nexus p capital review

Read our NEXUS P CAPITAL review carefully to see why we do NOT recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is a review.

Who are they?

After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.

So NEXUS P CAPITAL is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does it work?

Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.

Withdrawing funds

You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.

If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.

How to get your money back?

If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.

The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.

What about wires?

If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.

  1. Do not deal with Nexus P Capital, nice people, not to be trusted.
Take your money and all the time want more. Commissions very high.
Will not give you back your money plus take a long time then only give you a small amount. Do not trust them.

  2. Thank you for your comments, I also have experienced a large loss with this company recently and they were very convincing in their proposal to make profit, however the swap charges and commissions ate severely into any profit creating a large loss in short time.

  3. I agree entirely the commission charged got higher and higher. For me they were also changing the bid offer making the loss higher. They spent hours trying to get me to invest more.

  4. It just got worse. Nexus P Capital returned 41% OF MY MONEY. THEY SAY SAY THEY WILL NOT SEND ANY MORE and this was after 3 weeks then after 5 weeks of pestering they sent a set of accounts.
5% STANDARD WITHDRAWAL FEE + 20% Additional Withdrawal fee and my $712.37 profit afterpaying thousands in commission and swap was null & void.
No mention if any of this in there WEB site or terms and conditions.

  5. Thanks for the reviews and alerting others.
they have been calling me endlessly and I was really tempted to invest.

  6. yes i have been conned too put £250 in well they did it on anydesk i just sat there ! so some guy recons he is in london but when i ring its not none the number ! so i need to get me £250 back now
    R8 con honest.

  7. I, too have suffered this SCAM. Was cajoled into investing more money “too increase my profits”. What a load of crap! Have initiated a chargeback and received all my money back, via my very helpful bank. Although they say that signing their documents locks you in, they have no comeback if they have refused your withdrawal requests.

  8. NEXUS P CAPITAL is a 100% scam , I agree with all comments above. I have lost my entire live saving money. They are criminals, scammers, gangsters etc. I tried to withdraw many times, but I couldn’t,because they didn’t allowed. Guys, never go to this company. They are in black list.

  9. NEXUS P CAPITAL is a 100% scam . I have lost my entire live saving money. They are criminals, scammers, gangsters etc. I tried to withdraw many times, but I couldn’t,because they didn’t allowed. Guys, never go to this company. They are in black list.

  10. I totally Agree. I have contact FCA now have a warning. UK Fruad could not do anything. Interpol no reply.
Governments of Cayman Island and South Africa again no reply. Suggest you contact the same post as many reviews as you can all over. Nexus P Capital should be closed own

  11. All you guys stay in NEXT P CAPITAL trading, some of them making profit ,try to withdraw your money. Just try it. You will have a BIG SURPRISE. They will NOT ALLOW to do . WHEN They allow ,they wiil CHARGE MANY HUGE FEES , no follow any rules, contract etc.. All they are real criminals, scammers. BE ALERT.

  12. Hi all,

Anyone that has been scammed by these guys in the UK, please email me at [email protected] as I want to present a joint letter to Action Fraud in order to get a proper investigation into these criminals. A loved one got scammed £100k out of their life savings, and this is just not ok.

    Thank you

  13. I have already put my case to Action Fraud they could not do anything. I think only Interpol can. As I was dealing with South Africa and HO is in Cayman Islands who are also not interested. Good Luck. They want banning World Wide.

  14. All the above comments on NexusPcapital are true. They will take all your money, and keep asking for more on every call they make. They will not give you any money without their consent, and it wont happen. The commissions are extortionate, its a total lose lose situation. Avoid then like the plague.

  15. I agree with you all I have lost a big chunk of my hard earned money to these crooks in 2019
too late to get the money back my advice to any one who read this review keep your money where
your mouth is ( this is a saying) this company is registered oversea so no chance of getting your
    money back.

  16. I agree with all the comments as above. I too was encouraged to put more money and then the broker changed to another and requested more money to help me make bigger profit. All in all everything lost due to high swap charges and commission. These people are convincing and I was stupidly drawn in. I will contact my bank and any other authorities to let them know. If I get my money back I will be very happy.

  17. If anyone is reading this, it is NOT too late to get your money back. Scammers rely on people giving up recovering the funds as they use complex loopholes to defraud people. Banks don’t care and individual fraud claims end up getting lost in a sea of fraud cases that are handled by overworked police officers.

I’m currently getting this crime investigated after having experienced a loved one lose his life savings. The only way any of us can get the funds back is if we make a collective effort in pushing the police to shut them down once and for all. That way, all of us can realistically see our funds getting returned to us.

If anyone from the UK is reading this, please report your crime to Action Fraud and once you have done so please kindly email me at [email protected] – I’m happy to provide my police crime number as well as put you in contact with the officer that I’m working with. I’ll forward your crime case number onto the police so that we can put pressure on them to investigate this properly.

    Thank you.

  18. Not To Be trusted and are worst type of fraudsters gaining trust of those who are trying to secure their retirement and protection into old age. They have no concience I can only wish them all misery and bad luck.

  19. I think this company is closing down. Hopefully they are being fully investigated and the con artists bought to justice.

  20. Thank you for all the sharings, I was about to invest in Malaysia luckily I read all this feedbacks and drop my idea to invest.
The return promises is too good to believe unless it’s a scam.
    Thank you.
