Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So ElComercio24 is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. SCAM, I also fell into their trap and lost £250. I followed a link on trustpilot for bitcoin trader and I was contacted by Elcomercio24 and 50 billion other crypto agents. I have had to block around 20 numbers. I think once you entertain them they pass your number around. Kevin Brook (prob a bogus name) showed me daily how my coins were rising. I was keen to invest more but thought I should try and withdraw my initial £250 first. Once I applied my withdrawal my account was blocked and my login details no longer work. BIG SCAM, AVOID ELCOMERCIO24. They deserve minus 5 stars but that option is not available.

Hi, a friend and I fell for this company too. First it was 1,000 euros that we invested, then 10,000 and in the end even 40,000 per person. Now that a supposedly huge win is pending, we can only get our money paid out if we pay another 25,000 euros. DO NOT invest.

These people are scammers (Names used on me Marvin, Nick)
They promise you big profit and you see how your investment grows, awesome thumbs ups. BUT. When you want to with draw your profits.
1. Have to pay in funds to receive your profits (Bitcoin)
2. Always delays, technical issues some where or they are not available, when dealing with with draws.
3. They can only reach your on cell number, not you reach them.
4. Always works out that you have to pay in before profits is released, then further delays.
5. They come across so friendly and helps until you want to with draw funds, will always try to appeal to your geed side of more profits, don’t withdraw yet, the next big thing to invest in (They just got a buy signal for ????)
6. Always need to deposit some more funds and will even help you with the deposit (eg. Deposit 5000 euro, you give 1000 euro, we loan you 4000 euro but can pay back with your profits.)
NB! What I found out was no one knows the future. There is no such thing as a sure thing. Stocks are up and down, not gains all the way. If it sounds to good to be true, it properly is.
You will never see the money you invest here again.

ElComercio is a full scam the people don’t care about you (but they come off like they do)they just want your money and will say anything to get it. don’t give them anything and if you have don’t gave any more. I told them over and over that i was not conformable giving them anymore money this soon after joining up and that there pushiness was making me uneasy and did very little as they just had other departments call and apologize then there right back at it. My financial advisor George Verborn hung up on me and deactivated my account then when i sent an e-mail he was again rude and unprofessional before blocking my e-mails, so i tried calling him and the costumer service guy Toby and neither numbers worked. I literally hate scammers like don’t you have a conscience and during a world wide pandemic heartless.

I have been scammed by el comercio 24!
I have been scammed by el comercio 24!. I initially made a 250 euro investment. I was then convinced to take out a finance which will boost my trade profits. I was naive and stupid not to look it to reviews or researched further. I then saw my profits go up gradually to 6000 euros. Then I was explained to make 4 to 5 amounts more profits if I traded on bitcoin. Which I had to pay back the 2300 euro that I borrowed finance. Then with my profits and borrowing further 6000 euro from finance company I was eligible to trade on bitcoin. I saw dramatically within weeks my profits going from 12000 euros to 101000 euros. Then I was advised by Mia Bolin who supposed to be my account manager that I should withdraw now before the value drops. Then I was asked to pay the 6000 euro loan off before I received my profits. I once again stupidly borrowed money from my visa card, putting my self in debt of £8000. Now I am being asked to pay commission of 10000euro before I can get my profits. I explained to Mia Bolin, I don’t have no more resources to pay even 1 euro. Now I am in debt for 7500 pounds. I don’t know if I will ever get the profits or my money back! DONT invest in this scam you will regret it and be out of pocket. These people are HEARTLESS, they take advantage of people’s INNOCENCE and NAIVETY….
I had similar experience and somehow I prevented myself from being duped of big amount. For me the page was Tredexo and I was allocated a manager named George Verborn and I have reasons to believe that this is the same person as mentioned by @I cant believe I feel for this.
The account manager that has been allotted to me named George Verborn is too rude and aggressive, throwing abuses towards my country, religion and ethnicity.
Since the day I invested, George insisted to upgrade to gold/ platinum/diamond account with investments ranging from Euro 2500 to Euro 10000. I resisted all the time and this is when he showed his true colours. Things were very skeptical and therefore before investing any more, I insisted on a withdrawal and then this person was totally furious hurling abuses. Few things to highlight are as follows:
1. The mention of not being able to withdraw money is not mentioned anywhere in the
website (Tredexo.com).
2. Whatever mail I write to the support team it always goes to George
3. The contact number in Tredexo.com website does not work
4. As soon as I ask for some withdrawal the manager becomes aggressive and demands more money.
5. He says he studied from Stanford, however just google and you will not find a George Verborn named trader leave aside his home country, Australia. Moreover, his language does not support a reputed institute.
6. He says that he does not have time, but has time to call me back three times changing his tone and designation and hurling abuses. I am proud of my ethnicity and I am sure arrogant people like George exists in every society but that does not make the society bad, but reflects a lot of the person.
7. The page that redirected me to tredexo is a spam page which obviously I found later and I am honest to accept that’s my fault.
8. Everyday this person would mail me that you have made profit, which I think may be hard coded.
9. Finally, once I countered back, my account is deactivated.
I am writing this so that it helps other people to not believe in Tredexo and companies like these and its employees. 250 euros is not much, you can earn the amount back but paying more may be dangerous. I learnt it the hard way but to keep everyone else’s interest please chose a broker who has a legitimate office in your country and is regulated by some government agency.
Here is another one who was fooled by elcomercio24 and the wellspeaking financial support Oliver Dalton who called me and emailed me at least 50 times trying to have me taking out a loan to be able to withdraw a sum of around 65.000Euros – a result of him making a deal with banks in bitcoins a he told me! Actually I don´t understand how those people can sleep at night…..making their living by cheating other people…………and so many of them, I have several calls daily and this going on for years now! Luckily I never paid more than the deposit of 250 Euro and nothing has been taken from my account. I wish all the Elcomercio24 people to burn in hell!
