Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. So Golden Sky Capital is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.
How does it work?
Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.
Withdrawing funds
You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.
If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.
How to get your money back?
If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. What about wires?
If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. Recently I invested regretfully with Golden Sky Capital. The name of their broker is Andy Williams and I met him vide a friend who has been scammed as well by the same person named Andy Williams. I have been in investment for many years but I have never ever met such a professional and licensed SCAMMER who was able to scam from me $10K. Basically, the way they operate is pushing someone to deposit more and more and inflate the value of your account under their sole control to a level where you fail to swallow the growth of your money. THE TRICK IS YOU ARE ONLY REQUIRED TO DEPOSIT. IF AND WHEN YOU ASK FOR WITHDRAWAL OF THE PROFITS YOU SEE IN YOUR ACCOUNT – IT IS UNDER YOUR RISK – REJECTED BY GIVING REASONS – IF YOU INSIST – SIMPLY THEY WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT – DENY YOU ACCESS AND STOP ALL COMMUNICATIONS!!!!! I have all the communications i have had with scammer and am looking for an organization to help me retrieve my money and save others from this daily-light robbers.
I have been scammed by the same person Andy Williams. His trick was the same as you described it. Most probably it is not his right name. The only difference in my case was after strictly refusing to transfer more deposits another Person Nick Vella started to communicate with me via Skype and claimed to be the boss of Andy Williams. He tried to convince me to send him another 5k€ so being able by trading to get my losses of 5k€ back. Luckily I was able to resist and send the complete saved communication via Skype with these two scammers to a Company named MyChargeBack located in GB and USA. Together we find out that my deposits were transferred to an account of a Chinese on-line warehouse Company named Q*GBWALLET. The Bank of that account is in Moscow and its name and address is Otkritie Bank Paveletsky Bank Office Moscow, st. Letnikovskaya, h. 2, appt. 4. A legal Company LSA in Sofia wrote them some letters the latest one in Dec. 2019. Up till now without any results. Good luck if you are trying to get your Money back
i was also scammed by him, same person, little different story when i invested he told me i can withdrawal at any time but that is a LIE…you cannot withdraw until broker reaches some bullshit limit of bonuses which i dont even understand, when you reach support they will never give you straight answer about anything you ask.they will just say “contact your broker”. of course broker is ignoring all communication BECAUSE HE IS TOO BUSY SCAMMING NEW PEOPLE….. when i beginning to suspect something is wrong he turned on automatic trading saying he was sick and the system lost all balance in matter of 48 hours…….of course from then no communication whatsoever….SPREAD the word everywhere…..that is the least we can do…..

Hi, I have indicated my case to german police department because I copied all these never ending lies from Andy Williams and Nick Vella from my SKYPE chats with them. I had approx. 12 pages in english language which I gave to an investigator. After 2 month attorney general send me a final letter claiming to have no chance to find these persons!!! So concerning to the local legal authorities in Germany they can continue to betray innocent people destroying their relationship between families and friends. I have deposited 250 euro and it has grown to 279 euro. I sent a withdrawal request, no response after that. They have just disappeared.
Hi i am back with more up to date scamming from Andy Williams and hi Henchman Nick Vella, who took over my account and was there to save the day built up my account allowed to small cash outs and when the account got to 80 k he has no gone no replies and was to buy the online chat David Soul will not help in any way, I was then put onto another manager Daniel Petrov who keeps telling me i must wait for Nick Vella to return. but is not prepared to go into any further detail.

His name is now Alex Jacobs. They have an ad at Yahoo Finance webpage, offering Chinese cryptocurrency. When I tried to close my account and withdraw the deposit, they tell me, its possible only when account reached 50.000 EUR. Lol! Luckily I lost only 300 eur, then stopped all communications with them. This company – Golden Sky Capital is a scam, be careful.
