Blue Save Review

Read our Blue Save review carefully to see why we do NOT recommend this broker for trading. Just to clear doubts, this is a bluesave.io review.

Who are they?

After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.

So Blue Save is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible.

How does it work?

Usually unregulated forex brokers work in the following way. They will call people to persuade them to make the initial minimum deposit, while trying any conceivable method in order to make that happen. They will offer deals that sound too good to be true, like we will double your initial deposit or you will make $100 per day easily. Please don’t fall for anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the initial deposit, people get transferred to a smarter scammer, called a “retention agent”, who will try to get more money out of you.

Withdrawing funds

You should submit a withdrawal request ASAP, because your funds are never safe with an unregulated broker. And here is when things get tricky.

If you want to withdraw your money and it does not matter if you have profits or not, they will delay the withdrawing process for months. If they delay it for six months, you won’t be able to file a chargeback anymore and your money is gone for good. It does not matter how often you remind them or insist in withdrawing your money, you will NOT get them back. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement or MAA, which is basically authorizing them to do anything they want on your account, they will lose all your funds so there won’t be anything to request anymore.

How to get your money back?

If you already deposited your money with them and they refuse to give your money back, which is very likely to happen, don’t worry, it might be a way or two to get your money back.
First of all you need to keep the emails as a proof that you have been requesting the money back from them but they don’t give it to you, or they delay the process for too long, with the intention of not refunding your money.

The first thing you should do is perform a chargeback! And you should do this right away! Contact your bank or credit card provider and explain how you were deceived into depositing for a trading company that is not regulated and they refuse to give your money back. This is the simplest way of getting your money back and is also the way that hurts them the most. Because if there are many chargebacks performed, it will destroy their relation with the payment service providers. If you haven’t done this before or you are not sure where to start or how to present your case to your bank or credit card company, we can assist you in preparing your chargeback case. Just contact us at [email protected] but do not let your broker know they you read this article or that you are in contact with us.

What about wires?

If you sent them a wire, there is no way to perform a chargeback on a wire. For this step you need to raise the fight to a different level. Tell them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will get them to rethink the refund possibility. Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email for the regulating agencies. Depending on the country where you live, you can search on google to find the regulating agency for Forex brokers in that country. After that you can prepare a letter or an email describing how you got deceived from them. Make sure you show this letter or email to them, and tell them you will send it to the regulating agency if they don’t refund your money. If you do not know where to start, reach for us at [email protected] and we will help you with this step as well.

Make sure you leave reviews about Blue Save in other sites

Another way to hurt them and save other people from falling victims is to leave bad reviews on other sites, and describe shortly what happened. If you fallen victim please leave a review and a comment on this site at the comment section.

  1. I was contacted by Mila of blue save to invest 250 pound she called me 4 times a day thank god for you article saving me from being scammed

  2. Please do not pay any money to https://webtrader.bluesave.io/. It is scam and the so called customer support based in Netherlands. STAY AWAY!

Another company is neo-chain.com. Total scam as well, when you ask your money back the account manager will insult you and not reply to your email.

Really horrible people and hope the government can do more to shut this things down.

  3. Never tick the terms and conditions- if you try to get your money back, they will take most of it.
First they tell you to deposit the minimum, which is about 250 euros.
They help you open your first trade and seem really experienced. The issue arises when you try to take out the money.
They are UNREGULATED. They can basically do anything with your money and lof into your account at anytime.
If you have already put money in, request to take it out. It is unlikely they will actually give it to you. Instead, they will tell you to buy more bitcoin and take another 250 out of your account.
NEVER GIVE THEM THE THREE DIGIT SECURITY

( Threatening them a lot with the police and lawsuits and reviews like this is the reason I managed to get my money back)

  4. I have joined via CryptoEngine. Bluesave and FirstBrokers contacted me after getting my information that I entered into CryptoEngine. CrytpoEngine is not a working platform and it is used solely for collecting your contact details. I have deposited money (via bitcoin) into the account and withing 2 days, it showed a remarkable 25% growth. However, there were many red flags. No brokerage costs were calculated, couldn’t login to the MT4 trading platform they advertised, the timestamps on the transactions didn’t agree with the buy/sell price of the currencies. I have submitted withdrawal request 4 days ago. Have had no reply. When you submit a withdrawal request, someone has to contact you. The link to their withdrawal request policy is not working.

  5. He enjoys every time he catches a customer with the smallest amount!
When it comes to withdrawals, I use the ANYDESK program to enter your accounts! To check! There is no such thing as entering accounts or what? [email protected]

it’s a fraud, I’m sorry I fell into their trap!

no matter how much money is earned!

  6. I fail to withdraw the deposit money from them, I signed a deposit declaration, I deposited £ 250, on 20.06.2020.
I repeat I made a mistake that I submitted, but I want to remove them from them, I gave all the return data, but they are dumb. I contacted a lawyer, but I also need your help!
so they’re all senior BlueSave agents: Ruby Cavendish and Simon Hassler.
I don’t even respond to emails anymore!
    [email protected] and [email protected]
and they really have an inappropriate tone with their customers, especially when they hear that you want to withdraw money from them!
Please take action so that other people are not robbed!

  7. I was trying my luck on few trading platforms but blue save is the worst of all.. they call you few times a day to invest 250 and then they keep calling and keep calling to invest more and more and more money promising gold mine, but when you say ” no” they finishing call without even good bye.. dont trust them . i am still fighting with them to withdraw my few quid i deposited . silence for now from them..

    Rating: 1
  8. Just a question i deposited the 250.
Did any of you give them your personal details as I’m not happy in doing this. They want the front and back picture of your bank card.
    And they are very rude

  9. Hi Steven,

Please don’t give them your details. It is also very likely you never going to see your 250 again. The call centre is based in Holland and they will just say someone is going to call and you will never hear from them.

  10. I deposited the money 3 weeks ago and they keep asking me for the documentation but I have never sent it over.
Think I’m going to put it down as I messed up.

  11. I use the ANYDESK program to enter personal online accounts. I mean, that and check for them. I asked for my deposit to be returned and to check if there was a program with this program online.
This Simon Hasller, [email protected] and Ruby Cavendish, [email protected]
The first is a senior financial specialist, and the other is a senior agent.
I deposited the money for Bluesave, and the money went to HQ * QPR PAY in Moscow on June 21, 2020
I made a complaint to my bank and they will investigate this company in Moscow.
I made many withdrawal applications on the Bluesave platform, but they don’t want to give me my deposit money back.
    Everything is a scam.

  12. Since June 25, I have been applying to Withdraws to withdraw my money. the condition is to go with the ANYDESK program in my online bank account! it’s a fraud. This Simon Hussler who wants this check told me that if I don’t let him see in my online account with this program I will see my money back when he wants. Late or not at all.

  13. Dear Stefania,

You are not getting the funds because you refused to collaborate and follow the instructions given to you by your financial advisor

So either follow every step you are asked to fulfill or do not send emails anymore please

It was your decision and you chose not to work with us on a proper way, so goodbye then

This is the answer of agent Ruby Cavendish,[email protected] for returning my deposit to my account, because I did not let Simon Hassler [email protected] , enter my online account with the ANYDESK program. It’s illegal!
What he wanted to check personally in my online account!
I sent him the picture with the position and the conversion of the deposit money that went to HQ * QPR PAY in Moscow on June 21, 2020
