Aquila Bit Review

Read our Aquila Bit review carefully to see why we do NOT recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is an aquilabit.com review.

Who are they?

After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.

So Aquila Bit is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does it work?

Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.

Withdrawing funds

You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.

If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.

How to get your money back?

If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.

The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.

What about wires?

If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.

Make sure you leave reviews about Aquila Bit in other sites

  1. Wondering if you have some advice or comments regarding Aquilabit. I just found out my mother has been using them for 6 months buying bitcoins and invested a lot of money. When I found out and did some research I had a lot of concerns. I told her to immediately try to withdraw some her money to see if they were a scam. And of course now they do not respond to her or answer any of her calls.

Any advice on how to go after these people!

    Roger

  2. Aquilabit is a SCAM! My mother has tried for weeks to get some of her money back and they continue to ignore her! We need to spread the word about Andrew Neuman, Jack Miller etc if that is even their real names.

  3. My mother got her first installment of the funds she requested. And she is looking forward to getting the second installment.

  4. Andrew Neuman is a scammer. He lies. He takes your money away. He will not allow you access to your account. Some people leave good reviews in exchange for the money they are owed. I asked that he stop trading my account and he continued. I lost my money. It is illegal to continue trading and make all your money disappear in a single day, all while you are asking him to STOP trading.
    Aquilabit is a scam.

  5. We haven’t heard from them since mid December. Customer support doesn’t answer emails.
Called phone numbers, received quick emails for meetings and nothing.
Have received some withdrawals, not enough to cover investments tho .
Recent phone meeting appointments missed and ignored.

  6. To anyone getting a call from Aquilabit please Disregard any call from this company stating it an investment company investing into bitcoins and promising a great return on your investment and I have invested with this company. Some how all email of client,s were leak and for better words or understanding i can not get into my account which have been deactivated trying to get a hold of my account broker Adam Silver with no response or call back his phone is now disconnected. So please for your sake DO NOT INVEST ANY MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY

  7. I deposited cad 1000 in the account in December. By mid-January I had $ 500 profit which I intended to withdraw. Not a chance. Now I contacted MyChargeBack to withdraw the profit and also to be refunded the deposit.when they contacted me about 3 times, every time I spoke with a different person.all they do is make promises but nothing else. Now I’m gonna call the fraud squad at Capital 0ne they are very good at this kind of stuff.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM.

  8. I believe I was lucky when Andrew Newman called me and, through him I got my money back and some profit. I was dealing with another guy, Robert Thompson who was so encouraging and the BTC was going up, he traded other stock and, one day, he decided to trade so much on my small account, $4000 CA, that it got to 24k euros. I was so happy but he wanted more money and I was so naive that I was thinking that, If I can get half of the 24k euro, that would great. But, he handled the account in such a way and told me not to close any positions and next dat BTC went down $1000 and brought the amount down so much and I wanted out, my money back. He said that I lost my money and then I wrote the reviews here and on Sitejabber(very good). Then came into the scene Andrew Newman, extremely upset that I posted the reviews. My account was still showing that I still have the initial amount in BTC/Can $ on the account and he will give it back to me if I delete my reviews. I had to go with the arrangement as I was desperate to get my money back and it took about 2 weeks. In the mean time BTC went up and made a profit of $1500. But, it was a very painful experience and will never, ever give my money to anyone. Part of the deal was to write a nice review about them, hence my 5 star review… There is another trading company, unlicensed Tredotech, they are SCAMS AND THIEVES as well and another one, GIROFX. I hope people are going to search before they get on with this adventures…

  9. Haaaa, Andrew Neuman from AQUILABIT (FRAUD PLATFORM – owned anonymously ) is heading to the same place the other scammer, David Hudson, went. They keep changing representatives. THIEVES. They empty accounts with trades that last 15 seconds. Can you imagine anyone losing a couple of bitcoins every in 15 seconds. Andrew Neuman, Jack Miller and David Hudson are all thieves. They keep trading your account no matter how much you beg them to stop. DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM. They will oblige you to write good reviews if you want to get a percentage of the money they had already stolen. I want my money BACK! They have shared our emails with other clients. They share information about clients without regard for their right to privacy. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY GOOD REVIEWS.

  10. Aquilabit ripped us off around $50,000 .
David Hudson last I heard was tested positive for covid. I think that’s their way of passing the buck . Lady Karma will do her do diligence. Jack Miller a finance guy happy to help anytime, except when you want your money back. Suddenly unavailable.
Andrew Neuman and sometimes Andrew Newman depending on the day is a first class prick . He is a manipulator and a bully, he’s an emotional drama queen not to mention a whiny little jerk who figures if he yells loud enough you will listen. When all else fails bring in Robert Thomas a older more experienced at his game long winded fellow scammer. Offering his services to bring your losses up for a cool 60K USD .
When told no money left and please have finance contact to liquidate, they keep trading until there’s nothing left.
When you write daily asking to please liquidate and have finance call , they decide to then block you so all emails come back undeliverable.
We did get a few deposits back, but not enough to cover our life savings.
If it’s too good to be true it probably is .
Good luck to you and get out of Aquilabit before you end up like us . They are scammers and they don’t care who they screw. I can’t give them a rating they are worthless pieces of wasted skin .

  11. Well this is amusing, we received a letter from Andrew Neuman/ Newman himself. He saw my great review on his great management skills and was sending his own thoughts .
Funny he kinda reminds me of Trump 😂 doesn’t know how to suck it up and take responsibility for his great ability to scam innocent people.
Your welcome Andrew Newman and I will keep praising you until I get my money’s worth out of your soul . I told you I take my job seriously. Funny thing is all these fellow reviewers basically have had the same thing happen to them too . What a guy , you must be proud.

  12. Hey Sucker Punched, Aquilabit took 100 percent of the money I placed in their account. I never saw a cent. An aquilabit rep (or thug) was telling his clients that Andrew Neuman was fired. Meanwhile, while on the phone, they could hear little piggy Neuman in the background making high-pitched squealing noises …listening to the recording brought me all the way back to Deliverance…What a movie…starring young Latino Buns of Steel Andrew Neuman…Just entertaining the fantasy…cannot help it when he squeals like a pro. Not fired. Multimodal biometric voice recognition software that can connect human pitch to single individuals in the manner we connect fingerprints. It’s unique. So we do have a sort of fingerprint/unique identity. They create an ID and keep them in forensic BANKS…sooner or later they come across the same piglet. To each piglet its own unique squeal. That and cryptocurrency tracing… the INTERPOL might have the last laugh after all :). Too bad that INTERPOL follows them forever to get them as deep as they can and incriminate the many piglets in their networks…It sometimes takes a couple of years. Crypto transaction tracing is going up to 22 transfers in forensic analysis…the mapping can be done anytime…its records remain intact for years to come. With the advent of technology all the piglets anywhere will get their well-deserved prison time. They caught a few of these creatures in 2021. People expect immediate results but it is the same with pedophile rings…once they find one they remain quiet. They have to geet all of them. Loves depend on how well they investigate. In the case of crypto forensic tracing has been developing pretty fast. There is almost no way out.

  13. Well I have recordings of each and every chat we have had in the past . The promises the apologies and of course the whiner himself.
It’s amazing how they can pick up on our follow ups and immediately get a response. Sorry Aquilabit and gang you cleaned us out and I will not stop until I get my moneys worth out .
I’m so sorry for all who have been taken advantage of, the only way we can possibly help others from making the same mistakes is to reviewing their company, their names and put them down like they deserve!

  14. I am another person who was scammed by this thieves. I live in spain, and was contacted by Chris Lopez, a guy whith a very strong italian accent, that promised me that I will gain a lot of profit. At first I invested 5000 EUR, and when it rised to duble the profit, I wanted to get my money, but he convinced me that its to soon an that it will rise even more, so I belived him and invested some more.
Now that the profit rised to 1000% I was sure that I want to retrive the money, so I contacted him. He told me that I have to pay a fee of 10% to retrive the money, but I didnt have the necesary amount, so instead of retriving the full amout, I wanted to retrive at least the amout invested, so I paid the necessary fee for that.
Here is where the problems began. They will not give me the money, telling me that i have to pay the fee for the full amount, wont respond to my emails or calls anymore, and even the “administration” ignored me.

I some resarch on the company and its employes, and found some addresses and names, cant disclouse them here for legal reasons, but if you can help me to put this people in jail, contact me at [email protected]

  15. It’s embarrassing to admit I made such a huge mistake but if it prevents others from becoming a victim then its worth my shame. I feel scammed by Aquilabit. Its been months since I’ve requested my account be liquidated and of course I’ve gone through Cam, Andrew, Legal Team, Finance. If I’d been able to withdraw 3 btc out of 13 btc when I requested it, I’d be posting a very different review. I had planned on retiring this year but I cannot now that I’ve invested in Aquilabit. I had even considered moving my retirement pension into Aquilabit if they had shown me they were legit. I will be looking for other platforms to leave reviews on Aqulia Bit in other countries because the more we can get the word out the better.

  16. Spent months trying to get Aquilabit to liquidate my account and they simply did not. Well, its lost anyway so I I agreed to put it in SLR Trades. Had 18 btc and over night I had one btc left. SLR risked 17 out of 18 in various trades and lost it ALL. Just as predicted by others in their comments. Please, I beg you do not invest in Aquilabit. There are other sites with no red flags jumping up slapping you in your face like Aquilabit.

  17. Spent months trying to get Aquilabit to liquidate my account and they simply did not. Well, I’m not seeing any of my liquidation monies so I agreed to put it in SLR Trades – hoping against all odds. JUST DON’T INVEST ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

  18. Hi Katheran Krall,
I’m so sorry to see that yet another person gets taken advantage of by Aquilabit. They did not invest your bitcoins, they simply cleaned the account. Look at the trades, most likely the opened and closed within seconds. They do this to anyone who is trying to withdraw money or questioned the fact that they do not allow you to control the trades, or to agree to trade or not your account. They are thieves.
They are cleaning all the accounts that way. They will never liquidate your account. However, it seems the government of Canada is taking out each of these Platforms and suing them :). They just got of these rats a couple of days ago. Unfortunately, it was not Aquilabit. We might not get the money back. But they will get some of their own medicine. The fines are simply brutal. And it seems it is not so easy as it used to be for them to avoid this. By the way, what are SLR trades?

  19. Hi Peter,

I also live in Canada, trying to withdraw since August, of the same excuses as above. Who did you contact in the government of Canada?

  20. SLRTRADES and Aquilabit they are same scamers just dont thrust and dont give any money
Chris Lopes, Diana Mora. Michael Garcia , Michael del Rio, Andrew Newman, Leon Kennedy
maybe they dont use the real names only the Police can find this scammers,
i am sure they live in the United States.
they ask me to take out my comments but dont give my money back
