Midas WMS Review

Read our Midas WMS review carefully to see why we do NOT recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is a MidasWMS.com review.

Who are they?

After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.

So Midas WMS is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does it work?

Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.

Withdrawing funds

You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.

If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.

How to get your money back?

If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.

The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.

What about wires?

If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.

Make sure you leave reviews about Midas WMS in other sites

  1. Thanks for the review on this company, I followed a link about ‘crypto engine’ which took me straight to a registration page, after the free registration Midaswms bombarded me phone calls trying to persuade me to sign up with them which I’m pleased to say I didn’t, the alarm bell started ringing from the first call because he only seem interested in getting me to pay the initial £250 start up or “more if you really want to make so money”
I told him I’d think it over but they called back within 30mins that’s when I blocked the number, but they still call changing the number slightly.. anyway thanks for confirming my suspicions.
    Many thanks

  2. I was allocated Midas WMS when I became interested in Bitcoin Billionaire (silly mistake!). Was telephoned and very patiently helped through the deposit of funds area! Then phone call from an operative who didn’t mention BB and put me in a trade and then left me to work it out! Decided to leave and put in withdrawal application. No action – money just in stalemate! It took 2 or 3 emails every day and at last, after 60 business days and a terse phone call, money was finally released back to my bank. I was constantly concerned I had been scammed and had lost my USD250 for ever! DO NOT subscribe to Midas. Again, DO NOT subscribe to Midas. I have since tried to send them a “vent your spleen” email but no contact can be made! Have they dissolved or have they just changed their contact details?!!

  3. hi everyone this is a real scam company i tried to get my money back 14 times in the end i threatened them with legal action now they dont phone or reply to messages and when you go onto there platform withdrawal dont work help dont work in fact nothing works its quite clear that they have militated the platform i lost 1000 also what they dont tell you any inactivity on your platform tradeing they will charge you £50.00 every month

  4. Unfortunately I have fallen for this company thinking it was legit. They bombarded me into paying the initial £250 (but they will not get anymore). You cannot contact anyone, they do eventually respond to an email. The account manager is constantly trying to get me to deposit more money which I will not do. I will try to get my initial money back, but do not hold out much hope for that

  5. I got scammed for 750

I made a withdrawal they did not process it blocked me from at first trying to withdraw and when i did get them to open up the server i processed it but they kept my money…They should all be in jail

  6. I got robbed wanted to invest sussed out it was a scam withdrew 1000 tried to close the account received just 250 back left 300 in but they took that too bank wont help as it was a third party transaction eg bitcoin exchange to midas wms not direct … so i changed my money to bitcoin then invested.

Both companies should be shut down I hope they get jail time

If anyone knows how to help get my money back please tell me

  7. Midaswms works with forexEA who fish out their prey by giving you free EA. They as me to pay £8,000 into my accounts which I refused. Please watch out for Forex EA trader, they are the agent. I have been scarmmed £250 through their agent ForexEA traders.

  8. These people are definitely scammers, They take money from you and they play the game and make money, they will tell you, you lost the money in an event or other trade. The real thing is they are grabbing your money. I lost £1000, I even not used the money, the very next day I transferred my money I asked them to refund but they didn’t and they said the refund process will take a few weeks and different people called for different reasons. One day someone called and said I lost all my money in a trade, which I haven’t asked them to trade with my money. They invest the money in some other country so Financial Ombudsman in UK is helpless. If you lost your money you can complain to Action Fraud UK and there are different solicitors can take this to court and they are really helpful. Most of the people call from Midas are not from this country and they are such an arrogant people. You can approach police if you have any complaints. Let these people should go to prison or start doing some job. The joke is Oliver Eisen is a Doctor, don’t know what doctor is he? I would wonder if he could count from 1 to 10. Other women Emma Johnson keep on calling and she looks like a “center mid forward” by the way she talks. She is their point of business. Michael Chandler is another rough man, he is their hit man. Be careful with this people, they call from different phone numbers but you cannot call them back. All those numbers are registered under other business. Their office is near trafalgar Square, in London. They really doing scam and they make money with your investment and they become fat, you are the looser. There are very good traders like IC market, join with them, you definitely can make some money. The Midas people are writing positive review using our names and email in trust pilot, its fake. These people are absolutely rubbish and cheating the Nation. Never believe them or trust them, they are poising the nation. Anyone lost money go to police or action fraud they will take care of them. This is what written in FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) website “We believe this firm has been providing financial services or products in the UK without our authorisation. Find out why to be especially wary of dealing with this unauthorised firm and how to protect yourself from scammers.”

This quote is from Financial authority, Kingstown “An entity an in the name of DIGITAL C-MEDIA LTD is registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines as a Business Company (BC) on 18th September, 2019 with Registration No. 25596 BC 2019. 10. MIDAS WMS. Hello 2 years ago I was conned to the tune of £43200.00 by this company. This morning I received a phone call from MIDAS WMS. They told me that the brokers from 2 years ago have all been sacked, and because I lost this amount of money $53000 + because of these traders the refund manager wants to refund by money to me. All I have to do is log into my wallet and they will access my computer using “Any Desk” software, and they will show me what to do. I told them to call me back in 2 days (this Thursday). They have some cheek. Séamus .
