Btcmarketz Review

Read our Btcmarketz review carefully to see why we do NOT recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is a Btcmarketz.com review.

Who are they?

After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.

So Btcmarketz is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does it work?

Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.

Withdrawing funds

You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.

If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.

How to get your money back?

If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.

The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.

What about wires?

If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.

Make sure you leave reviews about Btcmarketz in other sites

Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. If you fallen victim please leave a review and a comment on this site at the comment section.

  1. I deposited € 5,000 in btcmarketz.com through Xchangepro.com, what they call a micro account. the top account is the € 500,000 platinum account.
First I deposited € 1,000 and later the “retention agent” through a demonstration convinced me to deposit € 4,000 more. It was a hasty decision. During the night I reflected and realized all the personal documentation that had been requested. It was clearly a scam.
The next day I convinced my “retention agent” to withdraw 4000 USDT promising him that if he saw that if this withdrawal worked, he would re-enter a new deposit of more amount. Finally he authorized it by moving to an account that I had to create in Coinbase.com the value of 4000 USDT in a Coinbase wallet in my name.
They did it in bitcoins. I sold them and converted them to Euros, resulting in € 3,124.
Finally, 2984.34 USDT remained in the BTCMARKETZ account.
“ret agent” got very angry when he saw that I had no intention of making another deposit. 2984.34 USDT remained in my account. I tried to withdraw that amount, and she got much more angry, and apatir from that moment neither she (“ret agent”) nor the salesperson that contacted me at the beginning, they did not pick up the phone, nor did they answer the whatsapp, or the mail electronic.

They do not answer or allow funds to be withdrawn. I just want to get 1,140.78 USDT back. I am not interested in profits. They can keep them.

Thanks for the information that comes on your website

  2. Btcmarketz.com IS A SCAM!!!!!
Both people I dealt with are born SCAM ARTISTS. Your money will disappear the moment you send it to them, you will make your personal Bitcoin account with them but none of your money will be deposited into it when they ask you to make a deposit and the so called PROFITS you make in trading are unbelievable, that’s because they ARE UNBELIEVABLE! Over $4000 USD in 4 minutes
How dumb am I. I DEFINITELY advise every person in this world to STAY AWAY from
    BtcMarketz(that’s btcmarketz with a Z not a S.
They will NEVER use the same phone number and the numbers show up as anywhere in the world. I would rather give my first born child away than deal with this company. I was stupid I let the company bankrupt me and watch my family suffer like you can never imagine.
PLEASE, PLEASE NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I will do everything in my power for the rest of my life to see that nobody suffers my fate. Hang up the instant you hear from a company called BTCMARKETZ, that’s marketz with a Z NOT AN S.
The so called retention person I dealt with is excellent at his job so be very aware….

  5. These people are scum. Run away fast as u can. Do not believe anything they say their not your friends not your mate. Not there to help. They are criminals. Hope they rot in hell for affecting people and Stealing from families

  6. Yes they are scammers…..This their modus operandi.
1.At the very beginning.. Some guy pretending to be American but talks with a Filipino accent call you to say that you can get 17% return on your deposit/investment monthly. His name is Oliver.Even if you disagree with he will keep calling you (very persistent). Finally if you gave in he will get you to deposit via your credit card the initial deposit of USD 250. He then tell you that some guru/expert manager will follow up with you soon to get you started on your trading for the 17% monthly return.
    2. True enough a day later this so call guru by the name of Daniel Haroun will call you the begin the slaughtering process. He will then introduce you a once a day trade where you appears to make 17% return in a few days. You begin to believe him.
    3. Next he will show you an even faster way of making returns …something called high frequency trade. It goes like this ….As you will know there are many Financial Exchanges in the world like London ,New York, Sydney Tokyo, Hong Kong etc. As these exchanges are far apart there will be lag in trading between the exchanges. so if a banker in London are aware of the “news ” then the he will got hint of it (he is based in London) before Sydney hears it and this where the high frequency trade works.HIS NAME IS DANIAL HAROUN supposedly a Lebanese Muslim . So this high frequency trade gives much better returns …something like USD 500 a day (on 2 high frequency trades). He will show you this BUT it comes with a catch..You need to increase your Deposit to USD 5000.You are bound to be taken in on this but he did not tell tou that at Level 1 (deposit of USD 5K). The high frequency trade will only be for a week. Once you hear that you will be dejected. He will then inform you that at next level ( level 2 where you need to deposit USD 20,000) , the High frequency trade will be forever with no limitation. If you believe him here then will lose your USd 20K.He will do his level best to get you to increase the deposit/investment ..hence the trading level. if you show some resistant then he will corner you another way by saying showing you some market analysis (Charts etc) to show that some counters (gold, bitcoin etc) either about to drop or rise in price. So he will ask that you invest by adding more money to take advantage of this supposedly next big move ..either to buy the counter(if its going up) or sell if its going down. if you disagree ( like you dont think his prediction will come true) , thats when he will want to end his dealing with you as he is not able to get you to invest more.
    4. All this time you are not able to withdraw your winnings ( all those high frequency trade gains) and if you withdraw your deposits you will not be able to come in again at the level you are currently. He may show you that you can withdraw may be USD 20 to USD 50 …just to convince you that you can withdraw. Once you want withdraw a big amount ( your winnings are BIG) you cant.it will show as pending and will never get approved. He is the one who will approve and let it be on pending .You are caught.
    5. He is a master at getting your funds.. thru credit cards where you are routed to some online company that sells internet forex course . Thru this company you pay by your credit cards to increase the deposit/investment. So it appears like you willingly buy this beginners forex course online using your credit cards… but the money goes to him and it will show like you have increase your deposit/investment.
6.When all his devious methods of getting you to increase your deposits/investmet fail, he will do one last high frequency trade with you and he will make it appear like you have click on the wrong buttons on your computer and the trade you have just entered is putting all your balance (a lot by now) in jeopardy and if you want to save it ( to prevent a margin call) you will need to dump in more money (like forcing you now rather that asking you nicely) its either you lose all your balance by the margin call or you put in more money. you are now stuck in no mans land, which ever way you are bound to lose. If you dump in more money ….to save the margin call ,you are bound not to get it back thru withdrawal .its one way traffic & if you don’t it will show up as you have made the wrong trading decision and lost your money through margin call.
7.He will not be calling you again for the high frequency trades…and you have lost your money
    8. If you are a Muslim ..he pretends like he is a religous muslim man and and paint a picture that “a religous Muslim man like him can’t possibly be scamming another Muslim”.he will utter all the words…like Insyalllah…Alhamdulillah ,giving the salam at all times.
9.The other this is that like all trading platform , you vwill need to verify yourself by giving the broker your ID and in their case both sides of your credit cards. so they are aware of your card details even the cvv number at the back of your card. hence they ere able to charge your card online without your consent .You will need to cancel your card quickly as soon as you detect the scam,
10 There goes guys …. be vigilant of them

  7. Your experience with these sharks is exactly the same story as mine. They make you undermine yourself and they leave you feeling physically sick to the stomach.THESE SCAMMERS DANIEL , NOAH SND RECENTLY AKIM JACOBS SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR DECIET. Hope they rot in hell and die a long and agonising death.KARMA.Just recently have reached out to me to recover my losses by paying a fee paid in crypto to recover my losses immediately and credited to my bank account. GOOD LUCK TO THAT. Still trying to scam me again. They also have given me a bonus of $5000US to trade on their manipulated platform so to recover the bonuses the gave me and to recover my losses. WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP!!! Stay away from BTCMARKETZ DONT GET SUCKED IN LIKE ME!!!!!!!!!

  8. My story is the same as all of the other comments above who were scammed by BTCMARKETZ If you get a phone call from btc marketz telling you to invest in bitcoin that you will get a high % return on your deposit do not engage with them in any form what so ever because if you do from that moment on say good buy to your hard earned money yes I was scammed I have lost my money I’m trying to get it back from the person that scammed me named DANIAL HAROUN. Soon as I told him I wasn’t going to deposit anymore money and I want to withdraw the $5000 AUD I already had given he got angry with me telling me I needed to deposit another $1000 AUD so he can then release my money so I did in the hope that he will return my money sure enough I was scammed and this so called DANIAL HAROUN no longer exist can’t get in touch with him anymore.I hope and pray till my dying day that DANIAL HAROUN and his crew of deceitful scum bags will get whats coming to them and rot in hell I also hope they all die an agonising slow death.KARMA.
I wish I had read the comments above before I invested ☹️
Do not invest with BTCMARKETZ they are professional scammers who will take your money and not give it back

  9. Yes Richard is another, scamer at this socalled co,very good at what they do at scaming you of your hard earned cash. All I can say is RUN.I hope they die a slow painfull death.

  10. I have been trading with Btcmarketz since 19 December 2022 Until March 30 2023 I worked with Akim Jacobs. On January 11 Akim Jacobs sent me an email advising me that my funds where safe This email was followed up by a second email clearly stating that I could withdraw all my funds at any time. Each message sent to Akim Jacobs on Whatsapp was answered or read to March 30 Due to having to make a Credit Payment on the $5000 Euro invested with Btcmarketz I sent an email to [email protected] and was contacted by Steven Francis who approved a $300 US Dollar transfer to my Bitcoin Wallet at CoinSpot. The money was paid I have had no issues with Btcmarketz at all. I sent an email about getting money out of my Trading Account with Btcmarketz due to there being a company called Btcmarkets here in Australia . Could it be at all possible that a employee of Btcmarkets is responsible for putting down Btcmarketz????? Steven Francis advised me that Akim Jacobs was in a car accident on March 31 2023 this is why the messages sent to Akim Jacobs between March 31 and May 24 did not have a read tick beside . Before I joined Btcmarketz on 19 December 2023 I found nothing about Btcmarketz at all. BTC Markets have a ABN and also a ACN these details were given to me by Akim Jacobs the ABN is 96 134 318 862 The ACN is 134 318 862

  11. Emmanuel T you are delusional. Just believe what the others are saying RUN FOR YOUR LIFE, those ABN Numbers and ACN Numbers are fake . Check all the other reviews on the other scam websites.

  12. Hello Joy,

You are the one that delusional not me.

Please look at a very critical fact here.

I have been involved with Btcmarketz.com now Btcmarketz .net since 10 December 2022. I done a Google search before I invested my first funds .

Back on December 5 2022 there were no comments about Btcmarketz.com / now Btcmarketz.net

I have read all the comments made about Btcmarketz

Joy could you please explain to me how Victor could make bad comments about Btcmarketz way back on November 2 2020 and also how Greg can make similar comments about Btcmarketz.net on November 3 2022 when the bad comments about the company were a grand total of Nil.

Joy I am eagerly waiting for a response from you in relation to how two very bad critical comments can appear on this site when there was nothing about Btcmarketz.net before I started my business relationships with them on 10 December 2022?????

Joy as for the ABN and ACN Bankwest my Credit Card provider suggested to me that Scammers were found the ABN and ACN on the Internet and where using the details to scam people.

Bankwest have more recently advised me that if I intend to continue working with Btcmarketz.net I would have to deposit funds directly on to the Btcmarketz.net by making a deposit.

At this time I have funds of $300 in CoinSpot which was supposed to be moved to Btcmarketz.net .

However due to on comments about Btcmarketz.net l have been prevented from withdrawing my funds or sending the $300 to Btcmarketz.net.

Could I suggest to you Joy that the person running this site could be linked to a employee of Btcmarkets and therefore this site was started to ensure that people don’t invest funds with Btcmarketz.net.

You see Btcmarkets have staff that make profits from Trades made by the people using Btcmarkets here in Australia.

If people trade with Btcmarketz Btcmarkets can’t make profits can they???

Eagerly waiting for your response .

    PS

I have checked my email just now Joy I have not been notified that you replied to my comments by the person running this site. Although there is a tick in the box in relation to follow up comments.

  13. Hello Emmanuel T thankyou for your response. I’m glad you are happy with this company but I beg to differ. They have taken my life savings with a click of a button in identical scenarios as the others. BTC MARKETZ is a fraud. They are an unregulated traders or company based in the Dominican Republic with no fixed address and no contact number. BTCMARKETS on the other hand is a registered Australian company with ASIC with an ABN and ACN numbers which are not those that you specified in your last post. So no way would this AUSSIE company be threatened by BTCMARKETZ. If you are still convinced please feel free to speak to NOAH OR DANIEL and have them return my investment . I would be ever so grateful to you and I would retract every negative word and offer them a huge apology.

  14. Hello Marta T , I’m so sorry for your loss. I hope it wasn’t anything to do with our recent conversation and the predicament that I found myself in. SO SORRY.

  15. Hello Marta T , I am so sorry for your loss. I hope it wasn’t any thing to do with my predicament with this trading scam. But I did lose my life savings because of their decent and they should be stopped for ruining good and hard working people.
