to be able to also match what I’m putting in, I said no I cant do that, as I don’t have much left in my savings, and cant take the risk. He voice started to make me panic, and that I needed to put in the extra bit so then the trades were to go blue again, and a withdrawal will be made, unfortunately no withdrawals were ever made. The trades were in major trouble and the reds were getting bigger and bigger, Harold told me it’ll be all ok love, your part of my family I wont let you down, I’m working very hard to get you out of this, I will credit your account again to help get them back again, love trust me, let me do my job, don’t panic it’ll be ok. Now all my savings were gone, and had put in these credits, which I didn’t want, but he made me panic. I had nothing left in my account; he said I needed to get the money quick to put the trade back. I kept saying don’t have any money, he told me to borrow it from family, you need to do this now, despite everything I was telling him, he wouldn’t listen , he kept putting more and more pressure on me to get the money and fast, call after call after call, I tried to ignore the calls so I could get my head around it all. I answered the call and more pressure was put on me to get the money. ( I was so scared that not only had I lost all my savings, I felt ashamed that I allowed myself to trust in him, I felt sick, I didn’t know what to do who to turn too, I felt alone, I wanted to die, literally.) more pressure from Harold that I needed to get more money, I caved in and logged into any deck, and my online banking with Harold he went to the loan icon, he said itll be ok love, this is the last one, I promise, we need to do this and get it all back, and you’ll be able to pay back to loan before they even take out the first payment, trust me love I know what im doing, this is what I do, calm down itll be ok. As I allowed him to go for the loan, I briefly closed my eyes and he took out the loan for £25k, it made me physically sick, it was all too late, I had got to far into all of this. I followed every instruction along the whole process of the trades, I was pulled in and talked into taking out a loan. I wasn’t in a good place at all.
I messaged on whatsapp to say that this isn’t fair, there were a lot of messages on whatsapp, mainly bymyself stating how this was making me feel, and that im scared that ive lost everything, and did everything you asked. He put more credits in, but the account wasn’t getting any better, then it all went into blue, so I said Harold we need to withdraw, need to pay this loan back cause I cant afford to pay it back, don’t worry love we will be making a withdrawal tomorrow. Ok I could semi breath; I told my kids we are withdrawing tomorrow, so itll be ok. I never heard from Harold the next day, no call no message, I was a bit concerned, I messaged, I called on whatsapp, the call kept being declined, not answered, I was panicking, I kept calling and calling, but nothing I left message after message, nothing. Finally after a day or two , the trades went into disaster again, he called Lynn you need to do this, ive been working hard this end trying to get this back for you, love im here till late at night, early mornings to get this all back, ive begged my manger to help you, and that we need to get her sorted out, we cant let her loose everything, love just a little more and you can withdraw I promise, please believe in me I promise. I said its not possible to get any more money, he again took control of my computer through any deck, and went to all these different loan companies to get any loan I was told I had to raise another 10k I said that’s impossible , I cant do this any more, it fine love you’ll pay it back last one I promise, Harold this cant happen, I was getting angry, annoyed frustrated, I cried so much, he kept going on and on at me more and more pressure, telling me hes working hard, you have to do this . Oh my god what do I do, it was horrible how this was making me feel, I am lost for words just retracting back on what happened, I cant described what was going on, apart from horrible. Another 5 k on a loan. Again he kept promising me that itll be ok, and that youll get everything back, trust in me.
5k went into the trade, again.
Again no withdrawal, accounts in 400k in arrears, I was petrified. I tried calling and calling so many calles that gor reclined, not answered, nothing messages not being replied too.
I went onto their customer service and emailed them to say I wanted help, and that I was angry with one of their brokers Harold Ghara. They said they would put me into contact with their recovery team and they would be able to help recove the amount that I had been made to deposit into the trades. Harold made a call to me and informed me that the recover team will be calling you, Goodbye. They called me a few days later and said that they have gone through all the calls between Harold and I, and read the whatsapp messages, and that they could tell that he pressured me into this, and that it wasn’t my fault, and its all being investaging, they informed me that Harold had been suspended and the authorities were looking into his way of trading, as he had not only done this to me but quite a few other of his clients. This is very serious, and wont be taken lightly. I was informed that I would be contacted again with some more information,
I was contacted by some one from customer services, his name was Richard, he said that he was sorry for what had happened and that Harold wont be contacting you every again.
I told Richard everything that had happened, he told me why did you not withdraw, I said I tried and tried, but it never happened, he informed that I was put on the wrong platform, I didn’t know what he meant by that. Richard told me that we have some good news, that your 90k is here to recover, but you need to pay 13k to get everything back, I questioned why did I have to pay anything to recover what I lost, well Harold put in 13k and you need to pay that before we can release your 90k, I pleaded with them that this was not possible as I have nothing, all my savings of 60k have gone, 30k of loans and ive nothing left, I cried and cried.
I spoke with my son, distraught by all of this, not knowing what to do.
My son said ok, here is a solution what if they give you back 45k and then you give them 6.5k and then they give you the other 45k and you give them the other 6.5k all square, and we walk away.
I suggested this to Richard, and he informed me that this is not how it worked, you have to pay the debt before we release the funds back to you, I got really angry, as they wouldn’t listen to what I was trying to say, I asked to talk to the manager, he said he would get him to sit with a call the next day, so I could talk with him. His name is Roman, well that call never happened as he is a busy man on the floor assisting the brokers.
I continued to talk with Richard to say that I was unable to pay what they are asking of me, please just trust in me, I will pay back what you are asking if you pay me then ill pay you, he kept saying no no no no. I was getting extremely frustrated that they would help. He hung up on me. Again I tried to call them back but the calls got reclined, and not answered.
I went onto Marketpluse web site, and stated that they are scammers and they refuse to withdraw and put pressure on you to deposit.
I don’t know what to do, if feel ashamed, for being played by this company.
