Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.
So Astra Horizon is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. The women tried soo hard to make me make the min payment to get started.. but i told them if ur were a legit company u wouldnt be trying this hard to sell me something.. 20 mins and she cut me off to try again. I said here we go again.. and she hung up in my ear thank goodness i dodge a bullet.
This company gave me the worst scam of my Life. telephoning me lots of time for more than 20 minutes bla, bla, bla not listening tog what I had to say, but trying to get me to invest more than the 250 Euros I put in. They got more and more aggresiv and insulting for each call and not a chance to get my money back. Keep away from them, since they are just robbing hoj.
I invested an initial $250 with the company. The following day I was told that the “automated” software lacked the ability to make automated trades as there was not enough funds for the software to do diversified trading and that I was wasting the brokers time. When I asked to get my money back the broker got unbelievably aggressive, rude and shouting saying I couldn’t until I had made another $250. I stupidly agreed to add another $2000+ USD. Then I read some reviews and asked to get all my money back. The broker went on a screaming tirade for 15 minutes (which I recorded) and said I couldn’t do it now as there were still open trades. I said close them and she said she couldn’t. She made comments like go eat at McDonalds. She will call on Monday to close the account and hung up on me while I was still talking. I’ve called my bank as I paid with Debit card and they have opened an investigation hopefully resulting in them being charged back If they don’t return my money Monday. I cannot begin to describe how rude she was, shouting the whole time and putting me down. She even accused me of blocking her e-mail when I asked her to send me the terms of the service as the documentation never arrived. Don’t walk, but run away from this firm. They use software called anydesk to connect to my computer. She wanted full control but I would only allow her to see the screen as she guided me. Having a 25 year career in I&IT I determined that I can look for the I.P. address she is using to connect and trace it to a specific building or house. They don’t sound smart enough to use a proxy server to hide their i.p.. Several things are happen to rectify this and perhaps even the business
but I can’t get into those details for obvious reasons. My bank and the police are involved and it will escalate from there as my background was in government I&IT security and privacy design and architecture. Wish me luck. In a comprehensive way, I’ll try and spare others from this company if I don’t get all my money back this coning Monday.

I sadly went down the path and now the assets are frozen apparently. Many are contacting me presenting that they are securities companies and they have my money, but I have no trust for anyone who breaths crypto investing.

Astra horizon big scam, don’t put your hard earning money into this company, you will not get your money back . Thompson Francis is a big liar.
They have an answer for everything, after reading these reviews I had my call with Kelvin. I had invested the minimum 250 Euros, about a month ago and nothing happened. Today I asked if these reviews are not true, will you refund my money today! Kelvins answer “I have not met the minimum requirements!” WHAT??? They want more money!!! So keep your money in your wallet as you will not see a penny back. They have their own terms and policies which if your lucky to find and read ( hmm don’t think you will) its their way! I just got the 404 error on their terms and policies link!
Another site is RBCMarkets they do the same as AstraHorizons. I invested more with RBCMarkets and can’t get a penny! no one answers your emails. All the phone numbers they use if you call them they are not in service!
I was scammed too. Fortunately i just put in $250.00US. They were like vultures trying to coax me into put another $2,500.00 more into it. The more I declined, the more aggressive they got and then transferred to another person who asked for another week to show me how my money will grow. Then I never heard from them until I asked for withdrawl. This morning I spoke with someone who told me that after they charge their fees, there is no money left. How can they get away with this? They should be in prison!!!!!

Astra Horizon is an absolute fraud, professional scammer and a thief. They will push you to invest more and more capital, but once you ask for a withdrawal, or to close your account, they are no longer available. I put in 6000 and it was to be a automatically traded account. After 1 month, they say that the account trial has expired, and I need to manually trade. The broker, Carol Hall got absolutely mean and nasty on the phone and called me all kinds of names when a refused to add more money. They are now not responding to emails and it appears as if my money is lost. I plead with you, do not risk your money as you will lose it! Stay clear and don’t fall into the trap that I did!
Unfortunately, I have just joined the ranks of the dissatisfied Astra Horizon customers. Always the same thing, impossible to withdraw, even if the initial investment is verified (I have the confirmation email). Withdrawal request in progress since 11/05/2021. I gave them quite some time to confirm their willingness to scam.
I am building a case for justice, I will create a facebook page, youtube videos…. to denounce them. I’m not the type to give up when someone wants to make fun of me.
When everything will be in place, I will communicate the links here to be found on the facebook pages, youtube….then constitute a more consequent file to make them pay.

Hello everyone, I am writing this review because I was deceived by this company who claimed they can get me returns on my investments but instead they took my money and never contacted me after I made the payment to withdraw some funds from the market even though I had more money in my account. One month ago, I saw this ad with Justin Trudeau and it was about this company Astra Horison Trading and the bitcoin investment. I followed the instructions and completed the form but when I try to make a payment to register it declined. The following day, I received a call from an agent who said he was a manager working with clients in Canada and he will guide me about trading online. I fell for it and first I deposited $250 then I was asked to increase my amount the following day to get more returns. As my returns grew I was asked to increase it more until it reached $10,000. When I realized I have doubled my principal I said I would like to make a withdrawal because I have some business to take care of and I would need the principal back into my savings account. It was delayed after they promised it would be done over the weekend but then they say they cannot say which day it would be done over the weekend. Monday came and nothing was done . It was Tuesday I was contacted by Chris Sullivan the manager who was working with me and before I could withdraw the money he said the finance department requested that I pay to release the bond and the total was $1250. They got their money but when to deposit my money in Ndax to be transferred to my account I never heard from them again. From Tuesday the 15th of June at 12:00 pm until Wednesday the 16th of June, not a word came from Astra Horizon representatives regarding my money to withdraw from my account. Not even a text message I received to say something went wrong. They stopped communication immediately. I was informed that my account would stop trading because of the withdrawal process but on Wednesday the 16th of June I opened my account and saw them trading and it shows my account is still active. I am warning people and I am creating awareness so you would not fall into this trap and scam because they come to you like they are real professionals. Please be aware of these scammers, they are not genuine. They are only concern about getting your money.
After sending several emails and text messages to no avail I decided to write this review and highlight these issues to the public because they have terrible customer service and in the world of customer service you must ensure your customers are satisfied and get what they need. Chris Sullivan excuse was I was sent on other errands by my boss so I could not attend to you yesterday or the day before. This is not good customer service at all. If you cannot provide the service yourself you appoint some else to perform the duty you were doing. You don’t make excuses for customers when they are paying their money to get your service. The customer is always right when it comes to getting what they are paying for. They think only of themselves and their only concern is getting your money.
This site is a definite SCAM…!
Avoid it at all costs, and if you don’t want to lose your money or worse yet, MORE of your hard-earned funds, tell these scammers where to get off. I’ve dealt with these thieves for many months now and with a variety of their so-called advisers – who btw, seem to change their personnel every 2-3 weeks, and I’m imploring you not to take their calls or listen to their excuses for making you easy money if you’d just keep sending them MORE..!
Luckily I stopped at the initial deposit without anyone at this “Company’ (and I use the word condemningly), being able or wanting to help you retrieve any funds you’ve made trading. I can’t say this enough, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID..! For those of you interested, I have kept ALL of their email communications with me and can name each adviser and contact person I have dealt with at AstraHorizon and have nothing good to say about any of them.
I’m happy to write more of these damning reviews about them for as long as it takes. I’ve recently opened a new Account at NDAX Crypto, who btw, has also warned me not to deal with these shysters based on their own experiences with this Company.
Not that they care, but I shall continue writing and warning others until receive my $250.00US refund from ‘AstraHorizon’ (never mind the $38.32 profit they claim I’ve made).

I was have in my account 18.816.€+ commision.I recording every menager including this last.I have many evidence for Police and lawyer.Im gonna warn them one time if dont give me my money,i will them surrender Police and Justice.Im gonna inform next week lawyer.

Anita, I am afraid these people do not believe in God. If they did, they would not steal from people. Nevertheless, as you have said, they will be punished and they will not last long. There’s a saying, “you can do as much as you want, but not for as long as you want”. I have lost 2000 dollars and I was told the amount is too small for a charge back. I will still try to see what I can do but will not recommend these people to anybody else.

Hey guys, unfortunately I’m a victim of this shady trading system and is not easy to deal with it. I’ve invested over 50 K and I don’t think I will see anything back from them. I think we should do a class action lawsuit against this company and try to get the money back.
Astra Horizon is a scam company who deceives the clients. They are fraudsters and money launderers. they will take all your money until your in debt and then refuse to give you your money back. Liars that will hopefully get a special place in hell. I have never run into a company that has so much disregard for other humans.
