After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Lucrum Pro is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. I have already deposited my money with them today.
I have also deposited money with finetero last week and they do not respond to my e-mails and i am not making any profit. The sad news is i have lost my job and have used savings to invest hoping i could make some money back.
I deposited money with them about a month ago, after reading your review, i tried to retrieve my money but they refused to contact me, so i tried to use their withdrawal button on the web page nothing happened as they acknowledged my attempt and someone called saying That my money is being traded with and that i will get my money when they make a profit. I have just read your information Wednesday 17th Feb 21 and I was actually on the phone with an agent of Lucrum Pro at the same time. I was a bit dubious and also concerned that I could not afford the 250 euro amount still needed to be paid (changed into AUD) to fully register the trading account into my name (Id originally been told USD} he suggested he may be able to do something for me using a direct line? which would after the nights trade give me back my outlay and double my money? he went off to speak with his Manager to ask if he could get an authorisation for the direct line? the account was originally opened for me nearly 12 months ago, I’d only paid $50 USD on my credit card back then, the account was still active and apparently earning money (bitcoin value?) as no one from the company had been able to reach me to finish opening the account…My credit card was to be charged Thursday 18th Feb 21. I know nothing really about how this all works and was told by the first agent I spoke with, a very nice Spanish guy based in Sydney Australia that if I make no changes in my life, nothing is going to change. I told him I had lost my job due to Covid and that as a 62 Yo woman I was in a pretty terrible financial position. He suggested that the fact that there were these potential earnings sitting in my account (only accessible if I paid the 250 euro) was something I should be excited about. I can say I am now extremely disappointed to learn that these people are not completely honest, I was told by the first agent that they are a regulated company who deal with the big banks directly. Bei der Eröffnung eines Kontos (Account) wird man sofort und ohne Aufforderung von Mitarbeitern der Plattform unter der Rufnummer 03031228654 informiert und weitergeleitet. Gleichzeitig wird man auf die Notwendigkeit der Einzahlung eines Geldbetrages von mindestens 250 € hingewiesen. Nach Geldüberweisung erfolgt noch ein Telefongespräch mit einer „Anlagenberaterin“, und dann ist Schluss. Es besteht keine Möglichkeit, irgendwelche Kontakte telefonischer Art, über Kontaktformulare oder über E-Mail mit „Lucrum pro“ herzustellen. Das eingezahlte Geld über „Auszahlungsformulare“ zurücküberweisen zu lassen, scheitert aus vielerlei Gründen, die nicht nachvollziehbar sind, und unzutreffend sind. Anscheinend ist das Geld weg! Die Rufnummer 03031228654, über die das Anlegen des Account usw. vermittelt wurde, ist nach Auskunftsansage Telekom „nicht vergeben“. Ob eine Finanzregulierungsbehörde weiterhelfen kann, ist fraglich.

Yes Lucrum Pro operatives should be identified and prosecuted since their existence threatens the wellbeing of their victims. I lost a little amount of money due to not doing my due diligence, that apart, some people have or are going to loose more and this could lead to suicides and maybe mental health problems. Some how I am confident that the law of karma will catch up with their operatives as they sow misery and heart ache. may they reap the same a million fold.

So I was “investing” with them, started with 250 Euro, but then withdrew 100 Euros as they told me I had to leave some on the account. Fair enough. The money was on my PayPal accunt within 5 minuts. But after a few weeks, they asked me for more money, I started feeling suspicious when they gave me a weird web-site to deposit my money with (school4broker.com) so I looked up reviews for them AND Lucrum and came across so many bad reviews that I decided to just close my account and not risk losing another £450, we don’t have any savings apart from that and boy I was glad I decided not to go on. At the time I asked to close it the balance was “550 Euros” so the account manager (Frank) asked for more time, to which I only agreed 1 extra week but as I suspected, he started going wild with the trades bringing balance up to 1,100+ Euros. Only to loose EVERYTHING when I asked him to close it once the week was over and of course, I lost the little money I had left on the account on the excuse that I didn’t want to give him more time to keep investing to a positive outcome. So predictable, I did think I was going to loose that money so thankfully I was prepared to take the hit, but still doesn’t stop making me upset that these people just take you for a fool and then want to blame it on you loosing money due to not giving them more time. BULL SHIT. Stay away from them.

Interesting. Thankyou. I invested a small amount and made 400% in 6 months. I insisted on withdrawing my initial investment and was successful. BUT although I was interested in investing more money I insisted on a further withdrawal . This has never materialised , end of any further investment from me. !! Would be interested in closing the account and retreiving my 400%.Grateful for any help, but won’t hold my breath.
